      I am uncertain what people are expecting from Pest Control but it has always been my observation that multiple treatments are require to truly eradicate any pest problem.I agree that the cost is a premium fee, but I have received nothing but excellent service, respectful technicians and positive results.I just had my 3rd exterior treatment (I have not had the interior done as it has never been an issue with pests).My issues were snails,Box Elder Bugs, and mosquitos. They also sprayed for invasive clover in my lawn.After the initial treatment, the snails were mostly abatedwhich was my most important concern as I have VERY costly plants in my yard that the snails loved to have for meals. They sprayed again at the start of summer and I didnt have a single Box Elder bug in my home this season.I have been very pleased with the service I have received and have not had to contact **************** so cannot speak on ***** frankly not buying some of these negative reviews. If expectations have not been met, maybe they were a little high.If the service was too pricey, maybe one shouldnt sign up for premium services, thusly not needing to pay the higher cost cancellation fee.They are not deceitfulthe contractual part is outlined 3 times. You have to acknowledge all 3 times before they ask for payment. Salesmen are employed for their ability to sale! Period.Before my retirement, my job was in the retail world. Every single customer complaint that I had to deal with other than merchandise, which failed before it shouldve was from pushy customers that expected more than the outlined return policy. Its a nature of people to get the best deal and I understand that there are faults with service but it has been my experience that most con artists are the actual patrons and not the sales people.Thats all I have to say on the matter.

      I have three concurrent ************ is difficult to talk directly to my local offices. some properties are handled by the Utah County office and some by the Salt Lake County office. When a problem occurs, they are VERY GOOD at customer service. Several times, they have sent a tech back to a property to address my issues. This is a premium product, at a premium price, with premium customer service.

      ***** this company! Ecoshield will lock you into a contract- and not honor your request to cancel. After cancelling my service, they scheduled an additional visit. I was out of service when the notification came. After the unauthorized visit- they refused to drop the charges- even though the technician did a poor job. He missed an obvious wasp nest swarming above the door. I was adamant about my cancellation, the service is poor- and they are unwilling to work with the disputed charges. This company is a scam!

      Avoid this Pest Control company. They have mastered the art of frustrating the customer and making it difficult to schedule or reschedule . However, if youd like to be transferred around from person to person and still not accomplish anything, then this is the company for you.. they also promise you the moon and then deliver nothing and act like theres something wrong when you question what they are doing or how theyre doing it.

      This company could be considered a scam. They provide a terrible customer experience, their product does not resolve promised issues, the sales person does not respond and the company forwards you to someone who doesn't speak clear English and is no help.

      The salesman got our business because he claimed the company uses eco-friendly productsan important factor for us with several kids, teens. We wanted something safe. Instead, the service has felt rushed, inconsistent, and disappointing.He also told us that we could cancel at any time. Only later did we find out we were locked into a 24-month contract with just a 3-day cancellation window. That wasnt made clear at sign-up and felt misleading.After the first visit, we were away for six weeks and came back to five wasp nests that had been left untouched, and no mouse traps had been set. After we called them, a technician showed up with only two traps, claiming that was the legal limit per household. He also said he couldnt put a trap in the garage because they wouldnt have access to it again. Shouldn't the solution be better scheduling, not ignoring part of the home.After an online search, we find no such legal limit exists. In fact, our previous pest control company placed eight traps in the same home. A flat "two-trap maximum" doesnt make sense for a house thats over ***** square feet. The technician also claimed that setting too many traps would attract mice, which frankly doesnt sound credible. These explanations feel more like excuses than valid reasoning.When we called them, the person on the phone had no answer to our question about the limit of mouse traps and gave us a phone number to call later on, since it was closing time for the local office. After hanging up I noticed that the # he gave me was the same I had dialed.Meanwhile, we still find mice in the garage, and ongoing wasp activity outside. We were hoping for a professional and proactive company. We expected clear communication, and knowledgeable technicians. That has not been our ************* this point, were very frustrated and would appreciate any ideas on how to solve this situation. If nothing else, we could at least share our experience online so others are aware.

      My experience with EcoShield was ultimately frustrating and disappointing.We signed up for a year of bi-monthly pest control, but over time it became clear that the service didnt make sense for our needsespecially during winter months when there were no pest issues. The contract structure felt rigid, and early cancellation was discouraged with high penalty fees that seemed disproportionate to the remaining service cost.When we tried to finish the agreement early, we were told wed be charged for the full remainder of the contract or pay a cancellation fee that was more than a single service. Even after a technician acknowledged our final service wouldn't be performed and said we wouldnt be charged, customer service initially insisted we still owed the fee.After a long and exhausting phone call, they agreed to cancel without charging us, but the entire experience felt unnecessarily difficult and pressuring.If you're considering EcoShield, Id recommend reading the fine print carefully and being sure their service model truly fits your needs. I appreciate that they eventually resolved our issue, but I cant confidently recommend them based on how the situation was handled.

      Predatory sales behavior. Sales representative failed to communicate that I was buying a contract for 5 services rather than just the one or two that I wanted. Extremely difficult to cancel services. four different times I was discounted on price when I just wanted to cancel services. a phone call that should've taken 5 minutes took 15 minutes because of how many times I was pressured with discounts to remain active. Two stars as they did do the spray work. There are much better pest control companies out there.
