      Account # ******: This is our account. This pest ********************** was payed in June of 2023 just like the last year of payments. They came out and literally took a brush and just brushed cob webs from the outside of our house and called that pest control. Then the July payment was not able to go through so they didn't come out but then charged us 160 for July and august and still never came out. They then reached out and said we owed for September 80+ dollars when we never even were serviced for the last two months. My husband spoke to the "account manager" who told him they will not come out until September is paid for even though they charged us for the last two months and would not make up for those stolen payments. My husband then stated he would like to cancel the contract due to their theft and noncompliance. The "account manager" then said they would not cancel until September was paid off and they still weren't going to come out. He asked to speak to someone hire in the chain of command. This "account manager" stated they aren't allowed to send calls to them and would not give my husband any further information. Now looking at the amount of complaints about this company we truly regret signing up for the theft and non compliance they take part in.

      I signed a one year contract in May of this year. Since then my finances have changed and I can no longer afford the service. I was told (and it is in contract) that I could cancel early for a $199 cancelation fee. I need to do this. From what I can tell, you can not call and cancel nor is there a way to do it online. You have to send a cancelation to headquarters. All of this is fine, I just can’t figure out where to find the cancelation form! There is a “chat” on the website that never loads. It shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel services. The practice seems predatory.

      Made an unauthorized charge to my account after I called them and canceled service after my one year agreement. At no point in time did I authorize this. Hawx refused to return funds.

      Initially agreed to a 1 year agreement to have 4 services performed every 3 months.  The fourth service was never performed and we were billed.  Upon calling them to either get the service or our money back they agreed to come out and perform the service.  However to get what was already paid for hawx choose to do this under their warranty, which unbeknown to us re-activates the account, they never did the fourth service so what exactly were they doing warranty service on?  On 9/24/23 we were charged again with no service performed.  I called hawx to get my money back and hawx refused, knowing that they hadn't performed any service.  This is blatant fraud. I will also be contacting my state's Attorney General.

      I have used this co for almost two yrs. We were moving over a month ago. I tried & tried to call to cancel services, they will not answer phone or call me back so I emailed to cancel my service & removed my card , now they are billing me. I emailed them again siting the email I had sent them a month ago to cancel , they said s/o has to speak to me. They will not call me , I continue to sit on the phone for an hours a day (all the free time I have !!) sitting in hold currently I’m at 20 mins.
      If your calling billing they answer immediately otherwise no answer.

      I requested a quote from Hawx Pest Control I don't have exact date. But I was told $30 dollars for Pest control and $40 for Rodent treatment they said if I'm not happy with their service I can cancel at anytime but in order to start service I must sign a paper, nevertheless they said is a contract. They also said they'll call me every 3 months to set up a ************* to come, they never call me to do service I'm the one calling them to come out and when I ask why no one never calls me they said we're sorry it will never happened again still no call. I have Rodent Baits that has not been filled up and ants walking in lines all over the place. Rodents getting inside etc. They're very quick withdrawing my money from my credit card though. This morning I called to cancel because I don't feel they're doing a good job nor communicating properly. Now when I spoke to ****** she said i'll have to speak to customer solutions to cancel. I left my call back number for them to return my call. All in a sudden I was called back by someone named ****** and he's only giving me the runaround and won't let me speak to higher management said he's a customer solution manager but I wasn't agreeing with him telling me I have a contract and if I cancel I'll owe $499. Dollars I told him everything they did not comply with and I'm never getting a call unless I makes the call, he said he'll email my signature contract. They lies and never be upfront to customer about signature telling you that you can cancel without any problem when they want your business. After at the end you're surprised with a big bill. Smh. I told **************'m not paying that bill because they weren't truthful to me at the beginning and I hang up the phone since he wasn't transferring me to a management he then call me back harassing me about how much I owe them to cancel so I hang up again and blocked his number.

      I am rejecting this response because: I've never heard about that. They told me I was not bind to any agreement nor I wasn't told about any contract. All they told me is that if I'm not satisfied with the service I can cancel at anytime if I'm not happy with their service, which I'm dissatisfied because no one never calls me when is due for service I'm the one who's calling you guys for service every 3mo. You'll promise to call but you'll never have and when I ask them why they never call they said we're sorry it won't happen again. But they still never call but they were taking the money every month non-stop. Many times I've gone to the store to buy my own treatment and take care of it myself. I was still waiting for them to call me for last month we're now in the 4th month so I called and canceled. Those technicians was mostly on their phones with personal calls and walking taking pictures without doing anything not paying attention to their jobs, sometimes the rodent boxes are empty and ignored then I have to call you guys and ask for them to send someone else to correct what they didn't do and the other person who comes out after the 1st one see that no one check the black boxes and no bait in it. This has happened multiple time.

      We previously wrote a complaint because we couldn't close 2 accounts at 505 Oakbrook and **** *** ***** in June 2023. The issues were resolved in July, thank you. However, we were billed $60.00 recently. I called a few times to try to resolve this issue, but the reps said the computer billed us because they didn't show **** *** ***** closed. This account was supposed to be closed in June, but we had to reopen the complaint for this to happen. We tried many times to call the ********** office with the same problem of being left on hold for as long as an hour and then the line hangs up.So, we believe the account should be credited to delete the charge of $60.00 because the account was supposed to be closed in June. This seems to be the only way we can connect properly with Hawx.Thank you.

      A salesman came to our door, claiming there was an amazing special and they had multiple clients in our neighborhood. We signed up. We were completely lied to about what we would receive. A tech came out a few days later and was here for literally 5 minutes, he was asking me what to do, and he did not leave any documentation of service provided. Nothing got better after whatever he did/sprayed. We have tried to call **** times and can never get a hold of someone. At this point, we want our money back and account closed ASAP. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.

      I have been trying to cancel my pest service for several months now. They finally called and said since your last month of the 12 months contract is august and you already paid would you like for us to service your address I said sure. They serviced my home in august and I requested they cancelled my service. I was just billed again in September. I called and they said I never called again to cancel service so they billed me again. I again cancelled service and requested they refund me for the service and they said they will not refund me even though my house will not be serviced

      Hawx showed up and the sales person explained a quarterly contract for $59.99 per quarter and I can cancel anytime. When I get charged just one month after the initial service I realized that I was not told the truth. I called in to cancel the service but only to find out there is a $199 cancellation fee which was not explained to me either. I am currently reporting fraud charges to my credit card company. So for 1 spray for bugs, I was charged $59.99+$59.99+$199=$318.98. I searched for their reviews just to found out a lot people in my shoes.

      I am writing this on behalf of my mother. My mother signed up for pest control services around 9/2/22 and she has not been receiving the services she paid for. The last time my mother’s house was serviced was December of 2022, yet Hawx has been charging her debit card every month since. I tried calling their phone number back in August when I realized she was being charged every month and was on hold for over 3 hours. When someone finally answered, she told me that services had not been provided since December and that she was going to transfer me to their “accounts specialist” because I felt like my mother deserved a refund. However, no one ever came to the phone and I was on hold for them for over 2 hours. I told the original customer service rep that we wanted to cancel the services, but they were not cancelled. I called again and this time I got a confirmation email dated 8/16 that services would be canceled once they called my mother’s phone to confirm cancellation. However, my mother was on the phone with me and the first customer rep and my mother made it very clear she wanted to cancel the services. My mother is 72 years old, and I feel like this company is targeting the elderly. I’ve emailed the Hawx customer service department, I mailed a copy of my email to their home office, I removed my mother’s debit card information from her account online and I put a stop payment through the bank, and somehow they keep charging my mother’s account! On top of all that, Hawx had the audacity to charge my mother’s account AGAIN the beginning of September (9/2) and then subsequently charged her account THREE MORE TIMES yesterday (9/20) (yes, three different charges of $39.99 in one day)! I am livid!! My mother is on a fixed income and this is not acceptable. I demand my mother be given a refund for all the months she did not receive services. I don’t know what kind of business this company is running, but this is terrible and they ought to be ashamed of themselves!

      I see where the three (3) random (and completely unauthorized) payments of $39.99 each have been credited back to my mother’s account (thank you); however, I still
      believe you owe her more of a refund. 
      You have not provided her service since December of 2022 which is 9
      months ago.  I think it only fair that
      you refund her for at least half of that time which would be an additional four
