2 starsI bought 10, 6foot giant arborvitae trees cost almost $1200. They arrived so scrawny and super thin, what a major disappointment, I found same tree at ********** about 10 feet tall and super thick for $89.00 What a waste of money never again ******FastGrowingTrees.com

We are so sorry your trees are not as expected when compared to local garden centers. Our trees are row grown so they tend to grow upward before they grow out however once transplanted, they will begin to push out new growth and fill in. Let us know if you need any assistance.Review fromPrakash V

1 starI ordered three green giant arborvitae, about 2 feet tall, for $14.95 each in October 2024. I paid shipping charges $19.95 plus tax. Total charges were $67.49. The trees were not growing and by April 2025 all three trees were dead. I contacted Fast Growing Trees on April 8 and sent them pictures of dead trees. After sending me confusing messages that trees will grow again in spring, Fast Growing Trees finally told me, on April 21, that they are willing to replace three trees but I have to pay shipping charges again. I told them that I am not willing to pay shipping charges.The quality of trees from Fast Growing Trees company, in my opinion, is not good. I do not want to waste another $20 shipping charges. I wasted a total of $67.49 on this company.Note: I have five other green giant arborvitae bought from the local company and planted in October have grown 15 to 20 feet healthy and green in few years.FastGrowingTrees.com

1 starFastgrowingtrees.com scammed a lot of us with their Miracle ***** bushes. No fruit ever produced, even years later. Yet they advertised "Ready to fruit". I lost hundreds of dollars and was left with 4 ugly bushes. I tried to reach them and they locked me out of my account so I couldn't leave a review. Scammers.FastGrowingTrees.com

1 starIt took 7 days to get the wrong tree. I ordered a white spruce and got a pine. The only thing similar with these tress are the fact the are green and they are trees. An experienced person could at least read the label stating it was a pine and not a spruce. Now because they are so hard to get in touch with, I must wait up to 72 hours for what I expect to be a horrible replacement process.FastGrowingTrees.com

2 starsThis site deletes some unfavorable reviews.They boast of 2 million happy customers on their website, but I left an unfavorable review based upon a Skeena cherry tree I ordered from them. The review was deleted not long after I posted it!The review was about the quality of the tree received which broke during shipping due to a deep curve in the tree. The company sent a questionable replacement.Customer service responded to me about this saying unfortunately we are unable to publish all reviews!This means theyre keeping the good reviews and deleting many of the unfavorable reviews! Also, if youre seeking fruit trees, many of them are sold at your local garden centers like, **********, Lowes, or Ace Hardware for a fraction of the price, and theyre better quality overall. Sometimes a quick call will do!Take for example the Lapins Cherry tree;Go online and look at their Lapins cherry tree, go ahead and price it based upon any height, then go look for this tree in your local garden center, youll quickly see what I mean.Its currently priced at $139.00 on fast growing trees website for a 4-5 slim tree, my local Ace Hardware garden center currently has thick healthy 13+ Lapins cherry trees sold for $64.99 I suggest you check these local places before ordering online from Fast growing trees.com.More than likely this applies to all of their fruit trees, possibly everything they sell.Good luck, I hope youre reading this prior to placing an order with them.FastGrowingTrees.com

***** is Lord!As I stated before, I purchased two trees from Fast Growing Trees, a Skeena cherry tree and a Lapins cherry tree. The growth habit of the Skeena was thin and curved badly therefore it broke during shipping. I notified customer service and a customer service representative reached out, *******; she completed the process and had a Skeena cherry tree replacement sent to me.The replacement has questionable grafting or either was injured previously (near the top) and healed (told this by customer service, after sending them photos). So after receiving this tree, Ive realized this is enough for me to know that Im not interested in receiving anymore live plants nor fruit trees from fast growing trees (whether free replacement or purchased).The only tree that was good enough was the Lapins cherry tree although all of the trees were almost as thin as a pencil. The customer service representative has been pleasant to communicate with, and Im grateful that she assisted me through this process; she did what she could according to the guidelines of the company.However; I purchased from this site because It boasts of having over two million happy customers (some of which left reviews and I read prior to placing an order. These reviews assisted me in making a decision to place an order with them).However, I left reviews on Fast Growing trees website and the company deleted my reviews because they were unfavorable.This means they keep what they choose and delete the rest to get more customers, it works!This is a deceptive practice, to maximize their profit.Review fromR. 1 starI bought a nice large arbequina olive tree for $270. Thought it was worth the price when I got it since it was a nice size, full and was packaged nice. Then few months later, I started to see scale and leaves were falling heavily. Reached out to them many times and they just tell me to use horticultural oil. I treated it as instructed but the leaves were still falling heavily. They just said the tree is just fighting off the pests so its natural that itd do that, leaves will grow back again. Then months later I found that branches were obviously dead and see that its dying from the top down. Sent a claim with pictures weeks ago, no response. I tried to send follow up emails, no response. I even tried to send a review, obviously they screen reviews and do not post if its not a five star review. I spent the majority of the time owning this tree with barely any leaves, very sad.FastGrowingTrees.com

We sincierly apologize for the difficulties you have had with Scale while caring for your Olive tree. Unfortunatly scale is a common pest for Olive trees as scale tends to love Olives as much as we do! You can get rid of these pests by wiping the tree down with soapy rag or spay or you can use Horticultural or ******** to help get rid of scale.R. C.

1 starI ordered two products in February. Full payment was made at that time. One product shipped immediately and the other was supposed to ship last week. I havent received any notice of shipping. So I called and the message says you have to sent a message through the customer service link. Did that and got an auto reply that theyd respond in 72 hours. 2 starsI ordered the fruit cocktail tree, I ordered it because the website says it produces peaches, plums, nectarines, and apricots. After receiving my tree it had no tags on any branches to indicate which fruit would grow on which branch. When I asked about this, I was given a list of peach and plum varieties only. I asked about the nectarines and apricots and was told it's a mixed bag of stone fruit and this is what you get. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I spent a lot of money on a tree that won't grow what the site says it will. They said the guarantee the tree but by the time it bears fruit it will be outside warranty time frame. For the money spent on this tree I could have gone to the local lumber yard where they sell fruit trees and gotten 4 different fruit trees and had all the ones I wanted vs. A mystery tree. I feel ripped off by false advertisements. If it doesn't actually come with 4 fruits it's not a fruit cocktail, you souldnt advertise it to be this.FastGrowingTrees.com

1 starAfter having read all the positive reviews, I thought that fast growing trees was going to be a great place to order from. Boy was I wrong, they noted that they will ship my order in 1 day, that becomes 2 and so on, until they basically said my order got bumped down to last. CS agents were not helpful and regurgitated basic company drivel. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Read around, they are reviewed horribly on garden websites and more.FastGrowingTrees.com
