      The Sedgwick Claim adjuster has not tried to resolve the issue regarding my auto accident. I have documented that I tried to contact the claim adjuster via email, sent a letter, over (15) phones calls in my phone history from me to the claims adjuster. And the claims adjuster has not shown any desire or interest toresolve my accident claim.

      I fell and hurt myself at a kroger/********** story and was assigned to *********************************** the last contact i had from her was 09/05/23 i have left countless voicemails. Have sent emails and tried every number she sent to call and no one responds.. i dont want to have to retain a lawyer but i will if i dont receive some kind of communication this is unacceptable PLEASE CONTACT ME OR I WILL HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO RETAIN A LAWYER

      Was traveling and hit by a *********** vehicle who changed lanes into me, which sedgwick handles claims for. I havent heard or have gotten a response after multiple emails, and voicemails from Sedgwick. Claim *******. Me being hit caused me to hit another driver which *********** should be responsible for both parties but i havent heard from Adjuster in months.

      On Aug 21, 2023 ****** utility lines fell on our car and caused extensive damage (we are unable to safely/legally drive it without repairs). Sedgwick is a third party administrator for **** claims, so we were directed by **** to submit our claim online through Sedgwick's online portal. We did so on Aug 22, 2023. On Aug 24th we had a designated examiner from Sedgwick (*******************************) create an appraisal for the damage done (Claim #**********-01). However, we have since heard nothing from our designated examiner despite repeated attempts to contact him through the portal and via direct email. We are left in the dark on what their process is to get a bid approved to repair the damages. In the meantime we are unable to repair the car and therefore have been unable to safely drive our car to work and have been incurring expenses (initially parking tickets, and now also costs of alternative transportation).

      I had a bad leg injury at work. I was assigned to an adjuster who has done nothing but provide misinformation and I have had to chase her down every step of the way. The adjuster continues to be incompetent, not answering questions and when she does, she lies. I am awaiting short term disability that should have been given already as well as settlement. I got hurt June 22, 2022, broke my leg. My adjuster did not help me after our initial call. My surgery and recovery was well but I am still struggling with pain and discomfort. My adjuster never returned my calls after surgery. I went through months of PT and asking for a ****** and scooter.no response.***** went to collections. There was no temporary term disability offered, and no settlement. *** tracked her down now, and its the same incompetence. Not responding said we would get temporary disability and settlement. Now saying likely not. Just tired of lies. I want my temp disability at $6000 plus $50000 for the permanent damage to my leg.

      I've been dealing with Sedgwick for two months on my claim. My perscriber had quit and I couldn't get my information updated. I had to call an attorney and reach out to you guys in order for someone at New ******* to help me getting paperwork done. They didn't fill it out right and by the time I noticed I reached out to these people and told them and had the paperwork sent they've bounced me around for days telling me it was going to get tooken care of for me to receive a call today and them tell me due to my employer already taking action they can't update my days so basically I lost my job of nine years due to negligence of a mental health facility and Sedgwick's five days to update a piece of paperwork from one hour to a day time period.

      On September 27, 2023, a person driving a rented **** Budget F650 backed into my parked 2018 ****** Tacoma while it sat on my employer's parking lot. My claim was assigned to ***************************, Consumer Claims Representative of Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. On September 29, 2023, I delivered my damaged truck to ****************** after I rented a car using my own auto insurance. On the week of October 16th, I called ****************** to check on the status of my car. *****, of ******************, the auto body shop where my truck sits, informed me that my truck had not been touched. It had never been worked on. ***** informed me that he called *************************** and left messages for her, but she never returned his calls. He attempted to reach her as she is the adjuster assigned to my claim. *************************** of Sedgwick never responded to *******************' attempts to contact them for payment. I spoke with *************************** of Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc during the week of October 16th. ***** misrepresented the facts by telling me that she had paid the shop to begin repairs on my truck. She never called or emailed the shop and never sent money. I paid for the rental after my truck was hit. Today is Sunday, October 22, 2023. My truck has been at ****************** since September 29th. It has never been touched because my Adjuster/Consumer Claims Representative *************************** has not paid anything toward it. ***** has done nothing to repair the damage to my truck. ***** lied and said she had paid for service to begin. ***** has done nothing for me, my claim, and has paid nothing. I am still without my vehicle because ***************************, Consumer Claims Representative of Sedgwick Claims Management ******** *** has not processed my claim almost a full month after my truck was hit by a driver driving an **** Budget F650 who admitted hitting my vehicle.

      I had a dental injury through my employer, Amazon.com. I was sent to a local service provider for an initial consultation and then told to work with *******, the worker's comp team, to get my treatment plan approved prior to receiving treatment.I then spoke with *******, got the service provider to email the treatment plan, and called Segwick. They gave me an email for a case manager. I then emailed the case manager and never got a reply. I then reached out again to ******* and was told my case was showing as complete to which I explained that I never received treatment. I was then told that I would have an appointment scheduled that week. I called another 5-6 times and the number rang before simply disconnecting. The one time that I did get an initial human, I was then transferred to a number that rang until it disconnected. I then called back it the number disconnected. I am now getting feedback from my employer because they want to close the case out, but I have been unable to get anyone to answer and the service provider won't schedule an appointment without worker's comp

      I sustained 2nd degree ***** to my abdomen from a product purchased on Amazon on 7/26/2023. I filed a complaint with Amazon and after more than a month of going back and forth with them, they finally forwarded the complaint to Sedgwick to start my claim to reimburse my medical expenses. I called multiple times to follow up with Sedgwick regarding my claim and was advised each time that there was no claim information in their system. I was finally contacted back by a manager ************************* on 9/25/23 via email who stated my Product Claims Adjuster would be *****************************. I was able to get a hold of ****** around the beginning of October, where he requested documentation and photos to be sent. I sent all requested documentation and photos on 10/5/2023 and he responded the same day stating he will follow up with 3 business days. It its now 10/13/2023 and i have yet to hear back from ****** or anyone else regarding my claim. Its been 3 months or so since the initial incident and Both Amazon and Sedgwick have been dragging their feet to reimburse me for my damages

      I rented a truck from budget the check engine light was on when I got it I told the company it was on they said nothing was wrong just a sensor in the gas cap. I drove the truck from Michigan to I believe Indian where the truck lost power cause me to almost be hit by a semi truck. I pulled over called budget they told me to call the claims department. I call claims they send a tow truck out that came about 3 hours after I called. They towed the budget truck to the motel in which my tvs slid because it was lifted in the front to be towed. I opened the door of the truck when the tow truck driver left and my TVs were broken. I called the claims department of budget they informed me that I would be compensated for everything including the TVs once I return the truck. I return the truck they reimbursed me for the gas, food and money for the motel and hotel rooms and told me another department would handle my items. I get an adjuster who goes by the name of ******* license #******* who works for *******. She was nice the first phone call. The second phone call she was rude to me I guess because I called her manager. But I only called because I could never get ahold to her. She said she is gathering info and has been since august 11th **************************************************************************************** whatever the process is still nothing. Please help im getting nowhere with them.
