  I followed all the directions on the care instructions. Yet both my trees died. When I reached out to the support services for the one year replacement. They first informed me that they would send a replacement for both trees, to only have one tree on the invoice that I need to pay for shipment on. When I reached back out about it only have one tree on the delivery payment form. I was told again that both trees would be replaced. When the invoice form still stated it was only for one tree a day later. I reached back out to the representative only to have a different "plant expert" inform me they only replace one tree when they were bought under BOGO. This is a total lie they were over prices education for the product received. And their was no statement anywhere on the website that they would only replace one tree when purchased on BOGO.

  I ordered 7 wisteria trees and 1 azalea.They arrived promptly and were well packaged. One of the wisteria already has a couple tiny green buds on it. I'm looking forward to them leaving out. I just have to be patient for the other six.I will definitely order from fast trees again

  Everything promised with beautiful green branches, for 20 junior Thuja Green Giant Arborvitae trees. Except the deer have bitten off branches of three of them to basically ruin them. Branches bitten off are lying on the ground. They have chewed a little off about half of them. I have containers of Deer Off on all of them after the first two were damaged but now they have demolished a third one. They are growing well but the three may not be viable.

  My experience proved to me fully that despite a consumers best efforts and intentions for a successful transaction with fastgrowingtrees.com; an unsatisfactory result will occur leaving a frustrated lasting impression. When a consumer loses money from an industry meant to beautify our environment in some way in the midst of dark world, it gives one pause. In my case I would have appreciated a little more effort than just hopeless disregard.

  This business sells a guarantee in addition to a refund disclosure that does not appear to favor the consumer as it relates to my circumstance. I have met and exceeded all of the required queries this company continues to ask without delay and no resolution. The success thus far of my purchased tree is due to my efforts and it appears this will take several weeks to determine if this tree will survive. Fastgrowingtrees.com has not provided additional assistance other than vague hypotheticals. They are only responding to emails I initiate and its consistently inconsistent from a different individual each time. The last example is this: *** stated I am a novice and purchased products they sell obviously above market and these items are to assist in the success of planting and caring for the tree. Most recently they asked for a scratch test but their answer upon reviewing the digital photos provided as instructed did not explain if they deemed the tree is doing wellor not. So, for the record this is a business practice that should be reconsidered and consistent with everyone there at the business since their individual signature blocks state they are Plant Experts.

  A very nice looking double bloom, weeping cherry tree. I ordered a 3 to 4 foot tree and received one that is over 4 feet tall. It arrived well packed with. a burlap wrapping around the rootball with soil included. I will come back later with a review on how the tree progresses.

  The shipping box of the plants I ordered folded in half,with the weight of the soil on both sides and the plants stretching the middle of the 10 trees I ordered 7 of main branches were broken in half I splinted with sticks and zip ties .The shipping boxes need center support.I hope I dont have to prune the center stock

  Love my little tangerine tree. I hope it grows big and strong. My only issue with Fast Growing Trees is the lack of in detail information. Yeah, you can call and get general stuff but when I called to get specific info on fertilizing and watering, the info just wasn't easy to get. Either way, my tree has survived for a month, even through the transplanting, but still not much growth yet. I am certain it is developing its root system before I see any noticeable new growth.

  I keep buying trees from them, I have six coming this spring, have eight others already in the ground.When I had a tree die shortly after I got it, all they asked for was a photo showing the cambium beneath the bark, to show it was really dead, and they replaced the tree.Don;t have anything else to say.
