  I have an education loan with a repayment rate based on income, that does not start repayment until income is above a certain point. Out of no where, they decided that my income had increased 50% and started to send bills and past due notices stating that I was in delinquency. I have called, emailed, messaged their portal, all to no avail. After 6 months they corrected the payment amount, but have not corrected the errors in late fees and similar that I do not owe them, as they are all due to their error and not of my own. I have asked them more than a dozen times to send me paper bills, as they control what messages can be seen in their online portal and the fair debt collection act very specifically outlines that a debter has the right to require written, mailed statements. They have continued to refuse. The only remaining option I have is to open a complaint with the consumer protection bureau and hope they will respond to a government organization.
  
  Please note, in many states, making a payment on a debt that has ANY incorrect terms, principal, interest, fees etc, can ne legally used against you in court.. so do not pay it unless you are positive your state has protections... Most do not. Consult an attorney before taking any actions, or advice based onbmy experiences because there is no guarantee your experience will match my own. They have been amongst the more dogficult, and maliciously ignorant institutions I have had the misfortune of dealing with and I hope this prevents anyone else from sharing my misfortune.

  Tried to transfer my solar panel loan that was oversaw by Launch when I went to sell my house. When I first called, I was told that the transfer would be very easy and that they do it for their customers all the time. Over the course of the next few weeks (as my wife was in the last month of her pregnancy and we eventually brought our firstborn into the world), I was told it takes them 30-60 days for the transfer to go through, which makes zero sense, because 99% of residential house sales that go under contract are 30 days or less. About 30 phone calls and many hours on hold later with their escalation department, the transfer still did not go through by the closing date (which I got extended by a week), and I lost out on $15,000 the buyers were going to assume of the solar panel loan because of that. Some of the people on the escalation team were rude and not very good at their job. Some weren't, but ultimately their superiors are in charge and they were trying their best to work around their cowardly incompetence and apathy for their customers. At one point, one of the customer service representatives was digging through a pile of faxed documents trying to find the ones I'd sent them amidst those they'd received from other customers. A real Mickey Mouse 1994 operation they're running at Launch Servicing, LLC. Would highly not recommend getting entangled with them.

  I've been paying double the amount due for 3 years and at this point in time owe exactly the same amount as the loan I took out. Scammed. I will file a complaint and law suit if I need to against this scandalous and unethical business.

  My son passed away August of 2023 and Launch has been trying to collect the debt from me. I informed them I had never co signed on the loan. When I asked for a copy of the original contract, they provided me with a contract that was clearing forged with my name on it. My son's signature and the cosigner signature was clearing signed by the same person. Now they are trashing my credit report.

  Launch Servicing LLC makes me pay on student loan while I’m unemployed. I provided tax return which shows zero earned income, but Launch Servicing LLC decided to take into consideration Unearned income and issue me a letter with past due amount for 4/01/25 dated 4/26/25 even though my loan contract states that minimum 40k of earned income qualify for monthly payments on the loan. I am going to also submit them a letter from my lawyer.

  This business is depriving clients of property rights by not supplying needed documentation for the sale and transfer of property. Launch Servicing is not providing *** Lien Releases to holders of solar system leases originated by now bankrupt ******************. This non-cooperation with title companies and realtors deprives property owners their full rights.

  I have a loan with this company but have never reached out for support until now. I have sat on the support line for the past 90 minutes, having called both support phone numbers listed. There are no estimated wait times and there is zero human contact. I have emailed the customer support email address, but the automated response informs me that no one is checking the email account and the only way to speak to someone is via phone. Clearly, that is not an option either. Based on the reviews before mine, this will be an uphill battle and this company is far from forthright in dealing with customers with large loans (like myself!)
  
  I would love it someone would please respond to this review and contact me as the matter is fairly urgent.

  This company bought out enium, which illegally copied and pasted my signature on a loan for 78,000$ and I have emailed and called this company, and they never sent paperwork at my request, or contact information for me to rectify and opt out this debt, I didn't sign for, nor did anyone contact me via email response. They are unreasonable and have yet to contact me with a solution for a debt I didn't create. Next step, attorney.

  I just had one of the worse customer service experiences with this Company. I am a Mortgage Broker working on a home loan for a Borrower who has Launch Servicing for her Solar Company payments. In order to complete her refinance we need a written Approval from this Company. The process typically takes a fee of $100 and a turn around time of 3-5 business days. This company charged $300 and we are going on week 8 for the written Approval and they are running us around in circles. The Rep I spoke with on Tuesday said I would be called by Wends and nothing. I called in now and was told to be patient and to WAIT it out in a very rude and condescending manner. I do not recommend this company to anyone and I want to see some results soon.

  I know this is a debt collection agency. Huge rip off of a company. They are collecting for a solar job that was done on my house. This was in 3-23. So, I was told I need to send them my tax credit for the solar. Which was $15,300, which is what we got back on our taxes. I sent that to them on 5/13/24. We needed to pay them $16,122.30. So, by 9-14-24. So, we made another payment of $823 on 9-13-24. that is a total of $16,123. They never informed me that they were taking interest out on those 2 payments that were to go to principal. So doing so were $53.30 short. No one notified us that we were short that amount. So now our payment each month went up $90. For being short $53.30. I have contacted them they have reviewed it and said they can't go back and make any changes. I was more than willing to pay the $53.30 to save me $90 a month. They have no contact with the original loan company and have to keep putting in tickets to try to solve this. I want to know the payoff of loan and was told they have to send a ticket to get it, and it would be 30 days. So, in the long run $53.30 will cost us $25,470 over the length of loan. Which I still don't understand. The cost of the solar didn't go up. I guess the interest went up. I guess I should have kept the $16,122 I paid them. Stay away from this company at all costs. Contacting them does nothing. Mr. *****
