      I am a long standing customer of ********************** and Lexus is **************. She is always educating me on what she sees at our house and how to get rid of the pests that we are seeing. She always is pleasant and willing to explain the issue and what she will do to alleviate it.

      ***** is our sales rep and he helped work out a good deal for ** and included a military discount. He scheduled service the day we signed up and the techs were over within a couple hours. Our techs were Jhoquon and *****. They were professional, informative, and worked in a timely manner. They wore shoe covers for inside the house (important with crawling babies) and meticulously got all the floorboards. When treating the outside, they took care of some critters that were already present in our porch. They worked hard and efficiently! We are happy to have them do our quarterly service!

      The contracts are not there to help a customer obviously. So stay a customer. You better not have any issues or discrepancy with this company, cause you are out of luck. If you cancel you will be charged for another month. If you cancel and refuse service you lost 3 months paid and another month (for cancellation processing) and the contracted 150 for terminating early. Thats almost 350 to leave them. I hate how big companies act like they are there for you but s**** you when you dont want them.

We do our best to clearly explain the early termination process and fees in our Service Agreements.       ******, is a professional who always has a pleasant word and a smile. I schedule my appointments and specifically ask for ******. I know that he will be thorough and the work will be complete.Living in a condo that has an very odd physical layout, results in a not so clear-cut treatment path for ******.       I have used Fox Pest Control for a few years now and am happy! They are reasonably priced, and be aware you can negotiate a little bit. I like that they let you know when they are coming, and my technician, *******************, is so polite and hardworking. We have a lot of cockroach bugs - for some reason in our neighborhood- always trying to get in and I find dead big ones all the time around the doors because of the pest control working. I originally hired them about **** ants, they were so bad outside.. crawling in and on the foundation. They were really embedded and it took 6 months. ***** addressed this specifically every time.

      ***** came to perform my quarterly spray & replace my bug strips. She explained very thoroughly exactly what she would be doing & how long it should take. After she was done, she explained everything she had done & even left me extra bug strips. Very professional & polite. I have never had any problems with this ************** got rid of my ant problem. I recommend this company!

      My wife signed us up for fox pest control service through a door to door salesman who was very pushy. An appointment was scheduled for a technician to come spray our home and lay out two traps and set a few ant baits. When they finished the work I signed off on it and paid them a little over 300 dollars. What we didn't know was somehow we signed up for a two-year subscription to their services. I would of never signed up for this service. I was happy paying them to come one time per year. What I did next was cancel my debit card so that they would not have to charge me 65 dollars per month. What I didn't know was in order to cancel the service I would have to pay 150 dollars. When I called customer service they were rude and showed no empathy. They kept to the fox script and kept referring to the contract. They said statements like "you should of read the contract" or "you signed your name on this". The only thing I signed off on was when the technician completed his work at my house. When I asked them if I could just pay the 150 dollars to cancel they said yes, but I also had to pay what I owed for the subscription cost for 2 months. Now this makes no sense, because they only came to my house one time. I will never refer this company to anyone. The cancelation fee and monthly subscription service should be communicated up front and not buried in the small print. My wife did not know she was signing up for a two-year subscription service.
