Worst company ever to deal with! Very confusing and overwhelming process because of someone elses negligence. Representative not at all helpful and extremely abrupt. I ha e lost tons as was not released to go back to work and in one week was forced to see 5 different ******************************* cards they give you for prescriptions do not work, No empathy, no desire to help, no communication.

Sedgwick starts their webpage talking about empathy and care for people. Yet, in practice, they show zero empathy and care.I lost my leg in a work accident. The physician wont release me now because he prescribed physical therapy and the Sedgwick adjuster wont get it setup and approved. I have tried for months to get into physical therapy. At the same time, they have been absolutely horrible about paying my weekly wages as the law requires. They clearly have me listed as being out under workers compensation, but they havent paid me 4 out of the last 5 weeks. Is this empathetic? Is this what my employer pays for?Their own attorney has said they should be paying me but he cannot get the adjuster to respond. I already have lost more than 1/3 of my income so going a month without pay is brutal. Were it not for friends, family and a couple very understanding creditors, I would be homeless. As it is, because of their frequent missed payments, I have paid hundreds in late penalties and bank fees. Do they have any empathy or concern for the employees of their clients? A company is only as good as its people and I see no empathy or concern in an adjuster who will not even talk to the companys own attorney or follow through with post operative physical therapy for a doctor they required a person to use.

I was assigned a Sedgwick claim number after ********** assigned third party carpet installers severely damaged my ceiling in April. My claim was being handled by *****************************, who up until a point was very good and communicative. I had been ghosted by different repair contractors, which is not Sedgwick's fault. I let ******* know that I did not want to work with the original company, because the contractor they sent to my house was not only grotesquely offensive in conversation but also ghosted me on several agreed upon repair dates. He even called me two days after ghosting a scheduled repair, only to hang up after claiming he had the wrong number. So the point is, I did not want to work with the original company, who will be receiving their own review. I had been trying to get ahold of ******* for some weeks now, to no avail. Calling the number she gave me only brings me to the general call line, and whenever I ask for her I'm told she's out of office. I sent her an email on June 6 asking her to urgently call me regarding the claim, as yet another contractor had failed to respond after providing an estimate and timeline. Today I received a letter dated June 7th that ******* had tendered the claim to the original flooring company that caused the damage, against my wishes, while also ignoring communications sent to her. This conduct is beyond unprofessional, and I am beyond frustrated. ******* had assured me that Sedgwick would handle the situation if contractors continued to give me issues, and then dumps me back where I started with the one contractor I specifically requested not to work with. I am coming up on THREE MONTHS with a GAPING HOLE in my ceiling, a broken TV, paying $277/mo I do not have for a storage unit to keep my belongings in (As this happened in the middle of a move and I can't put items in that room until fixed), and the general lack of peace of mind that my house is in a good state. I would like to be compensated for all of these things.

I was an insurance underwriter for years, and I have never dealt with such an inept company. You can't get in touch with anyone. They never return your call. I have been trying for weeks. The operator even has a full mailbox. Terrible company!

It should be a crime to be this bad. If you want anything done, I suggest you do it yourself. Just leave your adjuster out of it. They will just lie about what they have accomplished on your case and say they've emailed your employer or doctor, but in reality they haven't. They'll s**** up your claim in every possible way and then stop communicataing with you. And if your adjuster gets changed, they won't notify you. They'll just keep letting you send emails to the same address and leave phone calls on the same number with out advising you they are no longer monitored. There is nothing positive to say about Sedgwick in the least. 0 stars if I could.

If there was a no star rating this would give them this definitely. This is a real joke its a call center with a bunch of people that act is if they fell from the sky bumped their head and are suffering from a severe concussion. Terrible Terrible big companies should not be able to resort to this company to meet the governments requirements for accommodation and FMLA benefits.

I have never had to use short term disability before in all of my years of working. Sedgwick is an absolute nightmare! When I first filed for short term disability they misfiled it and made it an intermittent leave. It took 4 calls to them to correct that. They had sent forms for intermittent leave and my PCP filled them out and faxed them 3 times and Sedgwick kept saying they didn't get them. I took the forms to my employer and they faxed them. Then Sedgwick acknowledged they had received them. Sedgwick then sent me forms for short term disability and once again I had to go to my PCP, have them filled out and once again faxed them for me. I received a text from Sedgwick they had received the forms. I also received a text my leave had been approved. I thought finally! I was wrong! The very next day I received an email from Sedgwick with the exact forms they had received and told me I needed to have them filled out by my PCP again! I have never dealt with a company that was as disorganized as this company! I'm through dealing with them. I have turned it over to an attorney. Now they can deal with him.

I am currently going on going on a year since a Kroger delivery van hit my home. I have not received my check. I cannot get ahold of anyone at Sedgwick CMS. ***************************** is the agent on my case and he has not returned my calls or responded to my emails.

It took the claims examiner 1 month to follow up on my claim and it was denied. She failed to get a police report and when I spoke with the officer who wrote the police report, he could not understand why the claim was denied because it was obvious that the store was liable.

Best Buy, geek squad came into my home 3/11/2023, to install a dishwasher. The tech advised he was unable to install because I didnt have a drain line, which in fact I knew there had to be one, as this was the 3rd dishwasher in the home, I showed the technician where it was and he said that was not it. I the. Proceeded to show him where the water line was, he said that was not it either. So again, I said this is literally the 3rd dishwasher in the home and the 2nd one we purchased from Best Buy. He still stated I didnt have one. I also mentioned my old house Ne was just removed and given away 1 week or so prior to me having the new dishwasher delivered. Once I mentioned this I went into my living room sat down, waiting for the techs to wrap up what they needed to do, as they also delivered a refrigerator the same day, in which they forgot my new water line for the refrigerator. The technician was under my kitchen sink, and advised I can do 1 or 2 things, in order to get my dishwasher installed, 1 go to ********** or Lowes buy the piece of pipe that has the dishwasher drain line attachment, have installed, or purchase a garbage disposal. I opted to go in to Best Buy purchase the garbage disposal. After the Technician left, I left as well to run errands and pick ** my child. I returned home , to find my kitchen sink cabinet flooded kitchen floor flooded, items under the sink damaged, kitchen rug. I Noticed my water line from my previous dishwasher was removed. I noticed the technician left the new waterline for the dishwasher, so when he returned as he mentioned prior to him leaving he can just install. I tried to attach that waterline, divert it into a bucket and back into the sink, to avoid further damage. Im not sure what the tech did under my sink, but he cause a huge water leak. I attempted to call Best Buy, to have the tech return to fix whatever he did to cause the water to leak. This is not the entire story unfortunately Sedgwick has a major part in this
