I took a loan out with this for my school with them they gave me access to my account online and app and every month I can't log in even wit the right credentials, they keep saying is not their fault is me but I have tried everything they asked me too and didn't work and they still don't want to accept responsibility and hay they have a bug on their login so I can't make payments unless I call them every month. Every time I report this I receive attitude or people talking to you like a ********* as if it's your fault not theirs. I advice no one no body to use their services is a hack so they can charge you paying over the phone feees or late fees because you can't make payments because you have no access and they made me repeat myself 1 million timeBusiness Response

They just sending payment letter after I canceled the loan and they reported to my credit as delinquent as the loans is cancel so they just made everything worst and I just don't have the energy for this I really just want people to to know about this so they don't deal with the same costumer service these people provide

This company had been sending me email regarding some sort of loan, which I did not obtain.

I applied for a class and launch is the loan provider. I couldn't take the course because it was not really great as an online course. I tried to contact the advisor and the email wasn't even working. I contacted the school they refused to do anything. When I contacted launch they told me this loan could not be disputed so they are charging me for a class I did not even take. They continue to add interest to my balance and because of this loan my credit score has been affected significantly. They are a ******** company to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone or even the education program. I am going to pay the amount off but this has to be addressed especially when all student loans have been on pause. These people are taking full advantage of the situation.Business Response

No I do not accept their response. All student loans have been deferred and the fact that they are forcing people to pay this loan is not right. Especially when I tried to cancel the course because I did not take it. This caused my credit score to go down by over ** points. Then instead of them reporting this loan as paid since I did pay it off, they reported it as closed.

Our student loan - ********- loan was sold to launch servicing.com. They would not take credit card as a form of payment and insisted that we needed to comply with an autodraft. I wasn't comfortable with it since that took away a degree of control but was told this was the only way. On the LAST month of the loan, they over-charged us by ***%! which led to an over draft on my account. When we called to figure it out, they told us it was a system error and the over amount would be refunded within a few days. This turned into a week.
To this writing, I STILL have not received the refund for the amount they over drafted.Business Response

The loan was paid off in full $**** and later received statements with Zero balance and no payments due for 2 or 3 months. Later received statement showing interest due $** balance. I also called and got this charge removed. But statements still receiving after the loan was paid in FULL. These ****** are after your money.Business Response

My medical provider suggested financing through *********; in which it was approved for 12 months no interest. On October 11, 2022, I made my first payment ($******) over the phone of a one-time charged to ********* with my debit card servicing through Launch Servicing, LLC. My receipt of the transaction was emailed to me on the same day.
On October 14,2022, I checked my account there was a preauthorization for $****** debited on October 13, 2022 with Launch Servicing , LLC. I immediately called ********* representative Alex(************). He informed me that they can not refund my $******. That I will have to contact my banking institution for the refund. I informed him that my bank did not take my money and the funds were not in a form of a check to stop payment. I repeatedly asked to speak to his supervisor, he put me on hold for 10 minutes. Alex did not transfer me to a supervisor he repeated the same information again to contact my bank for a refund,
I immediately called Launch Servicing(************) talked with representative Dag, he informed me that they can not refund my $****** and talk to my banking institution for refund. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he stated he has to email one and they will call me. For right now, we can not refund you your money back.
I did not setup automatic payments with *********. I called and made a one-time charge. I do not want this problem to happen again in the future.
I have NEVER known any COMPANY( *******, ******, **********, **** etc.) that does not refund your money when they are at fault.Business Response
