    SCAM. They make their services *************** when they show up at your door unannounced but once you sign you are done for. Worst customer service ever, they only care about money. Stay far away!!

    It is ironic that I now feel like I let the burglars into my house by doing business with this security company. I moved and the cancellation fee from this company was criminal. On top of that, during Covid they came to my house with new software. I believed it was a routine upgrade until I was told it would be $600 for the new panel or extending my contract. The extension also increased the cancellation fee. When I called to cancel and state that I was willing to pay the original termination fee they would not budge, even after explaining that I felt the new contract could be seen as signed under distress; we were still in a time of social distancing, mask requirements and rising death rates. I wanted them out of my house quickly.I would not recommend doing business with this company. Find other security systems that are more affordable and treat their customers as people and not a line item.

    Outstanding customer service! I called while frustrated with camera issue and the agent was professional and extremely patient with me. He did not give up on resolving the issue to my satisfaction. All issues were resolved! Thanks so much!

    This company doesn't back up their products promises. I've been a customer for over five yrs and my product hasn't worked a 1/4 of the Time. Ms. ***** of the loyalty department has been anything but nice. She has been very rude and considerate. Has not reached out one time to help get this problem resolved and have my equipment running up to power. All I ask of her is to cancel my contract as of now.

    I have a security system from this company I have contacted customer service more then ******************************************************* Ive contacted them I have received a warning from my local police station about the 4 false alarms in 6 weeks I was told I will be fined if I happened again. Twice I was sitting in my own house and the glass break sensors activated themselves. I dont know what else to do.

    They installed faulty equipment and want us to pay to send it back. We haven't touched the equipment since it was installed, so I can't understand why they would have us pay shipping to send back any equipment. We also had to remove and install the new equipment ourselves to "avoid a service fee." I'm paying too much for too little "service." I see other real reviews about being charged additional fees for having the company fix malfunctioning equipment. Why would the customer be charged to fix malfunctioning equipment or pay to "compensate the driver?" **** "services" am I paying for because so far, it's just garbage equipment and customer service. Half the time the doorbell camera and video recordings don't work either or are too grainy. Overpriced for what it is and very disappointing customer service, which seems to be all overseas. After only 6 months of services, I feel like I fell for a SCAM. It's bad quality products and services for too much money and too long a contract with hidden fees everywhere.

    This company is a scam. All they want is to extract money and trick you with predatory contracts. The equipment doesn't work, and they auto renewed my contract without asking. When I called to say no, they ran me around for over an hour trying to wear me down. Finally telling me they'd cancel if I paid more money. If these guys show up at your house slam the door in their face. Your way better off with ADT or brinks
