      Our tech, ***, did a fantastic job at our home in ************** and explained everything he would do. He listened to our concerns and took care of the problem. We are pleased with Fox Pest Control.

      Poor service. Always showed up when no ones ******** had to keep calling them back to complete service. I called branch & was promised future appts would be scheduled in advance. This still didnt happen! The branch said they had been texting my work number which is a landline! We all know you cant text a landline. They would have received an invalid number message. I emailed Fox pictures of their techs still messaging me right before they came to my house so I proved they had my cell number & were texting it! I talked to **** at office on 10/13 from my cell and was promised issues would be fixed. Same thing continued. I work out of town and tech always texted my cell right before they came! I asked to terminate the contract at no cost and they refused!! They are billing me $150 early termination fee. I would avoid this company! I also had previously reported I didnt see any signs of exterior treatment and got no reply. Its the office staff responsibility to input customer information correctly. Very dissatisfied!

      We have had Fox Pest Control quarterly treatments for several years now. Today *** was ************** and did a great job. He listened to the issues I have noticed and addressed them. He completed the treatment very thoroughly, and was very knowledgeable. Thank you!

      Very poor followup. They push me around when i asked them not to come for service after they jacked the price without notifying me. Yup! Just generously took what they wanted out of my checking account with no prior warning or authorization. So i asked they NOT come out. So instead, they rescheduled the appointment without my knowledge, came to my house (trespassing) without my knowledge or authorization then stole money out if my checking account. As i called them to follow up as to why they push people around, why would i reschedule something when i was obviously unhappy with their unannounced rates. Crazy! I called a week ago , was told they were going to pull the tape and call me back later still waiting. Bank is already on alert too.

      We have had a quarterly contract with Fox for several years and have always received prompt, professional and courteous service. Today Lexus was our service provider and once again she provided the excellent treatment we have come to appreciate.

      Their office staff is incompetent. We have requested to cancel service for months and they continue to send technicians and bill for services that have been cancelled. They are unprofessional and continue to harass us for services that are not wanted.
