      After 25 years of working at ******* thank God I've only had to contact this company a hand full of times for leave of absences. Every interaction is frustrating. Emails are sent out with paper that is needed for claims but most the time it's corrupted. Apparently you can download the forms from the website but the auditors can't tell you what they are called or where they are. Days can go by before you get any response and everything gets denied regardless of what hoops you jump through. Ive put in *** requests that say they are approved and then switch to being denied half way through the **** Luckily my store had seen the leave as approved so I wasn't scheduled, but if I had been i would of lost my job. ******* needs to find a better competent company

      ********** uses *********. ********** remodeled my kitchen. Their plumber didn't turn off the water. While the plumber did work in my kitchen he broke a pipe. The water poured through my basement ceiling. With my situation Sedgwick didn't even send out an adjuster. They expected me to be their adjuster. They asked me to send an estimate, which I did. Their agent claimsed that she didn't get it. I sent it a few times. It's been a month and a half of BS. ********** should be ashamed to use Sedgwick. They are terrible.

      This insurance company has a reputation for slow claim processing. As the owner of a body shop, I experienced a four-month delay while waiting for a resolution on a claim. Communication with the company involved numerous emails and phone calls for follow-up inquiries. Shortly after a claim is filed, the company issues a mitigation letter stating that they do not cover body shop storage fees. This policy can lead to complications, especially when the vehicle is not drivable and must remain in the shop. Additionally, there are reports that customers are indirectly forced to transfer their vehicles to other locations. **************** interactions with adjusters have been described as unsatisfactory, with concerns regarding professionalism and ethical conduct. Overall, there are significant issues related to their claims handling and customer service practices.Someone must put Sedgwick out of business!!!!

      Unbelievable. I've been on disability for 8 years and will be for the rest of my life after working 30 years for the same company.. Now ******* without any warning or vaiid reason stops paying and I've called and keep ignoring . I've had a state comp *** call them . .which we are gonna set up a mediation. I haven't been payed in 8 weeks . I've had 3 surgeries and need one more.. oh did I mention that I was fired after being employed for the 30 years because of the poor doctor and phys therp ect . I looked it up it's called insurance company knows there liable but there not acting in good faith. And its a crime

      July 18th 2025, ********* truck backs down my driveway and collapses my driveway. Sedgwick contacted IMMEDIATELY, as of SEPTEMBER 16 2025 STILL NO CONTACT even when calling every day. I Just get the same comment: They have 24 hours to respond. REALLY? Because, I mean it has now been ***** hours. PLEASE, I challenge you to make it make sense. And, OH BTW, driveway is unusable. What corrective action am I left with?

      Worst experience of my life. You guys fumbled this so hard. I wish we never left Matrix Absence Management. For someone with accommodations for anxiety you guys really really really made my condition a LOT worse in this process. I literally wish I never had to speak with this company ever again but I have no choice through my employer. Your phone people are extremely unhelpful and uneducated. Your managers are EVEN WORSE. I had a called pulled and complained about a call with a manager who was abhorrently rude. -100 out of 10.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my claim regarding the damage caused to my garage door by a ********** delivery truck. ********** assigned my case to a third-party company to address the repairs, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.For over seven weeks, I have made numerous attempts to reach the assigned companyover 50 phone calls and multiple emailswithout receiving any meaningful response from their examiner or customer support team. Their website is consistently non-functional and their support line is unable to provide any updates or assistance. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.I am shocked that ********** would choose such a company to process claims on its behalf. Furthermore, ********** has not taken responsibility for the damage, nor has it provided any updates or escalation options regarding my case.Unless I receive a prompt resolution, I will be forced to pursue legal action and file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other relevant authorities. Do not trust this company.

      So dealing with a workers comp claim through this company The adjuster did not reach out to me for over a month it's been almost 5 months now The adjuster hired a nurse and the nurse was instructed to go to my next doctor's appointment with me to put pressure on the doctor to force me to go back to work on light duty still haven't had the issue with my shoulder resolved or they haven't even figured out what's wrong with it yet this is coming from the nurse told me that she was instructed to put pressure on my doctor I have multiple times reached out to the adjuster via phone call via email my doctor instructed me to get a second opinion because he couldn't figure out what was going on I said that's fine You gave me the information for others said such doctor okay great I need all the information to give to that separate office to set up the appointment The adjuster had refused to give me any of that information My information regarding the case via email I have it all in emails I had gotten nasty after sending an emails stating I need this information she refused then she sent me multiple emails saying oh all the information you need is ****** out through these different emails so I have to dig through for my information that she has on file multiple times asked to speak to a supervisor and/or manager also refused gas lit multiple times about getting that information this company is a f****** nightmare absolute nightmare what the f*** a company like this should not be in business

      I don't know why, but my comments keep getting deleted. I was on vacation, fell out of bed and ended up with a 75% compression fracture at the bottom of my spine. First I was told i wasn't covered, the 2 weeks later I was told "don't worry we are on your side. We will get you paid". Then 2 weeks after that I was told, "you don't have short term disability so you won't be paid". As a PT employee I didn't even know I could.get insurance. So I asked for 20 lb weight restriction and to be able to wear my immobilizing brace accommodations. They were denied. So yesterday I received a call from my stores HR person and she said I needed to terminate my employment and reapply when I was good. So this mess has caused me a job that was easy enough for me to do at 67, but how do I ever go back. I didn't think I was asking to much for the accommodations because one of the younger gals ointment deli could wear a boot on her foot.

      Absolutely a horrible company to deal with. Keep denying my claim, making excuse after excuse. Unfortunately WM usues this ******** company. Ive been off since 7/14, nothing, nada. First time in 28 years *** ever had to use short term disability. And they force me to use 1 star, 0.0
