    "As a Veteran and Citizen, I find it to be a violation of the sixth and seventh amendment of the United States Constitution to require any civilian to submit any evidence to a state criminal or civil charge via Tyler Technologies. The disclaimer at the bottom of the page suggests "all rights reserved" as if the exhibits I would like to submit as evidence to my case is going to be property of Tyler technologies rather than evidence submitted to a Court of Law." ...
