I have had this same problem with FedEx for 2 years. The problem is with their truck routing software. All my packages are routed to the truck that delivers to ****** Dr. I live on ******* St. The driver cannot find my house number. Duh I dont live on ****** Dr. **** just deliver it to the next house they come to. Not any of the delivers have been made to an address on ****** DR or ******* St. As a result, the packages are lost in the FedEx ****************. Never to be seen again. Thia problem needs to be corrected or legal action will be taken. I have all the evidence of the bad deliveries and correspondence with FedEx to correct the problem. I want to file a complaint against FedEx *******FedEx ****** is responsible for my online order delivery. I received call from them two times confirming the address of mine and saying the carrier could not deliver my address because the address was wrong. I confirmed with them my address is correct. And Ive told them that the carrier always said my address is wrongs even for my past delivery from FedEx. It causes me receiving my parcel late because they cannot deliver and waste my time to communicate with them all the time. The agency ***************** who called me two times to confirm my address said he will inform the situation to his senior staff.5 mins later I received call from FedEx ******, the lady on the phone spoke with me rudely accusing me that my address is wrong. I told them my address is correct, Ive been using this address for 10 years with all my delivery and billing. FedEx is the only company saying my address is wrong so they are actually the one whos wrong. The lady on the phone yelled at me saying Im wrong and they will update my address and hung up on me. I am upset about FedExs attitude and their extremely terrible delivering service. On 7/18/24 at 12:43 PM, The fed ex truck pulls up and the driver gets out carrying a package containing 2 solar panels. Instead of walking up my driveway 10 feet away, he chooses to walk up hill on the freshly laid sod that I just paid thousands of dollars to get installed. I ran to the door and opened it and said , "Hey man, that is fresh sod! Can you walk on the driveway?" He just keeps coming up the lawn grinning. I went back inside and shut the door. He then rings my bell because he needs a signature. I again say "that is fresh sod man, it just poured rain. Why are you walking on it?" He says "You should put a sign up." I say "oh. like that one right there you just walked past to get on the lawn?" I immediately called Fedex to file a driver complaint but was unsuccessful because the rep would not allow me to. After my 2 packages that were on the truck today for delivery did not get delivered, I called to file a driver complaint and again was not allowed to do so. Where are my packages? The same driver today delivered a package across the street and walked down the middle of their lawn as well instead of using the drive/walk way. Is this how you train your drivers to act? I have all this on video as well as this driver throwing packages on my porch instead of setting them down. I also have him tossing a $2000 bike out of his van and letting it crash to the ground that i had to send back because it was damaged. I want to speak to this drivers supervisor and I want my packages. Please train you drivers to not walk on lawns if avoidable and especially Newly sodded lawns. We received a notification that our air filter had been delivered via FedEx to our front door. We have cameras and have no footage showing the item was delivered and we also did not receive it. I reached out to FedEx to file a missing package to have a replacement sent and offered to provide that video footage, I was advised by FedEx that the order was sent via **** with smart post and I needed to contact them directly. I asked for the tracking number to provide to smart post and was given FedEx tracking number ************. I then contacted **** Smart post with the number provided by FedEx and the tracking information provided by FedEx the phone number given to me by FedEx was **************. I reached out and was advised that that was not a smart post number, and there was no tracking that could be be provided using it and to contact FedEx again Again reached out to FedEx and was advised that it was a smart post number and I had to contact **** but that FedEx didnt have an actual smart post tracking number to provide them with and I would need to ask them for it. I contacted **** again and was advised that the tracking details actually show the package was handled by FedEx only. Tracking shows the package was never given to the post office, and was only on a FedEx truck for delivery. I again reached out to FedEx to make them aware of this, and was advised that, although the tracking shows the item was never in the hands of anyone aside from FedEx that I would still need to contact ****, I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding the time and aggravation spent, and the customer service received, and was advised that due to FedEx ground being the delivery method, I was not able to make a complaint about the service received, and we need to contact the company that ships, the air filters to have them complain on my behalf.Business Response

It said it would be delayed until Monday. I dont know after was guaranteed it would be delivered today and then I called around 7 oclock and you guys said nothing and your supervisor told the escalation team treated me like trash so I thought swearing when I should not have I am sorry for that but this is the 17th Package that you say, you delivered to me, but never left the door tag or nothing and either had to redeliver or never delivered at all and until I following delivery day after telling me you were deliver it again If you dont take care of it and make me hole again I am suing you guys and filing charges against you for Mail Fraud charges because saying delivered my package and not the living it is or showing any proof of trying to deliver it with a dog tag or anything in against the law from my lawyer tell me I dont wanna have to file with my lawyer and file charges and I will just keep happening and you dont fix it because Im not playing games because Im not playing games this happened 17 times this happened 17 times to my packages and Im not saying it happened 17 times in a row. I shipped some perishable food items to my sister in ********, which was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. I paid all the required fees to have my package delivered. FedEx did not deliver my package within the standard delivery period. Unfortunately, the perishable items went bad and fedex discarded my package. I am spent a total of $438 to purchase the food items excluding delivery fees. FedEx has refused to compensate me for my loss and I am out $438 and my package destroyed. I sent a suitcase to ************* and it was supposed to be delivered by July 15th. The las tracking shows that it was out for delivery in ******************* on July 14th. Then the tracking stopped being updated and it was never delivered.Then I set up a case on Fedex to open an investigation, but they just emailed me said the resolution of my case was not as expected. One of my packages, ************, has been in town since July 13. It was supposed to be delivered on July 15 per the appointment time that was set up with FEDEX. The package was not delivered and when I contacted customer support I was told that the driver attempted to deliver but couldn't because they needed an apartment number. I live in a house in a residential neighborhood. The address you have for me is 100% correct. Since then, this same facility in ****************** has received 3 more of my packages, ************ - ************ - ************, and all were supposed to have been delivered on Wednesday July 17, per the website tracking, where my wife stayed home from work to be able to sign for the packages. Packages were not delivered but FEDEX called and my wife set an appointment for today, July 19 between 1100 am and 100 pm for all 4 packages. Now I have learned that the packages were on the FEDEX truck and out for delivery, but returned to ****************** facility for operational issues. My wife once again stayed home from work today to sign for our packages and yet they are not being delivered. I contacted customer support again and was told that they have been having issues with "this" type of tracking where a signature is required. I don't understand what the issue is if an appointment has been made by FEDEX and we are at home to sign. Even if you call to set an appointment for one yet I am receiving four that require a signature, we will be home to sign for all four because we had an appointment for the one already. I have made several phone calls to customer support and it seems like anything customer support does, although they are very helpful, their help has no bearing on helping me receive my packages on time it seems because nothing has changed.Customer Answer

I have filed police case for missing package and provided the same info to Fedex and ***** Both Fedex and **** are not working together to bring the claim to the closure. If the lost package is not found then I should be reimbursed the amount paid for the **** 27" Monitor.
Fedex expects **** to file claim but **** is not willing file claim even after providing the police case. **** had told me that they will file claim after police report is provided. **** is acting like a cheat company to me.

I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted shipper multiple times. They keep saying that Fedex GPS tracking shows that it is delivered and they can't do much. I saw the delivery not and it was not my signature and signature says that it was signed by ************ but my name is *******************. There was nobody there on that day at my home other than me.Next shipper ****** asked me to file a police case and I did file the police case, provided the case details. After receiving case details, they are saying Fedex GPS tracking shows delivered and they can't process claim. This needs to be resolved between ******* ****** and Fedex. I may have to file a case to small court if my claim is not processed through this process.
