      My tires were changed. The front rims were not properly secured to my the tire rod causing the rims to bore larger from the loose lug nuts My car has been in Firestone for over 6 weeks now and no one seems to want to repair the vehicle I have been getting pushed from one person to the next person Im currently dealing with ****** G in the complaint department file 2506-2905704 I have supplied ****** with all supporting documents he needs My car is unsafe to drive and has been sitting for 6 weeks at Firestone I want my car repaired so it is safe to drive 6 weeks is I acceptable with no progress Plz call me at ************ Thank you

      This Dealership Takes Advantage of Customers I Have Files A Complaint Before & Nothing Is Happening I Took My Car In On July 8 and Was Told After inspection That It Was Something Other Than What Was Wrong Got A Second Opinion And It Was Exactly What I Said To The Dealer Because Its Covered Under Warranty I Guess Thats Why They Lied After Taking My Diagnostic Fee Which Is Sad This Could Have Killed Me Driving This Car Not Safe At All.

      I own a 2004 ********** Outlander. I live in *******. I needed my AC repaired; I should have read reviews before taking my car to Tires Plus in **********. My car is not worth $800. I told them not to go over $500 in repairs. Several hours later I finally give them a call to see how the repairs are going I spoke with a **** he said it would be $600 dollars to repair it and I'd have my car the next day, I thought about it for a second then I agreed to the estimate. The manager ***** calls me the next morning tells me my car is fixed and to come pick it up, I was at work and I asked my sister if she could go pick it up for me A few hours later I get a text from my sister telling me that my AC is not working as it should be, And it was a total of $800 for the repairs not the $600 that we had agreed upon, I get home from work check it out & It's making this God awful noise and Not blowing any cold air out whatsoever I take my car back to Tires Plus to ask them what the h*** did they do for $800 because it's NOT fixed, To which they said they would have to look at it again I get a phone call from ***** at Tires Plus telling me it's going to be an additional $1300 to which I Absolutely not I just gave you $800 You didn't fix it right the first time The car should have never been released to me What makes you think I'm going to give you more money for something you didn't fix the first time, Tires Plus refuses to correct the problem, I have video of my ac not blowing out and it making a god awful noise

      went for new tired on June 7th and they caused damage to the vehicle and are refusing to take ownership. the steering wheel is vibrating while driving and they claim a rim is bent but have expressed its not their job to show where.

      Reference #******* I got 4 brand new tires on 6/29/2023 from FireStone and today when I went for an oil change, they told me that my tires will all need to be replaced within the next year, but I have not put ****** miles on them and my tire warranty was for ****** miles. I have a lot of premature wear on the tires and should not have to pay to replace them.

      I am writing to formally file a legal complaint and demand for immediate resolution regarding negligence and property damage caused by staff at your Tire Plus location in ******, *******, on July 15, 2025.On that date, I brought my vehicle to your ****** location to have a rear passenger-side tire patched due to a nail puncture and to request an oil change estimate. During the visit, the store manager personally took my vehicle into the shop area, and in doing so, caused visible damage to the front passenger-side wheel and tire.Prior to entering the service bay, the wheels and tires were in perfect condition, as confirmed by photos and video taken earlier that same day at ********************, where the vehicle had been inspected. This evidence has been preserved and can be provided upon request.Further compounding the issue, the evidence clearly shows red paint markings on the damaged wheel, consistent with the lift equipment used in your shop, indicating where and how the vehicle was mishandled and damaged while under your ******* summarize the most serious aspects of this incident:******** damage to the front passenger-side rim and tire, caused by the manager while moving the vehicle.2.When asked to speak with the manager who caused the damage, the individual left the premises and refused to address the situation.3.I immediately contacted the ***********************, who filed the following report:Police Report Number: BSO ************ Date: July 15, 2025 4.Despite instructing staff not to perform the oil change, your team proceeded with it without my authorization, which is unacceptable.5.I have made multiple attempts to contact your corporate department but have not received any meaningful response or resolution to date.I am currently driving with a temporary spare (donut) tire, which significantly limits my mobility, especially given the recent heavy rains.

      I am completely astounded by the absolute disregard that this place has for its customers. I came in for a typical tire change, nothing crazy, ONE tire, mind you. I came in the morning and they told me that they would give me a call back when they are done fixing it, I was told 1 maybe 2 hours. So I said sure and went home. I called a few hours later and after waiting for what felt like a minute for someone to pick up, I was told that they havent started on it, and someone there told me that they would get started on it right away, again. Later that day its 5 and I still havent heard back from them. At this point I need my car to go places. I call countless times and no one picks up. I make my way there as I had appointments to go to and was relying on my car to go. They had closed up with my car locked behind their doors. Note to management: respect your customers' time. Give an accurate time estimate. I don't care if you take 2 days to do something, just tell me right away so that I know not to seek business with you. I cant get to work tomorrow because of your negligence.I will leave this review up until they have done their part to make things right. If you still see this review, they have not.

      Hello on 7/17/2025 I had my vehicle serviced at Firestone at ************************************** and I picked up the vehicle and noticed damaged 10 mins after leaving the lot and since I left the parking lot they are refusing to pay for the damages

      Spent 4.5 hours having 4 tires installed and a front-end alignment. No one seemed concerned that I spent half a day on something that I was told would take approximately 2 hours. I had an appointment. After falling for the dishonest marketing ploy of buy three tires get one free I sat watched the employees move at a snails pace working on cars. I noticed a banner advertising 10% off for military veterans. When I asked for it because I am a veteran I was told no I was getting a free tire. I read the eligibility fine print on the add - no mention of the free tire being a disqualifier for the veterans discount. Additionally I have a $130 credit from an over payment on my Firestone credit account that I was told couldnt be applied toward my purchase. Unfortunately I need one more tire as a spare which was left off on the order - by the time I saw that only four had been installed the order writer had left for the day - after 4.5 hours I didnt have energy or time to deal with it. UPDATE: closer inspection of wheel cover after noticing it hanging off on one side - shows busted clips after tire guy banged the h*** out of it trying to install it.
