      Sedgwick manages claims on behalf of **************************************************** I the claims adjuster for the guy who hit me on 8/25/23. I have emailed her and called her office multiple times, and she just keeps giving me excuses. I had to pay my own deductible, cost of insurance premium going up, and the damages to my car. This has been ample amount of time to get this matter corrected, so they can pay me back and I am found not liable. The guy who hit me admitted to me and the cop that it was his fault, and he did not see me. The last email April stated she was waiting on confirmation from the guy who hit me. She will not give me her managers number and when I try and email and call there is no reply. Please help me.       While employed for butte county I was bullied and discriminated against which caused me to develop ptsd, I have had panic attacks and anxiety caused by all of the stress I endured. It has been incredibly difficult to because Sedgwick should be helping me with my workmen's comp case and they have not helped me at all. I have tried emailing and calling several times and received no answer, they failed to find a health care provider for me and even after I contacted them and asked them to help. I have ended ** in the ** several times with panic attacks and have experienced dizziness. I was supposed to return to work and i was not able to i had a panic attack that Saturday before i was supposed to come in. I was let go as voluntary termination and never received treatment for my injuries. I have been very overwhelmed with everything because i have not been able to contact Sedgwick to help me.

      I was in a work-related accident 5-23-2023 and ******* is the worker's compensation carrier. My front tooth was broken and I had to get it extracted. It needs an implant and I'm tired of missing my front tooth for over 6 months. Your claims examiner ***************** does not return my phone calls and your company refuses to approve this procedure. I would like to get a denial paper from your company to show my regular dental plan and get this taken care of on my own. Additionally, my online log-in for the claim has never worked, I have contacted my HR and they don't know what is wrong.Bottom Line: Send a denial for the tooth services: Extraction, Bone Graft, and Implant. Thank you.

      I filed an insurance claim with ****************** They said that Sedgwick would be handling the claim. My Claim Number is 4A2309VTTV10001. I spoke to one of their agents, *********************** over the phone on 9/28/2023 and she instructed me to obtain quotes to have the property damage repaired. I provided her with quotes from two different companies, one on 11/6/2023 and a second on 11/15/2023. I have made multiple follow up phone calls with voicemails, and have received zero response from Aunya or anyone else at Sedgwick. I need Sedgwick to do their job so I can repair the damage on my home.

      The ********** used this company to investigate and settle claims for them. They have not opened the claim on the corrected basis, nor have they completed a proper investigation by not collecting my personal statement from the ********** Customer **************** Department. Their investigator was rude and dismissive to me on the phone and denied my requests to speak to a manager and for information regarding their investigation. They are trying to close the claim as quickly as possible as stated by the representative, but they have not provided a reason on their offer letter as to any findings or why they believe their offer is fair. It is evident that this company is not fair, equitable or impartial during its investigations.

      Broke tooth on a product sold by ****** ****** under their name. Crunchy peanut butter that contained foreign object, possibly stones or bone. Tooth cracked apart, requiring several dental procedures, root canal, cap. Possibly need dental implant as tooth is still causing problems. Filed information with Sedgwick, multiple calls and emails, most unanswered, redirected multiple times. I have tried contacting supervisors, no one is calling back or responding. Dental bills and lost wages several thousand dollars. This is a horrible business that has no intention of resolving a claim.

      On 09/08/23 I filed a medical disability claim with Sedgwick I submitted all medical documents and doctors notes since then Ive been trying to contact my appointed agent in regards to my paycheck Ive left them numerous voice messages on their website and still havent heard for her. I have also called throughout the entire time trying to got a hold of her and/or a supervisor customer service reps will not transfer me to their extensions and they wont provide me with any other additional information now Im going on 3 months with no pay in danger of losing my car, my cellphone line has been cut and I am behind on bills my claim has been approved and I was told last week I was to receive a large check for the entire time I have been out but I have not received anything.
