      I was due to receive 2 packages delivered via FedEX on September 20, 2023 for a repair that is scheduled for September 22, 2023. On September 20, 2023 I received not 1 package, the delivery was changed to September 21, 2023. I received a text message that 1 of the packages was delivered, the second text was we weren't able to deliver today 9/22. We'll reattempt delivery on next business day. The reason given was customer not available or business closed. First of all I have cameras on my property, I have reviewed my footage and I only have footage of the 1st delivery guy and not the 2nd delivery guy, which is very strange and makes me wonder. 2nd of all this package doesn't require a signature which is also strange. FedEX drivers are the worst with no telling the truth. I contacted their customer service department and was advised a complaint will be filed. I don't believe FedEX does anything about these ongoing issues because this has happened to me before where my kids furniture was delivered by FedEX to a neighbors house. This furniture was very heavy so I could not move it my self I had to flag down another FedEX driver the next day to place my items at my door. Something needs to be done, this is unacceptable and is not fair to the consumers. I have a repairman coming to my home on September 22, 2023 between the hours of 1pm and 5pm and I don't have the required parts as of yet. This causes a huge inconvenience if this part is not delivered before my appointment time. Please assist me with the delivery of my needed package.

      Federal Express delivered a LARGE package to me today (9/21/23) at about 12:30 p.m. My apartment number (****) was clearly marked on the package, and the apartment number is clearly marked on my door. I got a notification on my phone that the package was delivered, and I heard the driver deliver it. When I opened my door, I saw that the package was pressed up against the door of the guy who lives across the hall from me. He is disabled and uses a ****** to get around, and would not have been able to get out of his apartment. This was a cruel, and DANGEROUS thing to do.

The man who lives there uses a ****** to get around, and he probably wouldn't have been able to leave his apartment with MY package sitting there. I want to know who told your driver to place MY package in front of his door.

      Hello, as per FedEx terms and conditions the Claimant ***** does not have claiming rights to the package.  As advised, ************************ needs to reach out to the shipper for any Claim issue on the package.  He needs to get claiming rights to the package.  As it stands now, he does not have claiming rights to the package therefore his Claim is denied.

      FedEx's letter dated September 14, 2023, stated that :

      "After carefully reviewing your claim, we are unable to approve your claim based on the information provided. FedEx tracking information indicates the package was delivered to the correct address.
      FedEx Cargo Claims."

      Please see two attached letter sent by FedEx to me. 

      The FedEx poor customer service, poor care of the customer's parcel, unacceptable delivery, and their denial have made tremendous problems to me as the sender claims that they have sent and I received the parcel according to the FALSE claim issued by FedEx.

      My FedEx packages keep getting delivered to my old address even though the delivery instructions list my new address. For some reason the FedEx system keeps retagging deliveries after shipment to an old address I havent lived at for over a decade.

      I have FedEx deliver to my address,*********************************************************************. Problem is that REPEATEDLY FedEx (not ********* or Amazon) deliver to the wrong place. Have reported this multiple times and some packages have been stolen in the past. Today I (at 70 years old) had to run down the person who I saw carrying away the package. Have never had stolen when delivered to proper place, which is at my mailbox that has signs posted to deliver there and also have sign saying NO deliveries where package was left.

      Since June 2023 Amazon is directing their merchandise return to my home.       Amazon.com is fraudulently using my home address to dump unwanted merchandise at my home without my prior knowledge and consent. Amazon has received numerous complaints from my part but refuses to do anything about it

      I am rejecting this response because: no resolution provided by FedEx regarding outstanding invoices for fraudulent packages they issued in my name

      I got a call today from a person at FedEx, did not provide a name or direct contact information said she would email, didn't  receive any email

      Every time i receive an invoice i have to deal with poorly trained customer service people which results in multiple calls taking up lot of my time untili finally get someone who is willing to do their job on the phone

      Fedex is welcome to work with Amazon if they think they can get a result 

      I was unable to, and the **** got nowhere with them as well and neither did the ******** media 

       

      I demand all invoices FedEx has issued in my name to be cancelled. I have no valid shipments coming out of *** in g namethis year or ever

      They can charge them back to the person or persons who hired them to ship these packages.

      In addition to my communication this morning I have received another call which seems to have originated in a different department within Fedex

      "****" was asking me to email the Fedex fraud department

      which is in contradiction to the phone call received earlier today 

      I have asked her to email me so I have some sort of confirmation this second call is originating at Fedex ,given the information received earlier today

      Advised that any further invoices to send directly to me

      All the invoices that the customer provided to us have been credited and as per Legal, this technically is not a FedEx issue as we do not control the Amazon returns.  However, if the customer receives more shipments or invoices, I have requested that she contact me directly.   As you know duty and Tax invoices are generated automatically based on the recipient information and usually on a Station account.  I have no way to stop the invoices or packages being sent to her.

      My packages continue to be delivered to my garage despite countless requests to have them delivered to my front door. I have updated delivery manager and called customer service numerous times. I filed a BBB complaint (#********) in July and was assured that this would no longer be an issue. A package was delivered to my garage again today. I called customer service and was told the package was marked as delivered to my front door. It was not and the attached picture of the delivery shows the garage door. The amount of time and effort I've put into this issue is absurd. Something needs to be done once and for all to correct this issue.

      They won't deliver my packages to my 3rd floor condo door. No matter the weight or size of my packages. I can not lift and have back issues. I order from chewy and purchase litter and they won't deliver them to my door and they know I live on a 3rd floor condo building. They also do it to my neighbors as well. They sit them down stairs at the front of the building . I've had my packages stolen and or never received them. With them leaving them down in front of our building. Had happened many times. I've had one fed ex driver tell me to carry them myself and drove off.

      This  package before This wasn't delivered to my door and apparently was stolen. This second one we got and it was down by the feont stairs where the other package was stolen. Fed ex delivery people need to do their jobs and deliver to all doors no matter what floor. This has happened multiple times with the fed ex delivery people.
