      We are trying to sell our house with leased solar panels. We were supposed to close on 8/26/24, and submitted the request for lease transfer on 8/9/2024. It is 9/25/24 , and this has not been resolved. I filed a complaint against the solar company, and they just said that there is nothing they can do. We have been trying to transfer the lease to the buyer, and contacted the company several times with no luck. They keep promising us that a supervisor will call, that they escalated the issue , and nothing has happened. The last call they told us, there is nothing we can do, you have to wait but we don't have a timeline. It is discouraging how very little rights we have as customers in this situation, and how I cannot sell my house because of this and potentially loosing thousands of dollars.

      Dear LAUNCH Executive Management:

      I am writing to enforce the honoring of the placement of my LAUNCH student loans on a Natural Disaster Forbearance related to the California Boyles Fires & California Line Fires, FEMA & State Disaster Declared on September 5 & 8, 2024. Kindly note that the aforementioned fires affected my employment, meriting immediate placement of my loans in said forbearance status.

      Please immediately escalate this matter to LAUNCH Chief Executive Officer, prior to engaging the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Enforcement Investigations team and local media Consumer Investigative reporters in Los Angeles. Please be advised that there is no limit to Natural Disaster forbearance time, as this is allotted PER DISASTER for a period of 90 days -- there is no cumulative limit for NATURAL DISASTER FORBEARANCES (only standard hardship forbearances), as advised to me by LAUNCH management on or about July 2023.

      Kindly escalate this matter urgently and immediately, as you have ignored my urgent messages for several weeks -- meriting immediate escalation of this matter and the honoring of said Natural Disaster forbearance as aforementioned in my previous email grievance.

      Thank you kindly in advance for your immediate escalation of this matter to LAUNCH Servicing's Senior Executive management for immediate resolution.

      We are in escrow selling our home with sunpower solar attached. Our escrow initiated transfer of lease to new buyer. According to sunpower that was lost in transfer to launch. Launch is telling me 30-60 days. Our home is scheduled to close on 9/30/24 and if it does not, it will cause us great financial harm and loss. I need to be in contact with the lease transfer team to assist in this matter

      I am not liable for this debt with Launch Servicing, LLC, I do not have a contract with Launch Servicing, LLC, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      I am disputing a debt that has been placed with Launch Servicing, LLC. I am not liable for this debt, as I do not have a contract or any business agreement with Launch Servicing, LLC. I requested a copy of the original contract from Launch Servicing, but they have failed to provide it. Without the necessary verification of the debt, I believe this account has been placed on my credit report in error.

      Terrible customer service and lack of resolution. No one is answering phone calls and when they do they refuse to escalate to supervisor. I am in need of a one page document for my mortgage closing and they are telling me that they have 30 days to send document. Again that is completely unreasonable considering request

      On Monday September 16, 2024 a Home Sale Transfer request was initiated to transfer the lease to the purchasers in conjunction with a home sale. Within 3 business days Sun Power Financial / Launch Servicing was to initiate the transfer process and reach out to the buyers in order to begin the process. To date Sun Power Financial / Launch Servicing has not initiated any contact or response to inquiries regarding status of the transfer process. This has the potential to impact a home sale that is to be closed on October 10, 2024.

      On Sept 6, 2024 submitted life transfer with ******** online portal for a lease transfer due to selling my home.

      9/11/24 - called for status update, ticket created was informed account didn't transfer over
      9/12/24 - advised 30-60days for processing despite escrow date of 9/20/24
      9/16/24 - no status update and urgency on company's behalf.
      9/19/24- received email from ******** requesting documents for transfer, submitted documents and no response since to date from company.

      9/20/24 - followed-up regarding email, still no response
      9/20/24- escrow missed
      9/23/24 - Still no response from company.

      I am in serious jeopardy of losing my new home purchase, job and the sell of the my current home. As I am relocating across country. Whenever calling and speaking to representatives at Launch Servicing no empathy no urgency or care in the world to assist customers.

      I am writing to express my frustration with the ongoing delays and lack of communication regarding my request for a solar system buyout quote. I have been trying to contact ******** and launch servicing for over 3 weeks using multiple channels, including:

      ******** Financial and launching servicing online portal (multiple messages)
      ********************* **************************** ************************************* ****************************** ****************************** ********************** ********************************* *********************************** ************************ Despite these efforts, I have not received any response from any of the emails listed above. I also called the ******** customer service number at ************* After a lengthy wait, I finally spoke with a representative on Friday, who assured me that I would receive a quote within three business days. However, I have not received any communication.

      On 9/18/24, I received an email stating that my request had been forwarded to ******** Financials which is launch servicing, and that I would be contacted within 24 hours. It is now well past that timeframe, and I have yet to hear back from anyone.

      My wife is having an eye surgery next week and need to finalize the sale of my house soon. These delays are negatively impacting my mental and financial health, and I urgently request that you provide the buyout quote as soon as possible to resolve this matter.

      Good Morning, I am urgently requesting for your help. In 2018 I purchased a home and had the solar panel lease transferred into my name. The solar panel company is owned by ********, a company that filed for bankruptcy in 8/2024. ******** has a lien on the title of my home and I cannot sell my house until this lien is lifted and the lease is transferred into the new buyer's name. This transfer process was initiated on 8/22/2024, all of the documents have been provided, yet the credit application which needs to be completed by the Buyer has not yet been sent by ********, it has been one month so far and no response. My closing date is scheduled for 10/7/2024. For the past month, I have tried communicating via email, yet no responses. Over the past month, I have spent 2 hours at 8am holding for representative to answer. Some days I am lucky to speak to someone only to be told there is no update, there is no way for the customer service rep to get in touch with the Transfer department and that it usually takes 30-60 days for this process to be completed. The transfer department is busy and will process the transfer requests in the order received.

      In August of 2024, ******** filed for Bankruptcy. All transactions have been transferred to a company called ******** *********/Launch Servicing. I am desperately requesting for your assistance in helping me to reach their Transfer department to have a credit application sent to the seller. I am pleading for your help as I need to sell this house as soon as possible without any further delay. I have provided all of the information needed to initiate the transfer process but since no one is responding, I don't know what else to do. Please can you help me in any way possible.

      Attempting to sell our home. It has a 20 yr lease from ******** *********. Unable to reach anyone on the phone, calls always say they are busy, and call again later. This has been for weeks. Sent then 2 Emails through online portal and no response.

      So unable to sell my home as cant get response to payoff or transfer of lease to new owners.
      ******** has lein on house, so we cant sell it so need to transfer to new owner or pay off, but cant get reponse from company, so CANNOT sell home
