      As a Veteran and Citizen, I find it to be a violation of the sixth and seventh amendment of the United States Constitution to require any civilian to submit any evidence to a state criminal or civil charge via Tyler Technologies. The disclaimer at the bottom of the page suggests "all rights reserved" as if the exhibits I would like to submit as evidence to my case is going to be property of Tyler technologies rather than evidence submitted to a Court of Law. I have not appeared in a court of law since 2023 when i was a participant in Stearns County Veterans protocol. I'm of the opinion all MN CItizens are having their sixth and seventh amendment right to appear and challenge states evidence against them denied and due process under the 14th amendment is also not being followed. While I hold that it is the states right to govern itself, it may not violate the Protected Rights of United States of America Citizens.esigned:REMOVED
