  DO NOT BELIEVE THE **** YOU ARE GIVEN IN YOUR THE AGREEMENT YOU SIGN. For nearly 7 years i had no issues. I signed an agreement stating my cost would be a fixed amount with the expectation it would remain that amount. However, it the last year, it has gone up 3 time in the past year. This is not an acceptable business practice. I may have a contract that says $55.99 but my last bill was $64.65.

  AMP smart never told me i was signing a ********************* that my payment was going to be higher the last 3 years of the contract. i would never recommend them.

  On 08/15/2016 a door to door salesman talked me into a 5 year contract with AMP Smart. When the contract expired, a representative told me I had signed an automatic renewal for another 5 years. I never received a copy of that. So, they said they'd lower my payment, but they didn't. I sent them an email on 10/20/2021 to remove the auto-renewal from my account. They sent a serviceman out to hook up a doorbell camera and a different digital panel to appease me. I have had nothing but problems with this service. The alarm goes off for no reason, and police officers are dispatched to my home for false alarms. The price keeps increasing every year. I am a senior citizen and have a limited budget. I want to be released from the remainder of this contract as soon as possible. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  I have been with Amp Smart Security for over 3 years and have only positive results from the company. They are prompt with responding if I accidentally set off my alarm. I did have a different well known alarm company before getting Amp. I was my mothers caregiver and found that Amp had more advantages for keeping her safety in mind, alert bracelet and cameras to speak and listen through. Peace of mind is priceless.***********************, ************ **

  Amp Smart sent a gentleman to our house last year for repairs another man also came and said since we were loyal customers they wanted to offer us a free camera, after repairs and installation of camera I was asked to sign a portable machine, I even said this will not extend anything, I was told NO the signature was for the free camera. I find out later when calling about our contract that the ****************** stated we signed a contract extension last year when we got our free camera!!! They are so desperate for customers the lie, cheat and scam there customers. They are pitiful and I would not recommend this security company because they are PITIFUL!!!!!

  The technical support team definitely stayed on top of making sure I got a new door sensor after my other one stopped working properly. Then once I received the new one, **** was so very patient and helpful while I struggled to install the new one.

  AMPSmart is the best Home Security monitoring service that I have dealt with. Complete peace of mind having them, and their representatives including ****, so polite, so knowledgeable and so helpful. What an asset for any company.
