      This company is the WORST. I am a Cancer/heart/Diabetes patient. My PCP was awaiting my records before we came up with a date to take me out of work due to high blood sugar and effects of Cancer treatment, plus fluid build up from heart failure. MY PCP wanted all of this treated and controlled and then I would be able to go back to work. I had the paperwork done before my first absence. They stated they would look at the paperwork on my first day out and then make a decision. WHAT...ok..I waited for them to tell me they needed updated notes after my claim...WHAT...the notes were written for this claim that a rep said couldn't be reviewed until my first day out. Now Sedgwick is stating something different. My next step will be contacting the **** All I want is what comes out of my check for STD. Oh and I hope the people have a house for me to stay in since I depended on them to approve this claim so I won't be homeless and sick.

      Fraudulent claims were sent by Sedgwick to ************* Services and when I attempt to get to the bottom of these claims I was hung up on. I rented a car in ** and returned it in August but somehow was involved in an accident in NM in December. All the while, never was I contacted about a claim. Not until after I called Budget was I given a phone number to this company with a claim number. After finally getting through after being on hold for an hour, I was told that if Viking has been involved, they cannot help me and WAS HUNG UP ON. I will not be a part of insurance fraud for over $1,000 in damages that I DID NOT CAUSE ZERO RATING, no one should deal with Budget or **** as you will ultimately have to deal with this company.

      This is an absolutely awful company. It was a nightmare dealing with them. My previous employer, of years, I am convinced now, only went with them because they deny EVERY SINGLE CLAIM without reason. I would give them zero stars if I could, this company is getting away with running a criminal corporation in my (and many others') opinion.

      I hurt my back on July 8 2021, so yes almost two years now. I have done everything this company has asked and I'm still fighting to get the medical treatment I require to get better, it took them.6 months just to approve a Nero surgery appointment,.and now due to lack of proper treatment my injury has got worse. More nerve damage, reflexes are worse ect: and the pay me my TDI payments when they want to . Worse comp company ever

      Epic Pass charged me 3 epic passes automatically in my Amex card $ 1600 dls in 09/2022, inmediately I made a request claim for my refund , they gave me 3 claims numbers M22110705, M22A110708, M22A110698, until 25/10/2022 they took almost one month and half to answer my claim , beacuse I had spinal surgery it was authorize my refund , november 1, 2022 they will pay by check , send to Mexico City, I answer if it was possible to pay by Wire Transfer , they said yes, that they will,so I I call every other day to see what happene, so they told to fill out a new form for the wire tranfer tha they call Vail International Wire Request , I fill out the form with all the information of my bank , until the first days of january we recived just one out of three wire tranfers, after several calls i had to make asking them for the other 2 wire transfers , finally Penny Glass supervisor of claims , told me that she didnt understand why they didn do it all 3 at ounce , So in 14 of februrary 2023 she said that they did the wire transfer of the other two that were pending, but i asked them to sent me the notice of the bank that they did it, and they send me just an email saying that but no oficial bank paper that coinfirm they did it , so, i send them my bank statments , showing them that there were no wire transfer made what so ever ,they said the don t know where the money is, so I told them that wasnt my problem , that i have showed them my bank statmente oficall papers , that I dindt got the wire transfer , so they send to Will Gernat, Claims Team Lead, he never answer no email, and they still owe me $1200 dls , they dont want to be responsble, they dont want to aswer me , they are lietrally mucking, me bulling me I am in MEXICO CITY, and they think that they can get away with no paying me back, please help me , I have financial issues because of this.

      Horrible customer service and rude employees. Call and dont leave a message and when I return the call my account hasnt been notated as to why they called or even that I had called. Overall horrible experience.

      I was contacted by ********************* on September 15, 2022 where she left me a voicemail concerning a injury that occurred in August . I have been calling her number every week since September and leaving voicemails and I never received a return call , this is very unprofessional and terrifying as a consumer knowing this corporation is not here to help . I also have been leaving messages on her Supervisors phone every week also and I still have not received a return phone call .

      If you have to go through them go through your state. Did everything I was suppose to and my doctor sent in multiple notes / documents and they still will deny because of their hoops they make you jump through. If I could give 0 stars that's the fair value of this cut rate 3rd party company.
