      I NEVER write reviews or complain. This is the WORST experience I have ever encountered. I have gotten ZERO callbacks from Mgt. I have called 2 months straight to speak to someone about my claim bc its been pending with no response from anyone. Power was cut off, Insurance cancelled, daughter in ER bc I couldnt afford her medication, evicted. I still havent received a phone call or any response from Sedgwick

      Horrible company needs a zero star no calls ever return 2 adjusters on my case REMOVED6 phone calls in almost 3 weeks and REMOVED2 phone calls no return. Plus they take 25% of your claim and with no medical on the claim and states it goes to medical bills that are non REMOVEDeven stated they were negligence on a phone call on speaker with 3 witnesses.They cowbell you and act like they are your friend so BEWARE!!!!!

      My vehicle was hit while I was at my job working! REMOVEDis the worst! She closed my case saying there wasn't enough evidence! I emailed her several times only to find out she closed my case! This company is disgusting! Idk how they are still open!!!

      I ordered a TV installation in 11/2024 from best buy. The best buy installers dropped the TV while mounting it. It damaged the wood floors, marble fireplace, and the mantle. The best buy manager REMOVEDID REMOVEDand the installer REMOVEDID REMOVEDboth said best buy would pay for the repairs. This was not the case. The situation was referred to best buy headquarters with REMOVEDID REMOVED. She was of no help only telling me now there is a claim with Sedgewick, which is an insurance company with an absolutely awful reputation. I can concur with those bad reviews and the process to fix the damage took nearly half of a year. And hours upon hours on the phone and emailing with sedgewick representatives REMOVEDand REMOVED. And because my house wasn't brand new, they depreciated the repair costs, forcing me to pay the difference...because the damage created is apparently my fault. The entire process was an absolute joke. Think twice before having best buy enter your property.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. This is a SCAM!! They take your money and dont even insure your items. I was dealing with a REMOVEDand she NEVER answered the phone. My stuff was stolen out of my storage and I paid these ppl $15 a month for over 2 years. When I took my claim to them they denied it for no reason at all. I am still waiting on someone to contact me about my issue. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

      After 25 years of working at REMOVEDthank God I've only had to contact this company a hand full of times for leave of absences. Every interaction is frustrating. Emails are sent out with paper that is needed for claims but most the time it's corrupted. Apparently you can download the forms from the website but the auditors can't tell you what they are called or where they are. Days can go by before you get any response and everything gets denied regardless of what hoops you jump through. Ive put in REMOVEDrequests that say they are approved and then switch to being denied half way through the REMOVEDLuckily my store had seen the leave as approved so I wasn't scheduled, but if I had been i would of lost my job. REMOVEDneeds to find a better competent company

      REMOVEDuses REMOVED. REMOVEDremodeled my kitchen. Their plumber didn't turn off the water. While the plumber did work in my kitchen he broke a pipe. The water poured through my basement ceiling. With my situation Sedgwick didn't even send out an adjuster. They expected me to be their adjuster. They asked me to send an estimate, which I did. Their agent claimsed that she didn't get it. I sent it a few times. It's been a month and a half of BS. REMOVEDshould be ashamed to use Sedgwick. They are terrible.

      This insurance company has a reputation for slow claim processing. As the owner of a body shop, I experienced a four-month delay while waiting for a resolution on a claim. Communication with the company involved numerous emails and phone calls for follow-up inquiries. Shortly after a claim is filed, the company issues a mitigation letter stating that they do not cover body shop storage fees. This policy can lead to complications, especially when the vehicle is not drivable and must remain in the shop. Additionally, there are reports that customers are indirectly forced to transfer their vehicles to other locations. REMOVEDinteractions with adjusters have been described as unsatisfactory, with concerns regarding professionalism and ethical conduct. Overall, there are significant issues related to their claims handling and customer service practices.Someone must put Sedgwick out of business!!!!

      Unbelievable. I've been on disability for 8 years and will be for the rest of my life after working 30 years for the same company.. Now REMOVEDwithout any warning or vaiid reason stops paying and I've called and keep ignoring . I've had a state comp REMOVEDcall them . .which we are gonna set up a mediation. I haven't been payed in 8 weeks . I've had 3 surgeries and need one more.. oh did I mention that I was fired after being employed for the 30 years because of the poor doctor and phys therp ect . I looked it up it's called insurance company knows there liable but there not acting in good faith. And its a crime

      July 18th 2025, REMOVEDtruck backs down my driveway and collapses my driveway. Sedgwick contacted IMMEDIATELY, as of SEPTEMBER 16 2025 STILL NO CONTACT even when calling every day. I Just get the same comment: They have 24 hours to respond. REALLY? Because, I mean it has now been REMOVEDhours. PLEASE, I challenge you to make it make sense. And, OH BTW, driveway is unusable. What corrective action am I left with?
