    3 Stars because they lack on communication. I sent them emails and called them regarding a tree I bought that still looking sick, to no response whatsoever. The majority of the plants I bought are looking very pretty and healthy, except that one. Hope they honor their 1-Year warranty and step up and take responsibility for the sick tree.

    Order showed shipped and delivered. It never arrived at my house. Stuff happens.Reached out to their customer support a week plus ago to report it. Got the message saying I would hear back in 72 hours. 8 days later still no tree and no contact from the company.

    I went to purchase a lilac **** and a limelight prime hydrangea tree. The order summary gave me two codes with a total of what I would pay $121.14. The summary page had a code already in it and told me to apply the next code at checkout. When I went to check out it would not accept the second code. This made my total $172.22.This was not acceptable to me, so I contacted their customer service through chat. They refused to honor both coupons and said that their website does not accept stacking coupons. I feel that they falsely advertised the prices on their website because I did not generate the order summary with the lower price. The website generated that price. **************** did not help me. I feel like I was being reasonable. I will not do business with a false advertising company.If I could have put zero stars, I would have..

    Just placed our third order of trees. I ordered the wrong trees (but we used them) and when I went to place the second order, I discovered I could choose a timeframe for delivery. Since we were still in cold weather I took advantage of that. So easy to do and so helpful. I highly recommend them. All the trees have been in great condition for planting.

    My experience with fast growing trees was great. I received three different type trees last year and they all seem to be doing fine. The only one I'm a little worried about is the white pine tree I received it's a very beautiful tree but I have a little problem with it. Otherwise all three trees came back very well and in good condition.

    I ordered a flame thrower red tree and it was sent out earlier than expected.I can't plant until the weather improves.still too cold.The leaves are starting to curl and the tree looks stressed.Hopefully be able to plant it this weekend and it'll take root.I've always had great luck with all other trees I've purchased from them

    Thank you for your feedback. You can maintain the tree in the container it was shipped in until ready to plant and you can plant as soon as the ground is soft enough to dig.

    I purchased seven plants recently. They came well wrapped and healthy. They offer a 30 day guarantee with the option to upgrade to 365 days for replacement if they fail to thrive. I will definitely order again and recommend to anyone looking for beautiful trees, shrubs, and flowers.

    I followed all the directions on the care instructions. Yet both my trees died. When I reached out to the support services for the one year replacement. They first informed me that they would send a replacement for both trees, to only have one tree on the invoice that I need to pay for shipment on. When I reached back out about it only have one tree on the delivery payment form. I was told again that both trees would be replaced. When the invoice form still stated it was only for one tree a day later. I reached back out to the representative only to have a different "plant expert" inform me they only replace one tree when they were bought under BOGO. This is a total lie they were over prices education for the product received. And their was no statement anywhere on the website that they would only replace one tree when purchased on BOGO.
