Call me if needing more info. Its a long story I bought ****** miracle gro soil for 41 yrs because its good soil and says satisfaction guaranteed!!So I did my routine. Bought soil and seed up to October. It was not growing well as I pulled the dead grass out. Clumps of grass got up! Hugs ares of now just soul- due to grubs. I had two professionals look. They agreed grubs were only in areas I put that soil. I called ****** to complain. She told me to send in all receipts and they would reimburse me. A contact right. I felt a little better I worked hard on sending pictures, videos, receipts by emailing and calling. I had $2000 I lost because of grubs but they sent my claim over to Sedgwick insurance. *** was rude from the beginning. Called only once with two questions. I offered **** y times to have that company come and look for themselves since we have that company in my town. It would have been so simple. And I could have proven my case better. As they refused and denied my claim - even after they have treated me like a criminal! They suggested I wanted money! Or I was lying!! How could I lie? I had lots of videos and pictures. 2 different professionals look. I asked to appeal. They said I couldnt even though their website says I can!! They suggested a lawyer! Im disabled and lost $2000 how can I afford a lawyer. a relative who was one - and off the record he told me to ask ***** a few questions. I tried. He refused to answer all them. I tried to explain over and over my yard is my stress reliever!! It helps with my disabilities !need my yard to look good. Its stressing me out. Their website says they care - they only care about money.I said what more can I do to prove this.? would fight this until im satisfied!! ****** promises satisfaction guarantee! With my loss, and my ptsd triggered by them they didnt understand that case pain and suffering! I answered every question. ***** customers of 41yrs. Is this how they treat a loyal customer! I had a TV installed in my house and the workers broke a water line.I had to pay for the repairs and filed a claim that was approved to reimburse me for $708 but after it was approved a check was never received and after multiple emails and calls no one has responded to me since July.I want this resolved and my check sent to me reimbursing me the $708.Initial Complaint

I was contacted by a supervisor in NM about having an appraiser come to my property. The local appraiser contacted me and came to my house on August 1, 2023. He moved quickly through my home and photographed some damages from the Lowes kitchen cabinet installers. I tried to point out the biggest areas of concern, one of those points being floor damage. He told me about a machine that could match my floor and I hesitated but supplied him with a small sample which he assured me at that time I would receive back. He asked me for the complete timeline of events and never responded again. Many months later, I contacted him again about the return of my sample and he condescendingly told me he never said that and he chose not to include those damages in his appraisal. He had my sample in his office and did finally return it. I asked why the damages were not included and he never responded with a reason. A supervisor from TX called me on November 3, 2023 and told me he was investigating why these damages were omitted from my appraisal. He was supposed to reply on November 6 but has yet to provide an answer as to why this happened or how he will address the omitted damages in the appraisal. I have emailed several times since then to inquire about the status but each time he says he will get back to me and provides no clear answer as to how to proceed. I can not move forward with a settlement from Lowes without that complete appraisal.Initial Complaint

My daughter was in a car accident in *********, ** on 09-22-2023. She was stopped at the traffic light when she was hit by a driver that ran the red light. The driver was driving an **** rental car. She has a claim # *********. She got a letter from Sedgwick on 10-05-23. As of today 11-14-2023, they have not answered any calls and have not reply to any emails. The claim representative name is ***********************; her direct line is ************. We also left messages and emails for her supervisor ***********************************; her direct line is ************ with no answer. My complaint is with Sedgwick ***************** that services GE Appliances. I have had an issue with a New GE Dishwasher bought that leaked water all over hardwood floor first time use because of tear in tubing that came attached to the new dishwasher. I hurt my lower back pulled 3 muscles several months ago on May 5, 2023 Sedgwick Adjuster *******************************. Never returns phone calls. Nor does he email. I have tried many many times to get through to him with no avail. He will not return your phone call. I last seen a Dr in July when I was told I would no longer be seen again by their *************** care centerI received a letter after months of waiting for therapy. From ******** at the very end of Oct 2023 I tried calling the Ortho back and told them no one is calling to set up an appt.The letter like I said finally came very end of Oct. The letter was from ******************************* setting up an appt without any kind of communication with me to know what day I could go. He set the appt for Nov 8 at 9am Which I was out of town And I called the appt scheduler to inform them I had to cancel this appt. That I would be out of town. ************** with **************. Since I had absolutely NO THERAPY. In all the months waiting for this appt.I stayed on Light Duty at ***** And I am now ?? able to go back to work with No Restrictions.Now I need ******************************* Since he is my Claims adjuster to notify the Ortho and Therapy I am ?? able to return to work.I need ******** to have all my Restrictions Removed and I need a Letter sent to me and my Employer ***** Claim Number:4A2305YQWF0-0001 Saying that I am 100% free of Restrictions and that I can work Full duties.I am writing BBB as I have have zero communication calls return if any of my Concerns.Today I tried calling the number ***** gave me to have ******** my claims Adjustor assist me you call the number says youre on a wait then you get disconnected. I filed a claim through Sedgwick for damage sustained to my vehicle by their insured, Best Buy. My vehicle has been at the ******** repair facility since November 6th and the diagnostic has yet to be approved by the claims agent, ***********************. I have called and emailed daily without a resolution. I requested a rental car as I have no transportation and the managers name and number. The adjuster has completely ignored my requests. This in unfair claims practices! I need the diagnosis to be approved, a rental car approved, and the manager to contact me. claim filed on 10/28 #******** for property damage. No phone call or email communication received to date. Phone call to Sedgwick states to leave voicemail and will receive callback within 24 hrs and no call. Chat message said would call back within 48 hrs and no call. Setup for online status states that they are experiencing technical difficulties and cannot access. This company is horrible with no way to communicate.Initial Complaint

I went to this station to buy diesel for my truck. I also wanted to get the truck washed at the car wash. I'd checked the day before and was told the car wash could handle a full size pickup truck. After the car wash completed I stepped out of the truck to push the sideview mirrors back into place. I noticed that the driver's side of the bed had a sacratch along the entire length and that the chrome around the wheel well had been pulled away from the side and ****************. I immediately contacted the store emplyee who gave me a phone number to call. After 2 weeks of getting a run-around I was finally sent to a customer service rep with **** Company. After 3 calls with them a claim was filed with Sedgwick Insurance in ***************, ****. I got a couple of emails from Sedgwick but after the last one stating they'd have an answer in a couple of days there has been no communication. The claims assistant doesn't answer her phone (nor does anybody at any number you call for Sedgwick) or return voicemail messages. I've had to file the claim with my insurance company. I can't find out who owns the station or any contact information for the owner. I'm just fed up with Exxon, **** and Sedgwick.Initial Complaint

I went on a short term disability in 2021 and my employer used Sedgwick. In 2023 one of the checks I received from them was reversed due to my bank never receiving the funds from them. *** called and emailed them for the last 2 months and theyve recently advised that once they sent the check it was no longer in their hands and have refused to help rectify this issue. Im not sure how to best handle this issue, but would really like to get what Im owed.
