      REMOVEDequipment does not work or function at all, neither does the phone app for vinvint. The door bell camera power went off and know one knew why after getting camera back on the garage camera did the same thing it went off and know one knows why, then I call customer service and they tell me I will have too pay 99$ for service call on their equipment that does not work. Does vinvint have any thing security wise that works, if they were on fire I would not pee on them!!!

      Just some advice for renters, do not get the Vivint security system. When you decide to move its a $300 fee to uninstall and reinstall the product. We were advised it was free and thats the only reason we got it. I feel like we were baited as this would have determined if we got the product or not. Just be careful and potentially look for systems you can purchase and move on your own terms.

      I have had a terrible experience with Vivint from the beginning. I was told by a sales manager that I would have all of my ADT contract paid for only to be ghosted and then have all of the customer support REMOVEDtell me I wont be getting anything. I wish I wouldve never used them, they are awful. Please do not make the same mistake as me.

      Vivint Smart Home is a very dishonest company. From the very beginning we were never charged the quoted price. REMOVEDis not helpful. Promises were made and never followed thru. I was quoted $45 however being charged double. They even sent the price via email but when I asked to cancel because they are not honoring the price they stated I was breaking the contract. Saying I would hv to pay a fee to cancel. Which I am not paying.This company is horrible.. The people are flat out liars! Price gouging and do not honor their contract. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE

      Unsatisfied worked and installation not completed , and refuse to pick up equipment. Lied about prices and quality also refused to resolve the issues .

      Their customer service is absolute garbage! On the phone for over an hour just trying to get my system moved since we moved. They sent me to 4 different people that didnt help at all. Just trying to sell us on more equipment since we were moving. I tried 3 times paying my bill through the phone and it didnt work. It has been months of this. They locked me out of my account because of my past due balance. So now I cant pay the account online and when I tried on the phone it still didnt work!! Now I have almost REMOVEDto pay it!! They have made everything so difficult! Do not use this company or youre just going have a headache dealing with them over the phone!!

      After years of broken promises * I tried to cancel and was transferred to 4 different customer service reps * each trying to sweeten the deal but none ever did what I asked . Terrible customer service * stay away .

      Company makes it very difficult to cancel service. Have to call multiple times when they say they are processing it and never actually submitted it. Then when u call they spend a hour trying to convince you to keep the service instead of doing what your asking for.

      The cancellation process is deliberately designed to be as frustrating as possible. On top of being transferred multiple times to different departments, it appears that all customer service is based outside of REMOVEDwith representatives that work in loud call centers and are incredibly difficult to understand. Instead of processing the cancellation I was constantly upsold and given the run around. My equipment was paid off weeks before I attempted to cancel, and Vivint tried telling me I was still under contract for 11 more months. This company has a horrid reputation for customer service for a reason.

      PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES! PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES! PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES! I prepaid for all equipment and had security cameras and sensors installed in September 2024 and service was fine. In May 2025, I was forced to leave my home due to safety reasons and uninstalled all equipment. I called Vivint to let them know I needed to cancel service but was told since I could not remember my verbal passcode, they would not help me. A week later, I reached out to their chat support to again advise I had removed all equipment and it was in storage unit and I need to cancel my account. In November, I saw that they continued to charge me monthly. I tried to remove my payment method from website and was unable to do so. I called my bank and requested stop payments and was told a day later they are not able to do that. I have again reached out via chat and email and called to no avail. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES!
