      Had to deal with this company due to a buy back from ******** I was notified that ******* was buying my car back because of a recall and someone would be in touch with me in 3-5 days on January 16th. I received 1 phone call almost a month after that after repeated phone calls to go over their offer sheet, fast forward to the end of March and left another message. I was surprised when I left a message today that someone returned my call. The countless phone calls and emails and personal time spent trying to get some answers over a 2 1/2 month time frame meant nothing to them and was told the best they could do was honor what they sent to me at the beginning of Feb. this company is a joke. definitely rethinking buying another ********

      Terrible experience with Paternity Leave. Vague process leading up and during leave. Case managers NEVER answer phone!! Tried on multiple occasions and times with no success. ************* reps are pleasant but have no detail information about your case. Total waste of time and resources. Going on almost a month now, with no benefits. A shame to know that they are most likely compensated handsomely by my employer, but don't deliver.

      I have no idea how this company is in business. If you have any interaction with this insurance company youll see their communication and interactions are extremely odd. Constantly moving you to management after each level of the organization ignores you for weeks on end. This place is the epitome of who you dont want to deal with after experiencing an accident and having severe damage to your vehicle. Ive been going in circles for 3 months for this organization to process a claim where I have layers of evidence of damage occurring to my vehicle at one of their clients locations. Intended extremely unprofessional tactics meant to throw off and confuse people trying to get a claim processed. Ive had to beg the people that work here to even respond to an email. Steer clear from these people if you can.

      I was hurt at **** in ********** ** 2/19/24, they made report and the next day their insurance company called me. ********** four two, spoke to *****, no extension number no last name. I wanted to work things out simple, but now I have to **** them down? yeah, I don't think so. This is a job of a lawyer. **** refuses to give their insurance direct number*Store manager ***** and helper ********.

      Checks are never on time you get a case manager with no communication very hard to use the website. Very disappointed with this experience. It wouldnt let me leave with no star rating so I had to at least write at one which they dont deserve.

      I was on WC and immediately suspended a few days ago after telling my adjuster how I felt about her disrespectful email. When I asked why I was suspended the excuse was denial of treatment ( which was a lie) I never denied treatment. I missed a few appointments ( no fault of mine) and I notified my adjuster each time and had proof. This company has the rudest customer service employees. I have no idea how they are even in business. I guess if you are a crooked company you would hire another crooked company to represent and help you . All of these complaints and the ratings just confirm that this company is disgusting, heartless, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Allowing your employees to disrespect and show disregard to people on WC who were injured already dealing with the stress of that situation and they feel the need to add on ! SHAME !

      *******************, Sedgwick Senior Claim adjuster is a thief working through this company. He is based out of *********, **, and will NOT pay their bills after getting the work done. They made us work as forensic engineers for damage assessments in *************** and after getting our report disappeared without paying our fees. ******************* the senior adjuster who signed on the assignment proposal never paid the engineering fees.       1 star is way too many for them. by far the worst company to deal with. stay away if you have a choice.

      Needed a workers comp injury claim reopened December 28. No response to emails and calls for two weeks. Get ahold of them by phone second week of January and find my adjuster is on vacation. He comes back and reopens the claim but then sends authorization letter to the wrong fax number. Get a new fax number for the doctor and it's apparently wrong, which isn't sedgwick's fault. Get another proper number to fax a week later and apparently nobody at sedgwick is responding again. My managers are making me work basically full duty while technically on transitional duty and disparaging my injury as if I'm making it up since I haven't seen a doctor yet. My transitional duty is ending in four days without ever seeing someone for healthcare

      They denies my claim because the doctor refused to fill out my paperwork which is insane to me that they're allowed to do that. So not only I for 2 points I lost 3 days of pay. Talked to a higher up and he said that's federal govt rules I'm like nah that's your rules. This whole thing is bs and it's not fair that people are getting in trouble for being sick
