      They never answer the phone you can never get in touch with anyone, everyone phones goes straight to voice-mail. Lowes should be ashamed to continue to use this company for any claims. I am going to file a report with them as well.

      Garbage the claims agent is rude, arrogant, patronizing, drunk with power. Narcissistic suffers from delusions of grandeur & doesn't reply to any emails/messages. Always unnecessary delays pertaining to medical ******************** is very vindictive. I've tried filing a complaint against him however sedgwick has set it up to where. You can't speak to a real person let alone a supervisor or even send complaint through email or messages. Tbh I feel the claim agent has a personal gripe against me because I won't cater to his ego. I'm going to hire a lawyer & have him/her document all the unnecessary delays & lack of communications!

      This company should be shut down. The turnover rate for their so called " claimant examiners " is unreal. They claim to want to help you, but just delay, stall and deny all help, claims, and medical bills. I would rather take the ******* *** *** up my rear end, then have to even listen to the phone ring while trying to call someone from this company. The absolute worse company in the world.

      Should be negative stars. This is by far the worst company my employer has use. Case worker doesn't listen and is hateful!!! None of the workers are on the same page and the app they want us to use is never up to date. Could definitely step up their game! Hopefully my employer changes companies soon!!!

      This company victimizes all who are unfortunate enough to need to file a claim. It's astounding how many hoops a claimant has to jump through just to complete the filing of their claim, and then the excuses, delays, and runaround once all items are completed are borderline criminal. All the execs should be ashamed of themselves.

      This company is my payor for my work comp case and they are suppose to pay me weekly and they have gone months at a time without paying me and my attorney just says it's nothing they can do about it. They always mess up around bill time. This has been going on for 2 and half years now and this is just ridiculous.

      I filed a claim with Sedgwick for damages done to my roof by ********* satelitte dish. I supplied photographs and an invoice on the amount of damages. I was denied saying that it wasn't sufficient evidence. I would have had to be on the roof when the dish was removed and take pictures. This totally ridiculous in my opinion. I can't get on a roof!! I think the Insurance company uses unfair practices to compensate people. Next to impossible.

      Deserve 0 stars. Every time I eventually make it to a representative on the phone they ask for my claim info, I give it to them, and then I am put back in the hold line without a word. I can't believe there isn't something illegal going on here. They truly are just trying to wait people out until they give up. Unsurprisingly I cannot find any contact info other than the phone number because obviously they are trying very hard to not be reachable. Unbelievable is all I can say. In my experience I can confirm every other 1 star review on this site. Disgraceful con artists.

      I'm starting to think this company is a complete scam. They are allegedly the third-party company who handles claims for Best Buy. I have had a claim open since August and they refuse to return my calls or respond to my e-mails. Their customer service number just kicks you to a voicemail where I have left over 20 messages in the span of two months and never have, I received a call back. I'm at a loss and don't know where to go from here.
