      I can't believe how bad this company is. I asked the driver to cancel the service, and he said, "You are going to affect my numbers !" He stated he wanted to lower the price and I stated that I just wanted to cancel the service. He told me that he canceled the service and billed me for the service he did not provide.************************* is in charge of the Canton branch and never returned my calls and the company is billing me for services they did not provide.Customer service keeps stating they left him a message but he never returns the call. They will also not provide me a number for him or tell me the address or phone number of corporate.I will never use Terminix again, they are so dishonest.

      At 74 years of age I requested Terminex *************, ** to come to exterminate a rodent problem. ******* that came promised that my house would be sealed up etc. I gave a large check of which never received a receipt. Never received a contract. I never signed anything with the exception of initiating when a man came to place bait boxes. Finally, after contacting many of their offices, received the contract where they had forged my signature. Every call made since mid-*** was to cancel the contract. Crickets.now they are trying to ruin my credit.If this is how they operate and treat Senior Citizens, it is reprehensible.DO not use their services.Have contacted ***********************, Attorney General of ******* also.

      First off the original technician did not even show & I asked him to reschedule he rescheduled for the WRONG day. Then a tech did show for an inspection he was great except I was signed up for the wrong package that I clearly told him I did not want! It was also never explained that this was a contract that could not be broken. I called to have my package corrected to the correct one I actually wanted and I told I have to pay a $1000 cancellation fee OR the local manager can decide to correct it on their end ! The local manager will NOT call me to discuss this with me. The phone reps have sent 2 requests on my behalf and ** told it should take up to 48 hours to hear back. Its been 2 weeks ! Im still seeing bugs and since the service tech did not explain anything to me, I do not even know if this is normal or if I should contact them to come spray again. Its just an all around nightmare and I will never deal with them again once this contract expires ! I work in customer service & this would never fly! I Wish I had read these reviews first before doing business with them.

      SCAM ARTISTS. Theyll show up one time before charging you hundreds of dollars for further jobs that they never come back to complete. Why should my mother or any other customer be expected to pay for incomplete, unfinished services? She was billed over $500 and yet not a single Terminix car has pulled up, conducted their pest treatments, stepped a foot inside of our home, nor contacted us whatsoever. Im appalled that BBB hasnt investigated them by now. Terminix is a 100% fraudulent company that has gotten away with pure thievery for far too long.

      After multiple phone calls speaking to multiple customer service agents in an attempt to schedule a one time home inspection and stinging pest extension, Terminix has informed us that they do not provide service to us. This is despite putting a charge hold of $324.04 on our credit card and setting up two different inspection dates neither of which were honored. We have requested the charge hold be removed from our credit card and that a cancellation confirmation be emailed to us. This has yet to be done. This company is disorganized, has poor communication with customers and is unreliable. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

      I started with Terminix at *************, **. The personnel were professional and the contract, while expensive, did meet my needs. Based on that service, when I needed termite control at my property in North Hills, **, I contacted Terminix. This time, the branch serving my area was Chatsworth, **. I have had ******** for service that never happened and the amount of charges are confusing, if not questionable. I contacted Terminix by phone and by email/text messages to request a FULL ACCOUNTING of what I paid them since inception of the service. That was about two months ago and they are ignoring me. Note that I had two different account numbers, then one, then two again, I think. I write "I think" because the accounting is so screwed up, and I have received so many bills that it is impossible to know where I stand with the company. Also, when the initial contract expired, renewal was to be at half the initial price. That didn't happen. Further, I had not intended to renew, but Terminix rolled over the contract without informing me, then said it was too late to cancel. For the North Hills property, the initial inspection and pesticide application was incredibly sloppy. After the technician left, I was appalled to find an entire section of framing with live infestation! I called and raised h*** They did send a different technician to do the job right. I stood over him to be sure. If I do not get a full accounting, then I will attempt legal action. Enough is enough. At the end of the current contract, I do not intend to renew.

      Do not use this company. Had service done and part of the treatment is falling off. (Premium exclusion - metal, wrap to prevent mice from entering). We have had 2 appointments scheduled for repair. Both technicians have failed to call or show up. We have been trying to get this taken care of for 3 weeks. We have been expecting a return call from a Supervisor without success. User beware.

      Same as everyone else, they NEVER show up. Today was our 3rd appointment try to get a termite clearance letter so we can sell our home. They never showed after 3 scheduled appointments for this. We are having to get another local company to do the letter, which is costly since they dont have our account. The title ********************** who is closing our home said they had a home not close because Terminix never showed. We have had Terminix for 18 years since we bought this house. They never show for 1st scheduled appointment however they do try to setup appointments 3+ months early each year to collect their annual fee. What a mess, cant talk to anyone local, even drove to the **** office. No one there. The online and folks on the other end just reschedule the no show appointments and nothing changes. Dont do this to yourself. I cant put the frustration into words. Just go elsewhere; the schedulers dont communicate with the local folks, and apparently nothing can be done. We have tried all the angles for 18 years. So bad! I dont want a ****** Terminix apology or response. It would be nice to have the money back that Im shelling out to get this letter. End of story.

Please be advised that there is a cost/charge associated with inspections for anyone (including Terminix customers) requiring a clearance letter, for the sale/purchase of a home (WDIR inspection).
