      For the last five months, I have been corresponding with Sedgwick over a motor accident claim. It has been a long period of constantly waiting on adjusters and claims operators to reply to emails, pick up phone calls, and simply respond. I have not received word from my bodily injury case Claim #********* with ******************* in three months. Additionally, I have received a total loss document from ********************* which I have reviewed. I emailed back two days later detailing questions about the document. My partner and I have been calling and emailing since Feburary 2nd and have received no word or reply. Recently, we called and an automated voice immediately said that the number was unreachable. I would appreciate it if they could respond to me. To give me some basic respect to resolve this claim as soon as possible. It has been six months and this claim is still ongoing.

      I am 28 years old and I was diagnosed with cancer in December 2023. All paperwork has been submitted by my ******* ******** and myself. I have been without pay for 2 months. I have called numerous times and left numerous messages and voicemails. Not a single phone call back. I demanded to speak to many supervisors and have yet to receive any resolution. Multiple representatives have hung up on me and down right lied to me. The medical examiner for my case is no where to be found for 2 months. This is my life. Im going to lose everything I worked so hard for in my life because of this company and I have to deal with this while going through chemotherapy and radiation. Someone needs to hold this company accountable

      Can not reach anyone at Budget/Sedgwick to discuss my 6 week old car accident in which one of their rental cars was damaged. Have been transferred to claims, Sedgwick, etc only to be met with uninformed representatives that have inaccurate information. My insurance provider needs an estimate of damages as well as detailed invoices surrounding the repairs. All of my good faith attempts to reach them are attached.       Sedgwick is handing a FMLA claim for me. Sedgwick recently sent correspondence indicating I had requested an extention of my leave. My leave expires on March 15, 2024 and I have NOT requested any extention. I have sent numberous messages and made calls to have them explain why they are send me erroneus communications. NO ONE IS RETURNING MY CALLS OR RESPONDING!

      Att burnt down my house fixing downed phone pole lines in my neighborhood, they are at fault for the fire.so now I have a claim number with their insurance holders Sedgwick. Now I talked to them once and never nothing else it's been a year. I'm living in my car now . Att is responsible for $500 k worth of damages and I lost a pet . Haven't received nothing yet.

      My car was damaged by **** worker when it was parked in the airport lot. **** told me to file a claim with their insurance, Sedgewick. During the repair which took over a month, I was given authorization by ********* for a rental car. When I filed a claim for rental car reimbursement once my car was completed and repaired, ********* only offered to pay me partial reimbursement because they said the repair should not have taken that long. The repair was delayed while Sedgewick reviewed and approved supplemental claims by the repair shop. Sedgewick claims delays were the fault of the shop and not covered. The rental car claim was $2,625.03 but Sedgewick issued me a check for only $2,081.44. They still owe me $543.59 but are now not returning my emails.

      I started an Epic claim through Sedgwick on 12/30/23 ... They have "***** business days" to respond or acknowledge they receive your documents. Never heard back. Had to call multiple times to inquire if they received my documents and any status updates. Finally got a call back on 1/23 saying they needed different dates documents. Sent them in on 1/24/24 and haven't heard anything back from them as I write this on 2/15/23. I reached out personally 4 times during this period where all the managers kept saying, "we will get back to you in ***** days after we review your documentation". That time came and went, nothing from them. Every time I call, the goal-posts of dates move. The latest is "I'm sorry your refund specialist is out, no time frame for resolution, best I can do is escalate your claim to management and they have 7 business days to respond to you." This is all over a whopping $383. This company does not have it's act together, misses self imposed deadlines, and every time "someone will get back to you", it's basically in 1-2 weeks when life has moved on. Crazy how poor this company is and I have no idea why Vail Resorts and Epic would use them I travel to Vail resorts every year and have been a loyal customer. First time filing a claim, and ********************** has Awful customer service and zero communication from their end.

      This is a many years issue with ******* along with its Subsidiary or other companies it uses to attempt to do the job. Which is generally NOT done or correctly done. This is a Work Comp. Claim with Sedgwick being responsible for ALL future Medical needs. Sedgwick 8125 Sedgwick wayMemphis **. ***** Sedgwick is currently using a new supplier for my Tens supplies. Casework10200 ******************.Ste. 100Clearwater **. 33762-5030First, I don't have anything that shows I was informed of this provider change. Part of the reason NO supplies came for months. Now I have had to call this company many times to try and get the Correct items for use with my Tens unit. My second order after many calls to get my Monthly planned shipment finally came. You see the attached picture of shipment. It was supposed to be 30 patches ( 1 per day use) and 6 batteries. Now calls to them again and trying to get Medically Necessary supplies has fallen on deaf ears. Last contact with the company to get my supplies and CORRECTLY as of thus Date 2/9/2024 has NOT arrived. Why I ask. Sedgwick over the years has NEVER fixed any issues with my Medical needs. They changed phone numbers and emails so I can't contact the supposed correct people. SAD.. I ( we) need thus company to be held completely accountable for NOT DOING THEIR LEGALLY BINDING JOB. I need to receive supplies monthly WITHOUT FAIL OR INTERRUPTION. Every month, for all time. No more excuses from ************* Careworks needs to be held just as accountable as they do not know their duties to people like me. And that is ******** fault. ******* over the years has REFUSED my calls and emails at their headquarters in TN. Then their unworthy complaint department lady changed her number and all after REFUSING to do her job. What's the purpose of a complaint ***** If they do NOTHING. I guess it's all for show I know first hand. If ******* or companies it hires to try and do their job CAN'T do it then what is left. FINES

      October 9th 2022 my storage unit was broken into and my items were stolen. Since since then I have been asked to jump through hoops to provide documents and all other provisions that I don't have I've sent pictures and I've sent the police report they have proof that I had possession of the storage unit and I'm still being harassed about I need more information more information in order to get compensated for the items that were stolen the police report list the items and I have sent pictures and the last thing I was told was that I need the police report and I finally got the police report and I'm still being stonewalled. I have never thought I would STILL be waiting for compensation. Please help me to resolve this matter it happened on my 60 birthday, Day
