      Sedgwick is the claims admin for *********** ********** installers damaged my kitchen late last year during an install. They opened claim for me with Sedgwick, the claim was approved in January 2024. I accepted the settlement amount. After offering the settlement Sedgwick has cut off all contact with me, they refuse to answer emails or phone calls, I keep getting an answering service person who states they will call me back in 24 hrs this has happened multiple times no one has ever called me back, I have asked for a manager/supervisor I have been told No. They are committing insurance fraud by holding the check for a claim that was already approved and giving me the run around so I get tired and give up, again Sedgwick is committing insurance fraud.

      **** came to my home to setup my internet service. The tech left a hole in my wall and filed a claim. I've been trying to reach someone to get the claim resolved since 2023.I have my phone records to show that I've contacted this company 13 times by phone and one time by email. I have received no calls back except one phone call back from someone named *********************** who told me that the reason no one was returning my call is because I was calling the wrong people. She told me *************************** was no longer on the **** account. I already knew that because at some point ******* stated on her voicemail that she was no longer on the **** account, but her voicemail did not say who was on the account. I sent her an email and continued to call so I could get to the right person.Finally *********************** gave me ************************* contact information. I've left three voicemails with him over the past 7 days and have not received a call back. I'd just like to get the hole in my wall fixed as the letter I received from this company says that my property damage claim is good for for years.       Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by *************************. Please note that Sedgwick CMS is not an insurance company.  Sedgwick CMS is a third-party claim administrator.  This complaint arises from a dispute related to a claim ************************* filed against our client, AT&T Services,Inc.

      A review of the claim file reveals that Sedgwick CMS has administered this claim in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the alleged loss. 

      Sedgwick CMS respectfully maintains that the Better Business Bureau online complaint resolution system is not the proper forum to respond to the allegations contained in ******************** complaint.

      Hello,

      I tried to respond to the meeage from Sedgwick from 5/6/2024, but there is no option for me to respond. There is only a message that says my response has been received. I'm not sure if I accidentally clicked on something that *** have submitted a response?  Can you help? Thanks

      Their response states that I had a dispute with AT&T. That is a false claim. I've never submitted a dispute against AT&T. My complaint is with Sedgwick.

      I have reached out a number of times with no resolution. I have called and was told that I only needed to send pictures. She said those pictures would be fine. I sent those pictures and included the claim number. Still no response. I had to reach out again and she only keeps repeating what she said in the previous email. Her service is poor put it may be meant to be that way. If they aren't going to assist me with what they would in my policy then please refund what i've paid back since i'm not getting what i paid for.

      I've had to call, fax documents, and remind this insurance company to do their job repeatedly. Now, I discover that they have closed my claim without paying the 3 co-payments for my hospital visits at the VA medical system. That bill is going to collections and may hurt my credit, as the debt has been sent to the U.S. Treasury. And I may have no choice but to pay it myself!This company must honor its obligation and pay the co-payments as they assured me they would.

      In August of 2023, a washer repair person (under warranty) damaged our home. Not once but twice, by not connecting a hose. Water poured through all 3 floors of my homes and damaged multiple rooms, including electrical damage. Sedgwick sent a adjuster to my home (2 times) and they made an offer on the repairs. There were many issues throughout this whole process but my issue is their offer does NOT include all of the damage to our home. Based on getting multiple estimates from multiple contractor reflecting the damage that at this time Sedgwick has not answered why the items are not included. We have provided examples and no one has answered why besides indicating that out contractor's estimates are inflated. Missing items is different then higher pricing. I have since sent multiple estimates reflecting all damages to my home that were missing in their report. Multiple contractors did their job and identified additional items that were not reflected in Sedgwick's offer. Sedgwick continues to not answer my questions or explain why they will not include in their offer. There are multiple emails asking Sedgwick to respond to my questions, where they then reply to my email and avoid the questions. I have asked to escalate the issue for a second level review and the response I was provided is that they have reached out to their repair network and that my contractor inflated their estimates. I have not asked to have them reach out to their network, nor is this what I want. I will work with a contractor of my choice as allowed by law. The adjuster I am working with indicated that all of my assessments are "inflated" and also stated that he spoke to my contractor and that they agreed with their offer. The contractor indicated that in no such way did he say that. I would like a second level review where a person compares the estimates that I have provided to their adjusters estimate and explain the difference and why they are not included, especially the electrical work. We have been without power in two areas of our home waiting to settle this. 4A231093LDY-0001.

      Hello,I am filing a complaint against Sedgwick Claims Management Services as they owe me $1,465.33 from a paid STD leave of absence back from April 2023 - June 2023. I had issues with cashing the check at my bank (I didn't endorse correctly) and by the time I found out, the check expired. I have been working with an '*****' Claim Examiner who has been telling me they are working on re-issuing the check. This has been since September, still no check. I sent them back the original check as they requested but I never received a new one. It has been almost 1 year. Can you please help? Claim # 4A23049G2TM-0001.       I had an accident in ******* ********** 12/31/23. They stocked produce and left water and fragments of greens all over the floor causing me to slip attempting not to go totally down to the floor and injuring myself. I had recently had total hip replacement surgery and injured this and my knee. I spoke to an employee at the scene I was directed to someone at the store who was not the manager lied to telling me he was to cover up the accidet from getting to the actual manager I finally got to the real manager filled out a two page report ans submitted pictures of the floor and video. I was gien the runaround for months and finally located ************************** represented by *********************. She said that my claim ahd to be tendered to Instacart because they had a contract with ******. Instacart said they are responsible for the medical bills only which is two copays I saw my PCP and then Orthepedic surgeon, ************************* representing Instacart and her supervisor said ****** (Sedjwick) are repsonsible for paying for the injury pain suffering ********************* has continued to give me the runaround stating she is waiting on Instacrt even afterhaving all of this info. Im injured, have knee issues and now continued stress has flaired my anxiety. It has been three months and Im having to make constant calls, constant emails constantly research to locate numbers and persons to speak with, Any of the people I hae been connected to I have found due to constant researching. I googled Sedjwick and they have numerous complaints for railroading people suchas myself who have legitimate injuries and claims to attempt not to pay their claims or not pay their claims. I was assured I would be compensted and now I am being deceived, ignored and refused settlement yet I am still suffering with iinjuries due to Krogers negligence. I have submitted the pictures and videos of the condition of the floor and done multiple written and oral interviews. I will not go away, This is criminal!

      I received coolsculpting of my abdomen in 2023. I had a complication called PAH. Allergen/AbbVie approved compensation to have this corrected through liposuction with a plastic surgeon. Sedgwick was to handle the payout for this. The representative that I received for this, *********************, refuses to respond to me to help me with my claim. I have emailed him multiple times and he hardly responds. When he does he does not provide any information for me. I call and leave messages. He never returns my calls. He seems to not care about helping me. I am concerned that I am never going to receive the money to have this corrected. I have no way of filing a complaint with Sedgwick. I have tried, but have no way of contacting a real person. I do not know what else to do. He is located at the Sedgwick *************, ** Office

      I had a slip and fall accident at *******. ******* indicated that I had to work with Sedgwick. This company is not responsive, and very rude if they do reply. They are trying to pass the buck into another company without giving me any details as to which company I should call. I have several thousands in pending medical bills, and this company tells me they dont know when I will get an update.

      My claim from an automobile accident was transferred from QBE, USI Insurance Services in ***********, *********. It was originally with General Casualty of ***************** in ********* *********. The claim was to pay for essential services for $20,000.The claim was transferred to Claim Professional ***************************** with ***************** in *********** *********. This was transferred to **********************. I have spoken to Alexandra ********************** at ************. I sent her a statement from my doctor stating that I still needed these services. I sent in a claim and have not received it. I have left many messages with her. She has not returned any calls. She told me I still have around $4,000 left in the account. My claim number is 836844B.Can someone please help me with this?
