      I needed a termite clearance letter for my deceased mothers because we are selling it. I scheduled an appointment for 7/21/22 between *****. No one showed. I called to see what the problem was and they said it had been rescheduled for today 7/25. I informed them that I had not received a call or email about the change. I got over it and scheduled the appointment for 3:00. Guess what? It was a no show again. I called and the representative said it had been rescheduled for 7/27 for 5AM! I said no it hadnt! She connected me to a (local agents) voicemail. I explained everything in the voicemail. I called another number and spoke to another representative and explained what I was dealing with. She said I would be getting a call from the closest place. No call yet, but well see if Terminix shows up on 7/27/23 between 1-5 My late mother had all her contracts with Terminix. After we get this clearance letter done, we wont be dealing with Terminix ever again.

      Terminix uses unprofessional sales tactics. Twice they have tried to manipulate my elderly mom who uses their pest control services into getting a termite inspection and treatment that she doesnt need. The first time we had to other companies inspect who said she did not have termites. This year the sent someone again but lied and said it was a general inspection to make sure theyre doing their work correctly. ****** is the appointment setter who is trained to lie. And ********************* trained to support this behavior by blocking you from speaking to management who doesnt want to be accountable for their employees actions.

      Terminix was a no show for three appointments I made. I first contacted your company on Saturday, 7/10 when I discovered an issue with termites in the floors of my house. I spoke to a female operator who took my information and scheduled me on Monday, 7/12 from 5-7p. No one came, we didnt even get a phone call saying anything about our appointment or that a technician would be coming. So, I called back that night, spoke to a different operator who stated that operator was incorrect as they dont do 5-7 appointments (not my problem). So, he stated Wednesday, 7/14 would potentially be the quickest appointment from 3-5pm and that he would contact the regional manager from my area. Well, Wednesday came and went again with no calls, no technician, no anything. So, my husband called that day and spoke to yet again another operator who scheduled us for today, 7/17 10-12. This operator told my husband there was no contact information to call the technician who covers our area which blows my mind that the company doesnt have that. This, unlike the other appointments was sent to me via text message to confirm. Which I did. But again, no one showed up. I received a call after I sent an email stating my dissatisfaction to Terminix Cares from a very uninterested and unprofessional branch manager. He kept repeating that he doesn't handle the scheduling and really didn't seem he wanted to be bothered with me. So, why are you calling then if you cannot rectify my issue? By all of the reviews I read, I am very happy I did not provide any credit card information, sign any contracts etc. I have gone elsewhere but I don't know how your company is still in business or has customers. I would NEVER recommend Terminix to anyone.

      I would give zero stars if I could. Every person we have talked to at Terminix has lied to us every step of the way. We had an exclusion done. They took my $3500 did half of the exclusion on the exterior of my house in Feb 23. Said they couldn't do the other half because of ice build up and they would come in the spring. I have been calling every week since and now we have lots of mice coming in our house and no one has ever come to follow up. They ignore my calls. Tell me they are "escalating" my complaint and nothing. And now I have half of my foundation done and not the rest. My house looks terrible. They guarantee no mice and all I have is mice. They literally just stole my money and did not provide the service. Shame on them.

      Terminix is a joke. We have scheduled several appointments with them, and every single one of them has been rescheduled more than once. They came out to do their initial treatment, and it is almost impossible to get them back due to them rescheduling.

      I think its a complete scam!! They charged me $750.00 dollars for mole control in my yard. Never once did they mention that they only use the talprid worms you can buy for 15/20 bucks anywhere. They dont always work and they wont do anything else. Then they told me I didnt have moles. They have destroyed my yard and landscaping. Theres a salesman named ******* who is a good scam artist and once they get your money youre screwed. I live in ************, ******** so dont use Terminex!!!!!

      Think again before doing service with Terminix. When I first called to cancel my service (4/2023), a month prior to the renewal date, I was told that I could not cancel my service at that time - that I needed to wait until the next service date, which was just a few days prior to renewal and then call to cancel. I did this. After the service was completed, I called to cancel all Terminix service (5/2023). Since then, I have received a bill each month (May and June) for services that I do not have, do not receive, and will not pay for. After calling today (7/2023), I was told that I am still receiving services which I do not want, and have not used. I have been told, repeatedly (May, June, and July 2023), that I will not receive any more bills and that my account has been cleared. Yet, this is the third month that I have received a bill for services that are not being provided. I did call, again, and was told that everything would be handled. However, this is the same thing that I was told a month ago, and my most recent bill contains two months of charges (May and June 2023). These are charges for a service that I do not receive and a service that I have called to cancel numerous times. I should note that I cancelled the service because I did not receive the full service that I paid for and I felt that the cost of the service was too high for the service that I did receive.

      The tech who services me did not want to serve the interior of my home despite my contract covering this service. I stated that if he would not, I would cancel the service. He texted me that I needed therapy and was a raggedy a** b**** I immediately contacted the main office, and I was told that this tech ********************* would no longer be allowed to contact me or service my home. I spoke with his manager *****************************, who reiterated this and stated that he would send another tech. I also sent screenshots of the messages from the tech where he was trying to sell me his side business services. I received an automated text that my appointment was scheduled for Saturday, and after the rude tech entered on Saturday, he began to chat. During the conversation, I discovered that this tech was in fact *********************. I immediately texted and called ***************************** to inquire why this had happened after this tech had been removed from serving me. I feel violated and lied to, and I feel like Terminix placed me in a potentially dangerous situation where I had to do their job to communicate that he was not to contact or serve me further. ***************************** could provide no rationale as to why this was allowed to happen other than that it was a mistake. I asked to speak with his manager, but he has not responded to my inquiries or honored my request. I was placed in a potentially threatening situation due to laziness. I will be canceling my service and continuing to file complaints until I am satisfied about the response. What a horrible joke of a customer service experience.

      My elderly, disabled parents pay for Terminix service. We contacted Terminix to come take care of an urgent issue in their house on Thursday afternoon and Terminix scheduled an appointment for Friday morning at 8. After getting up at 7 AM, they did not show up and found out after a call to Terminix, that their appointment had been rescheduled for Saturday morning. My sister and i contacted Terminix multiple times throughout the day asking for a call back from the manager. We were told that managers dont talk to customers but they would put in a request. Ok Saturday morning, Terminix did not show up again for their appointment. We have received no phone calls back. On my last phone call to customer service, I was told that they schedule technicians but the technicians schedules are usually full and not able to come at the scheduled time and nobody calls to talk to the customers. Im not certain how a business can be run this way but I do know that we will be switching pest control companies and spreading the word that Terminix is an untrustworthy, poorly run company. They should not be accepting new clients if they do not the staff available to service the ones they do have. I should mention that this is the second time in the last two months that this has happened. The first time took 5 days to get a technician out. Nobody should have to pay for such terrible or rather - lack of service.

      I've been waiting 56 days for a contract to be completed with Terminix and the local Terminix branch has no call no showed 5+ times.. I recently moved and my other home had Terminix for many years, but this branch does not seem to care and i seem to have no more options with customer service. I contact them, its rescheduled, then cancelled, and repeat. I added Termite bait stations and pest control that service still hasn't been completed, but i've paid for it.
