    This is a total scam. I ordered flowers for my elderly grandmother's birthday, and paid extra for express shipping. They let me know the very next day that they couldn't deliver on the expected date. Fine, I selected another date. They confirmed that, and then cancelled delivery again. They keep postponing delivery and the canned email responses are extremely frustrating and give no helpful information. The customer service *** I spoke to several times was extremely nice, but this company *****. Now, my poor Grandma got no flowers on her 81st birthday and I'm out $133. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from them. They offered a full refund that should hit in 7 days, but I wouldn't be surprised if I had to dispute this charge with the bank. Tl:dr: Blooms Today is unprofessional, shady, and lies about their service delivery. Go to a small business or local florist and stay away from ********* companies that scam people.

    Terrible. Never delivered. Sent email saying it was delivered. Got the runaround all day. They actually lied saying they were delivered. I paid ***** to have them sent early. These were for my friend who lost her mother. I am very disappointed and will never use Blooms Today again. I should have read other reviews first.

    Do not use this company! My daughter is 19 and was making her first flower purchase for my birthday. She works a part time job and was super excited to use her own money to purchase me the Large Sunset Blooms arrangement. She paid extra to have them guaranteed delivery by 2 pm. She called me at 3 and they had not been delivered. She received an email at 5:07 they had been delivered and she FaceTimed me to see them. They had not arrived..but finally were delivered by 5:30. When I FaceTimed her back and showed her the flowers she started crying. They were pathetic compared to the picture and description online. She had paid $123 and this arrangement was not a $100 value. She called the company who delivered the flowers and they says there is nothing they can do for her.

    Negative 1. Got an email at 5:50pm the flower arrangement for a Celebration of Life were supposed to be delivered by 7pm. **************** was closed, and called when they said they were open, not open. Awful! Never purchase from Blooms Today!!

    Horrible, I ordered flowers from there site for $165. The flowers had brown stems, brown leaves, some were completely bloomed while others were in the process of withering. This is ridiculous, buyer beware!

    I paid $365.00 for a funeral arrangement (4) days before the funeral and I received an email saying that they needed the time of the funeral. I emailed them back within the hour and I thought that everything was good and then 30 minutes before the funeral started I got another email saying that they were unable to deliver the arrangement in time. It was a very important to me to get the flowers to that funeral and I have nothing. Hopefully they will refund my money.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mothers Day. I paid for flexible delivery, either Fri, Sat, or Sunday. They never showed up. I tried to contact someone via phone and they only allowed for email. Worst business and Im fighting to get my money back, but no one will get back to me.

    They are a scam florist company!!They make you feel that they are local to where ever you are sending flowers. They have a huge selection of bouquets available to purchase, but its all a scam. I have no idea what was really delivered and what was the true value of flowers sent.

    My flowers were never delivered on the date ordered and I even paid extra money for same day delivery. Flowers did not look like picture that company provided. Very disappointed and unhappy.

    Blooms Today is a BAD company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ORDERED FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED TO MY MOTHER FOR HER 75TH BIRTHDAY AND THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
