      Claim Number: 4A240350PL2-0001 On March 22, 2024, I observed my storage belongings to have substantial water damage. At the time, I didn't know where the water had came from. I immediately filed a claim with Sedgwick CMS. After four days, I received a letter from an adjuster, requesting pictures of my bed and other stored items. I submitted images and a detailed list of what the items would be to replace. About a month to six weeks after, I sent the documents to my claims adjuster. She finally sent me a letter, stating that my claim was denied. This was very upsetting because, I pay insurance to protect my belongings. The water damage has ruined my my queen **** bicycle and the remote control to my adjustable bed. I am disabled and need my bed working. I have called the company several times and also sent emails to my adjuster for answers. The business is not working with me with my water damaged items. The insurance states that water damage is covered. I do not live in the are and are unsure how long the water was there or how it got into my storage unit. I need my claim followed up on by management.

      2022-2024 I have been going back and forth with this company I can never receive correct information to the point where I have to redo things or go with out for months because the didnt look at a document fully or they dont know the right answer so they just give you one even if its not right

      Complaint about Sedgwick Claims Management Service Inc.Claim number 4A23089KXPG-0001 Contact- ***************************-************ Was in a rear end car accident with their client on August 9, 2023. Their client was at fault.I just want my out-of-pocket expenses of $685. And to pay State Farm, my insurance.Deductible-$500.Car Rental-$155.Doctor copay-$30 Emailed him the above receipts Oct 5, 2023.Emailed him on January 4 , 2024 and he requested the same documents. I wrote I already sent them in a previous email. He received the subrogation document he requested February 2, 2024.Emailed him on April 15, 2024, and no response.

      Context, last year I had purchased some appliances from the ********** and purchased the delivery and installation of the equipment. Upon delivery the ********** staff damaged several areas in my home. I filed a complaint to ********** and they created an insurance claim through their provider Sedgwick. Jamia orange reached out and established communication with me to get this issue resolved.What the issue is now, I have provided all the necessary documents and had their assessor come to my home and ***** the damages. He filed his report and submitted all necessary documents for the case to Sedgwick. Sedgwick has had limited communication with me and provided me with false information. Jamia Orange, informed me on a call that took place on 4/15/24 that they would reach out in 2-3 business days with a resolution. The company has failed for over two weeks to reach back out to me. I have tried to escalate the issue with the organization by requesting for a supervisor to call back and they have not done so. I finally received a generic response today stating that they are looking into the case.

      Claim L2401085001-0001 was opened by Sedgwick on January 8, 2024. Sedgwick is representing ***************** for a failure of my refrigerator's water dispensing system causing flood damage to my home. ***************** is the assigned adjuster.On January 12, 2024 I provided photos of the failed components per *************** instruction along with documentation from the flood mitigation company asserting the flooding was caused by the fridge failure. *********** followed up with a response my claim was being evaluated within 2 hours of my email.I heard nothing and followed up February 2, 2024. *********** stated she was tendering the claim to Daewoo/***** as of January 26, 2024.I followed up again with *********** on February 29 and March 29, 2024 because no one from Daewoo/***** had contacted me about the claim. Each time, *********** stated she would follow up with ******/*****.On April 12, 2024, *********** stated she couldn't assist me without documentation from my insurance company showing the damage was the result of the refrigerator component failure. I provided it the same day despite having already submitted proof from the flood mitigation company on January 12.To date I have received no further communication from *********** or Daewoo/Winia. I feel Sedgwick is attempting to drag out the claim and providing no real pressure to Daewoo/Winia on the notice of tender hoping my claim will exceed the statute of limitations for legal action against *****************, Daewoo/Winia, and/or Sedgwick.I am tired of waiting. All parties in the process have failed to provide me with a very reasonable solution to my original problem.

      ********* is supposed to be paying me $580 every two weeks till june of 24. I have not recieved a payment since June of 23. *********************, my adjustor won't return my calls and is making no effort to make this right. This is becoming theft and needs to be taken care of

      I have not been able to contact anyone in managemnt regarding my claim I email I call all day everyday no one calls me back they hang up on you its ridiculous I have so many questions involving my case no ones any help no one does there job and there no chain of command

      On January 7, 2024, I got rear-ended by another vehicle coming out of the ******* parking lot in ****, *************. The driver was an uber driver who rented the vehicle through ***** When I reported the accident to ***** they had me contact a third-party insurance company called Sedgwick. Since my initial contact with Sedgwick I have had nothing but problems. It took them almost a month for an adjuster to call me, after I called the regular customer service with complaints, and then another 3 weeks before someone came out to look at my car. During that time frame they switched me to 4 different adjusters and never advised me of the switch. I only found out by, once again, calling customer service after the original adjuster would not respond to my calls or emails. Since then, I have received a check for only $1,100 for car repairs. My 8-month-old granddaughter was in the car at the time, so we had to replace her car seat because the doctors told us to because it is no longer safe due to the impact, and I was informed the insurance company is supposed to reimburse that amount. I have been contacting the supervisor ***************************** ************ for about 6 weeks leaving voicemails at least twice a week and she still has not called me back. Now every time I call customer service, they hang up on me whenever I give them my name and claim info. I have been treated poorly during this whole process and it's not right. I was not at fault in the accident, so I don't understand why they are treating me so badly.

      Im Extremely disappointed with Sedgwicks service. Despite numerous attempts, they consistently paid me only half of what Im owed and take weeks to respond. **************** is a nightmare, spinning you in circles. They ignore emails and messages in their portal, and their staff repeatedly lie about payment statuses. Avoid at all costs.

      Company is the insurance provider for a vehicle that hit my truck 3 months ago. I have tried contacting this company 3 times a week since the accident and have gotten no return call. I heard once right after the accident they were trying to verify the driver who hit me was supposed to be driving the vehicle and its been 2 months since that call. I have called the main hotline and office many times leaving several voicemails and no return call. My front bumper is barely handing on with a truck strap being used so I can still drive it. If I was to remove this truck strap I would not be able to use my vehicle.
