    I have had Amp smart security for 3 years now. 2 years in ************ and 1 year at our current location. They forced us to take the system with us, as we were under a contract. Ok. Did that. My system here was installed by one of their installers, and has not provided me with the same great service. My cameras stop recording. The doorbell camera in particular. I've called. They do an "update" and then the cameras will work again, for a while. Today, after being transferred and on hold for 37 minutes, my call was disconnected! Sending me back and forth between 2 departments saying that they couldn't give me an answer on upgraded cameras. Each department told me that the other department had to discuss the upgraded equipment with me. I'm pay nearly $80/mo for services that have not worked properly for a YEAR! I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have been given! All I want is for them to send someone out, to give me new equipment that works! I'm tired of the run around! I don't know what my next step should be, all I know to do is call my attorney and ask how to get out of this lousy contract!
