      I received a ComData prepaid fleet Card (last 4 digits ****) via ***** on 10/10/2022 for my small trucking company. I set up the card that day, and directed thru their website that a $300 ACH payment be made. That payment cleared my bank on 10/13/2022. As of 1/17/2022, that payment still has not been applied to my new card, despite several conversations and emails between myself and ComData. Their first demand was that I provide a voided check from me bank, which I provided, along with my most recent bank statement showing that my company owns the account that both the cancelled/ voided check and the statement are for. It is now several hours later and I am stranded at a truck stop over 400 miles from my delivery, unable to purchase the fuel I need to complete my delivery because ComData STILL has not posted my payment which has been in their account for almost 5 calendar days now.I will be cancelling this card just as soon as I can get my $300 back, then I'm going to *** them for Tortuous Interference With Business Conduct.

      We have been advised the funds have since posted to your account. Please note the funds were submitted on 10/10/2022 ( Columbus Day). These payments *********** business days to post, and can be longer if submitted on a Federal Holiday. In addition, there was an issue verifying bank information being tied to your company. That issue was sorted out with ******************** once a check and bank statement were submitted.

      Disputed $55 charge to my COMDATA Card. Started dispute same day card was compromised, 09/06/2022. Declined to file disputed because ($55 Charge was still pending) transaction was still pending. Requested they simply deny pending charge. They refused and stated call back when it clears. I called back 09/08/2022 to file a disputed charge of $55. To date no resolution, just want my money back for this unauthorized transaction. Call every week for an update. Called today, 10/14/2022. No response no updates?

      Called the customer service to release the block on my card, she's very rude and barely speaks English. Put me on hold for 2.5 hrs snd didn't resolve the issue. If you outsource customer service you better select quality personnel

      Someone keeps hacking into my comdata employbridge card. I have received a new card numerous times, I have been in contact with customer service and they assure me it won't happen again. But someone in ***** ******* keeps getting authorization to my account, and adds a new card number to my account and withdraws my money I make through a atm machine in ***** *******. I live in KY and comdata keeps letting this happen. On Sept 16th I received a email saying my dispute has been denied, for the claim on Sept. 2 of the amount of $298. Today on Sept 30 another transaction of $486 was withdrew and they said they couldn't disput it til the transaction went fully through. I keep calling and trying to resolve these issues and they keep happening!! Employbridge and Comdata are a joke.

      I paid Comdata $15,000.00 through their ******** payment portal. Then they tell me they cannot find the funds and that my EIN doesn't match and I need copy of voided check or bank statement. Then I keep getting the run around. Then they have to open an investigation to find the money. They won't post anything to my account. I have the transaction number from their own system and still will not allow the funds to get posted.
