    I don't know if it's me, the weather or the trees. First off, it came later than was expected and the trees, were in the box for 2 nights and 3 days. On the 3 night we planted the ******* ****** trees. The temperatures at night time have been down in the 30's. Both trees have mostly brown leaves on them.

    Thank you for your feedback. Leaf drop can be common with the transition of new plants however they typically recover and push out new growth as the temperatures warm up.     So the plants were scheduled to arrive on April 14, they didnt ship till April 28th. Thats fine, it happens. When they arrived they were dead. Its been four days and they havent perked up. Im going to keep waiting and will see if it gets better. But for the price and the delayits really not looking good.

    Lost trees showed up 7 days after shipping in damaged box and a second new box created by FedEx because the trees original shipping box was damaged beyond being able to be used. The trees were placed upside down in the box so arrived curved with many branches broken, and browned and or completed dead. No one walking through a plant or tree nursery would choose these trees to plant from normal healthy undamaged straight trees yet this company thought it was acceptable to tell me to tend to the damaged trees for 30 days, as if trying to bring them back to life and fix damaged branches and the curvature of the main leaders was my responsibility. If you ordered a new sofa and the cushion arrived ripped and the frame of the sofa was broken, would you accept…..no. Then they offered me a 10% discount on the order. I offered them to ship the trees back to them. They had no available replacement trees to ship me, which I would have accepted. I have asked for a refund and they have gone radio silent and not responded to my email. I now have my credit card disputing the charge as they delivered goods that do not represent what they promised to deliver. I also wrote a lengthy negative review on their website and of course that went unpublished as they clearly screen out negative reviews (review manipulation) to create a false narrative about customer satisfaction.

    I have ordered from them for a few years and have gifted trees to friends. The trees come in excellent condition and have all flourished. Communication regarding delivery is excellent. I highly recommend them!!

    Waited nearly 2 months for my tree with no notices as to why its taking so long. Ended up cancelling order because it wouldve been too hot to plant.

    I purchased five different types of plants from this company. One arrived damaged, which they did replace.Unfortunately, only two of the shrubs survived the winter, even though they were properly winter-proofed and marketed as hardy.That's when the real frustration began. I ended up in an endless email loop with two different **** who clearly weren't communicating with each other. I was repeatedly asked the same irrelevant and, frankly, insulting questions. I've been gardening for over 20 years - I know what I'm doing, and I provided detailed photos and documentation.Despite all of this, they seem determined to avoid honoring the warranty that I paid for! It feels like they're just stringing customers along to wear them down. Be cautious before ordering. This company does not stand behind its products.
