      I don't know why, but my comments keep getting deleted. I was on vacation, fell out of bed and ended up with a 75% compression fracture at the bottom of my spine. First I was told i wasn't covered, the 2 weeks later I was told "don't worry we are on your side. We will get you paid". Then 2 weeks after that I was told, "you don't have short term disability so you won't be paid". As a PT employee I didn't even know I could.get insurance. So I asked for 20 lb weight restriction and to be able to wear my immobilizing brace accommodations. They were denied. So yesterday I received a call from my stores HR person and she said I needed to terminate my employment and reapply when I was good. So this mess has caused me a job that was easy enough for me to do at 67, but how do I ever go back. I didn't think I was asking to much for the accommodations because one of the younger gals ointment deli could wear a boot on her foot.

      Absolutely a horrible company to deal with. Keep denying my claim, making excuse after excuse. Unfortunately WM usues this ******** company. Ive been off since 7/14, nothing, nada. First time in 28 years *** ever had to use short term disability. And they force me to use 1 star, 0.0

      Horrible people. I left 6 messages and numerous emails with NO response. I am disabled and have not received my checks in over a month. This Compamy needs to be shut down.

      I wish I could rate it 0. The company NEVER took my claim (shopping cart hit my car at ********** whom Sedgwick represented) seriously, repeatedly asked for additional information, did not follow up and then simply denied the claim. Terrible service , not just because they denied my claim (but thats what they are paid to do right) but because of all the ** runaround they made me go through. And after it all, a form letter with denial. Should have saved my time and energy. I wish I were wealthy and could fight this legally. Insurance? Hardly.

      In the past three years using Sedgwick for work, there has been issue after issue. Tonight, for example, I had to call back twice because the first CSR transferred me to a line that was supposed to be an electronic consent, but the extension was wrong. The second time, the message at the extension said it was unavailable. The 3rd time, the line once again was invalid. The main issue with the company is that they have yet to make their company's interface user-friendly. The links are difficult, if not impossible, to locate. The claims do not provide anything other than a number for users to go vby, so when there have been multiple ****************************** of renewal, it's impossible to know which number is associated with what provider or what condition. (And I'm the one my ******************* go to for computer issues.) Additionally, the emplores do not seem to understand how to use their own site, which only adds to the frustration when you call for assistance.Finally, there have been multiple instances where the claims aren't processed or aren't processed entirely. For example, I called to report an intermittent absence for a claim that my doctor's office confirmed paperwork was sent to Sedgwick back in April for a 3rd renewal. The claim was closed when I went to report an intermittent absence today, so now it's on me to get the paperwork filed to start a new claim.I do not re ommend this company, & I truly wish my employer would switch to a more proficient company to handle medical claims. To have employees attempting to use this site when they are not feeling well or are dealing with family emergencies just adds more stress to the situation - not a great asset for an *** company.

      The worst experience I have ever encountered from the incompetent employees of this monkey outfit. Kesahn ****** said he needed information (photos) from me for a property damage claim from a ********** trailer that did damage to my retainer wall. The ********** manager sent the damage photos to Mr ****** at *********. The store manager showed me the received email receipt to Kesahn ****** who refuses to admit he received them. Kesahn ****** (case manager) is a total incompetent BS'er trying to ignore my claim with this ratty claims outfit. He can't even speak on the phone without acting like a complete moron not allowing me to speak at all. These folks in this claims **** have the ** of a potato

      Denies everything ordered by my doctor needed to help me fix and recover from my injury. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope you never have to deal with your own personal injury of this magnitude and be in constant pain everyday unable to live your life... this injury you are unwilling help me fix and heal from is destroying my body and ruining my health and my life. if I could leave no stars I would. Shameful!!

      I am writing to express serious concern regarding the mishandling of my Short-Term Disability extension, which has led to a missed payment and financial hardship.
      On June 16, 2025, my physician sent the requested documentation for my extension. I followed up with my examiner multiple times and was told it hadn’t been received. I asked my physician to resend it, and they confirmed it had already been sent with proper documentation. When I spoke to my examiner again, she admitted it had been in her mailbox the entire time.
      I emphasized the urgency due to the holiday on June 19 and asked if everything was now in place. She confirmed it was and assured me I’d be paid on June 30.
      However, on June 30, I was not paid. I scheduled a callback and never received it. When I called back, the supervisor, Megan Cubs, was extremely rude and told me I wouldn’t be paid until July 15. This is a full month without income due to no fault of my own.
      This delay, combined with a previous underpayment, has left me with only $700 to survive the month. This situation has caused extreme emotional and financial stress, and I believe it could have been avoided with proper handling and communication.
      I respectfully request an urgent review, expedited payment, and accountability for the mishandling of my case.

      Very slow resolve of my claim. Submitted it March 2025. Now it's almost the end of June 2025. The claims adjuster gives very little communication. I had many items stolen from a Public Storage on Dublin Rd in Columbus Ohio. Someone cut the lock of my unit and put another lock on it. You have to have a code to get in and out of the gates. They have someone cut the locks monthly for
      different reasons---non-payment mostly. That is not my case. I have rented there since September 2023. The rent has always been paid on time. I believe the person that cut the locks stole my stuff. The value of items stolen is at least $4000. I want to stop renting from Public Storage because they keep raising the rent. This tome by $32/month. I am waiting on Sedgwick to resolve my claim.

      They are scam artists. They were the ones handling our total loss claim for an accident that their insured driver was at fault for. They first left us for 3 weeks without a rental car. Then once they got to appraising the car, they were less than half the actual cost to fix the vehicle. Then they only paid us out for $6,000 less than what it would cost to buy our car again in similar condition and mileage. On top of that, they took away our rental car an entire month before we got paid out for the vehicle so we were forced to tarnish our savings to buy another vehicle before we got our money from the total loss. The people we had to work with were very rude and did everything in their power to make sure that they could scam us out of as much money as possible. I highly recommended getting a lawyer **** if you ever have to deal with them. We have 2 young children in car seats and they tried to give a small rental car that couldn't fit car seats so we were forced to pay extra to get a car that was the same size as what we had. They refused to pay for the extra cost difference which I know is illegal because they are required to get you a comparable rental car. The absolute worst experience that I have ever had in my life and Sedgwick is the worst company and people that I have ever been in contact with.
