1 starI will never deal with these people again they themselves do not know whats going on and the technicians that come out are the ones that have to deal with their poor sales people. He gets stuck in the middle trying to sell me more stuff that I didnt need that I didnt request and would not honor the paperwork that we had shown them of the price that was originally agreed-upon. They get zero stars but apparently I have to put one.

1 starI cannot not nor will I give this company any stars (had to to submit review). Ever since we signed up over a year ago we've had nothing but problems. When they are scheduled to come out, they never show. Every time they were scheduled to come out we asked that they call so we could put the dogs away. THEY NEVER CALL. We have ants, huge spiders, wasps, etc. Nothing they have done has helped. They were suppose to come out one day, when called to get an ETA, company stated the tech had already been out. We sat outside waiting all day and they did not show. We were told then a manager would come out between 4-6 to check the work - the manager never showed. Finally the tech came and stated he had been so busy - we said oh you must have put in that you were here when you weren't because you were busy? The tech wouldn't respond. He said he would do a quick job (we had another appt to get to). We asked him to do a thorough job and showed our problem areas. The tech never touched the problem areas, sprayed for 1 minute and left. We called the next day to complain. The manager (****** - wouldn't give ** her last name) told ** the *** showed the tech had been here. Apparently the tech sat at the end of our driveway for 5 min, put that he completed the job and left. The manager wanted to argue with **. When the monthly amount was to be withdrawn from our account, they would over withdraw by $200, after a couple days the money would go back into the account. We cancelled our service. They have to send a tech out to remove all the termite stations. Thinking it would be easier to buy the stuff ourselves and spray ourselves, the tech told ** yes, you have to do this every month for it to really work. They come out quarterly. He said it was their way of making money. He said we could by the spray stuff anywhere. The manager tells ** no they only have special spray that only they can get. This is a very dishonest, untrustworthy company. I do not recommend this company to anyone.Fox Pest Control HQ

5 starsI have been with Fox Pest Control since September 2020. I have never had one complaint about their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness or quality of work. We have been bug and pest free since then, with an occasional interloper from someone else's yard! Ha! I especially love that my yard is treated for fleas and ticks and I have not needed this treatment for my dog since 2020!! My technician, *****, is a very courteous and timely employee who takes the time to greet me and my dog as well as explain anything he will be doing on that particular day. He also gives me plenty of time to ask questions. I will never need another pest service except Fox!!Fox Pest Control HQ

5 starsI love Fox Pest Control. I just call and they come out. Pricing is very fair to keep away pesky bugs. I use Fox on both of my houses. One had mice and ant issues. Now they are gone.***** is great. She comes out on time, understands the issue, treats the issue, and plans for the follow up. I love knowing I can call anytime I see one of those pests and they will make it go away. I highly recommend Fox.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starI was upset about how they charged me thousands of dollars to install and set up the sentricon stations (termite prevention) and when I called a year later to cancel they said they will be removing them because they are "leased" this was never made clear and is a complete waste of money. They are easy to get online and install on your own. Don't waste your time with this company!Fox Pest Control HQ

They even knocked down all the spider webs around the house! I like that they called and notified us when to expect them also.
