      Today is March 27, 2025. The time is now 7:02 AM my alarm system has been off-line since 4:06 AM this **** morning the mobile app is still not working every other day is something going on with this alarm system, the mobile app is always spinning or either you cant get online to your home from the mobile app or the ring doorbell stop recording at night. This is a very bad system. I would not recommend it to anyone. I wish someone could really help me out. Ive been having a hard time with this system and Ive had it for some time now the **************** people are no help , its like Im stuck with System for right now because I need professional monitoring of my home????????

      Seems strange that it never works when there is something happening around your home that you want to review on the cameras. Every time theres suspicious activity outside and I try to view the activity that coincides with the time of the incident the cameras conveniently glitch to where you cant see what happened! Doesnt help that when you need support they always tell you to reset the panel, was even told I should do this once a week!! What?! I need to completely pull the panel down pull out the battery every week?! JUNK!!! Now I cant even log in to the app and have now been on hold for over half an hour because the app just keeps bringing me back to login when I try to rest the password. Why pay for this system when it doesnt work when you need it to work? I shouldnt have to pay every month for a monitoring system that doesnt monitor anything of importance!!!

      I called to cancel my service. I requested multiple times that the customer service representative cancel my service. I explained multiple times that I was not interested in any of the promotions or a $5 off my bill. They continued to speak over me and repeated the offer. I requested that I be transferred to a manager, and they continued to talk to me about lowering my bill. I again asked for my service to be discontinued and would be reporting the call as harassment, as I stated multiple times that all I wanted was to cancel the service. After 27 minutes of me asking to cancel and the person offering me 1/2 off and me still requesting the service be canceled, he finally started to process my request.

      I tried cancelling my service 2 different times first in april 2024 they offered a ***** for 5 months so I would not cancel my service November came the price changed to ***** a month I then called Vivint in August to have my service cancelled again so this time they offered a free 3 months service starting in September October and November finally I called in December and told them I wanted to cancelled that I no longer want the service because I had installed my own cameras. and the service finally got cancelled a month later on December the 29th they didnt tell me that because it takes a month before they can cancel the service I was still responsible for that month they charged my bank account $51.10 and only reimbursed me back $13.07 they owe me $38.03

      I had a contract for their security system at my small business a few years back. They are still hounding me for a few hundred dollars. I stopped paying them and they will never get another dime out of me due to terrible service. Crooked service too. When they installed it they used the old security system sensors and didn't put in new ones. When one went out the guy tried to charge me $400 over the phone. Yes, I burst his dumb a$$ bubble. Told him that cheap $10 chinese sensor will be sent to me for free. I got one but that was the beginning of the end. The system quit working all together. They kept taking my money out of my account knowing it wasn't working for many months. Then when tried to get a technician out he never showed. Did show up on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

      Avoid ************ Unethical Practices and ********************* Ive had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. Despite contacting them multiple times to cancel my service, they continued to charge me for five additional months, totaling over $200 in unwanted charges.Each time I called to cancel, I was given the runaround. Instead of processing the cancellation, they repeatedly tried to upsell me on a new system or upgradeseven after I made it clear that I had moved to a rental property where installing a security system isn't even allowed.Their tactics feel deliberately misleading and ************** yourself the headache and avoid this company altogether.

      This company thinks they own you. We have been trying to cancel our service for over 6 months and they keep billing us. After spending more than an hour on the phone with customer service I finally got a supervisor to tell me that he would credit me $150 if I would pay the rest of the bill then it would get canceled. I paid them to just get it over with, even though I felt I didn't owe them anything. That didn't stop them from sending bill another bill. Now they are pulling the same garbage and telling me again I have to pay them money to cancel the service, which I was assured would be canceled with the last payment. Instead, they claim that the last persons notes say he told me I had to call back to get it canceled. That is a lie. I reminded this new person that the last call was recorded and to go listen to the recording. He told me that he doesn't have access to the recording for privacy purposes. He just kept saying if I paid them money then the service would be canceled.

      Horrible! They price ***** after the grace ******* Apparently any emails with sales *** are ignored. Initially was going to have the system removed but was given reassurances. What a mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Also battery in one device died after only 3 months. JUNK!

      Strong arm sales tactics. I informed the company that I may consider using them they've called several times. I asked them not to call me that I would call them back and sure enough they called again. So I told him this time if they called me one more time I would file a complaint with the ********************************* the better Business bureau and the ***.

      I'll make this short and sweet. Don't go with Vivint if you want to be on the phone with them for hours.The longer version of this story is that I had a contract with them because I bought their equipment with a loan through ************* so I was forced to pay the subscription fee ($50) and the loan monthly loan, good part was it was 0% interest on the loan. Got tired of paying a subscription I was forced to pay I decided to pay my loan of **** and tried to cancel my subscription with Vivint. Called 4 different **** and each one of them were begging me to stay with them and kept lowering my subscription. They lost me as a customer due to the fact they were haggling me. Go with another company that's my piece of advice for anyone that reads this...
