      I am currently still with Terminix. Since they have been servicing my home, they have not came out to the house as suggested in their contract. I also pay for mosquitoes. The gentleman that showed up was very argumentative. I had to send him on an actual another technician, they also went and service the wrong property because they had My address listed wrong on the invoice order. I noticed every time I called them. I speak into a different person and it seems as though they do not communicate anything with their technicians. Its like theyre just taking my money and not giving me no service I have to bring this to their attention. They refund me $24 after doing somebody yard, then build me 24 hours as well as deducted something from my checking account. This ********************** is not professional and I would not recommend it for no one. *** asked them to let me out of the contract and they stated that *** had to pay the whole thing and I relayed to them that, even after signing a contract they did not with ****. Theyre part of the contract because here were coming to the end of my contract and they only serviced my house once throughout the whole entire contract. I was currently with cook a cook never gave me this much problem, nor did they charge as much as Terminix and Ill also relay that information to Terminix. My recommendation to anyone that is interested in looking for a pest control service. Its best to go with a home on company. This company is too big they do not communicate you speak to one person they dont know what youre talking about you speak to another person they say that theyre going to refund my money you speak to another person they say they sit someone out to the house and no one shows up .

      On or about 5/22/2024 I was getting ready to go on a two-week vacation. A day or two I found two live mice in my house and became panicked since I was going away for two weeks.My normal pest control was unavailable for about three weeks, so I contacted Terminix.A rep. came to the house did a thorough inspection and told me they could do an exclusion for $2600.00. Since I have a severe hearing disability and have trouble understanding. I agreed to do it. They came and was here for about an hour, then left, not giving me any paperwork whatsoever. They also charged me $245.00 for pest control and all they did was spray the hose. They also charged me $1i8.95 & ****** and another $41.00 twice for the same treatment. They did plug a few holes. I contacted the800 number twice (877) and asked for a step by step of what they did. Never got one. No paperwork anywhere until the bills stated coming in. A branch manager was supposed me and send a form in the mail to start a complaint. Never got one This is where i am. I need help.

      Be very careful of committing to a contract with Terminix. This summer I added their mosquito service. The service is suppose to be delivered every 21 days (Another day for them to take your money). I was service on July 13th, paid the bill immediately and I was allegedly serviced again on July 22nd, paid the bill immediately and then realized that I wasn't even in town. I was sent a copy of my home *** signature. NOT MINE and how many days are there between the 13th and the 22nd Save your money, there are more reputable companies. I am still shaking me head.

      Terminix: Never Hire Them for Crawl Space Drain Installation Be Aware, never trust Terminix to install drains in your crawl space. And as poorly as this was done, makes me question the insect treatment side as well. The inspector fast talked my 90 year-old mother into paying them to install a sump pump and drainage system in her crawl space. They did a horrible job and now it will cost even more to repair their poor work. The issues include: 1.drainage system does not have enough slope, so water will collect in the drain tubes 2.sump pump basin not deep enough for the drains to properly drain into it 3.destroyed the existing vapor barrier 4.installed a new outlet for the sump pump that is not GFI protected They refused to come back and fix their mistakes. We now must hire a professional crawl space contractor to fix these issues.

      Service number ******** 7/9/2024 tech was suppose to do a service and I have him on camera waiting for me to leave then him exiting my home himself and leaving. He was inside my home for 5 minutes total. I have called and complained, I have called and tried to resolve the issue, I have called trying to get a new tech out to do the service, the gentleman called me personally and told me I needed to handle to situation directly with him, then he changed my appointment to a time and date that I did not agree on and put it with him which in the notes I said I dont want him as my tech. I have asked to speak with higher *** and no one has reached out, I have asked for a full refund as they only provided 1/3 service. Their customer service over the phone is ok, but they tech was horrible, he lied saying he did his job but he didnt. He technically didnt even do his job the first time because he didnt do the outside of my home which I paid for.

      Do not hire them for anything!!! I paid a LOT of money because I had mice in my basement. After my first follow up appointment they basically said there was no way to seal the entire house completely and mice would probably get back in. I paid for 5 years of service. 4 years in and I have a major infestation. I called to schedule an appointment and was told someone would contact me. No one did so I reached out and was told a specific date and time. I took off work so I could be home. No one showed and when I called the generic number they said my appointment was scheduled for another 10 days out. They cancelled my appointment the day before without informing me. I wasted a vacation day and now its supposed to be another 10 days of having mice run around my basement. Requested a call from management but of course they dont care. This company is nothing but a scam. Hire local businesses- they will care more about you than some corporation that cant even be bothered to communicate with their customers.

      I scheduled a home inspection to see if they can help with a rodent problem and the lady didn't even bother to look around the house for the rodent problem instead she quoted me for termites that I don't have. The damage but she seen was called was caused by rodents chewing up drywall.

      The GA *************** is a fraud. The gutter guard exclusion they did isnt the right part for my homes gutters. They do not respond to service request and they will not do the job correctly. The people there are very stupid and filthy looking. Poor service, poor communication and poor product. I recommend any other pest control service in **. Terminix has very unethical business practices.
