I ordered some smaller trees and one came damaged from shipping. I chatted online with a representative and was offered a larger tree for free to replace the damaged one. Service was excellent and the trees all look good after being in the ground several weeks.

We have made several purchases from this company. All but one arrived very lush and full. The one that we were concerned about they assured us that they would make it right if it did not thrive. This is the first company we go to when we are making a landscaping purchase.

There is nothing fast about this company at all. Only order a tree from here if you want to wait for it to be planted and grown before shipped to you. I placed an order TWO MONTHS ago and my order status is still Pending. I have called twice for updated shipping dates and was first told that the tree was on back order and should arrive the first week of April. Nobody sent me an email or gave me a call to let me know this or I would have cancelled the order because it was a birthday gift for my mother. The first week of April came and went and still no updated order status so I called again and was told the new expected date would be mid April. Well bow its May5th and there is still no tree and the order status is still pending. I have received no communication or update that the shipping:delivery timeline has slipped AGAIN. Do not EVER rely on this business for a milestone gift. Youll get it a year later.

Thank you for your feedback and we sincierly apologize for the delay in shipping your Gift ***** Lemon tree. Unfortunatly due to weather these did not meet our quality standards. We do understand how frustrating this can be given that the plant was ordered for a special occasion and are working to improve our site on updating the estimated delivery dates when this does occur. Let us know if you need any additional assistance.

BUYER BEWARE! First of all, let me start by saying I only ordered from this business due to the buy one get one at 50%; off that was being offered. I ordered 1 hydrangea **** with the understanding I would get a second at 1/2 off. With a discount of 13% and including a $17 bag of acidic additive for the soil the total price was $77.14. mind you you can go to ******* or ****** and get the same plants for about $35 a piece. With the discount and the sale along with the bag of soil additive I thought this was a great price. They also advertised that the product ships in 1 to 3 days...a week later they still hadn't processed my order, but had already taken the money from my account. So I tried to contact customer service which you cannot do because they only correspond about issues with your order by e-mail ( first red flag)! So I e-mailed them. Three days later heard back from what seemed like a preprogrammed response, that the order was being processed....really? So I waited another 5 days and finally got the notification that the order had shipped. 2 1/2 weeks later the beat up box finally arrives and of course there is only one plant instead of two. So I tried to call and once again told by auto response that I had to correspond through E-mail. So it has been a week now and no response. $77.14 after a %13 percent discount is way too much to pay for one plant and a bag of soil treatment. So be warned they will take your money quickly ship at there convenience as t least two weeks + and hopefully you have no issues with your order because they have no customer service, you are dealing with bots so it would be more convenient to just turn to a brick wall and tell it your problem.... On a positive note the plant is health and green.

Thank you for your feedback and we sincierly apologize for any confusion with our recent **** promotion. For our items that are included in the **** promotion, you would need to add two of the same items to the cart and the discount for the free item will apply at checkout. We also wanted to apologize for the delay in response but are happy to have issued a replacement for the missing item on your order. Let us know if you need any additional assistance.

The first time I ever ordered a plant online was for 25 four-to-five-foot Skyrocket Junipers for a privacy hedge in our backyard. The all arrived in very good condition and are doing very well. Very happy with the purchased. Then I needed 7 five-to-six-foot Skyrocket Junipers for a similar purpose for our front yard. Things went south. The plants we received.... well, they should not have even been sent out. As though they were grown against a wall, half the plant, on 5 of them, had no growth. The review from ******* on 3.24.2025, is very much my sentiments. No way I could plant those in my front yard. So, I contacted Fast Growing Trees. After sending them pics of what they sent me, they agreed those plants were not up to their standards. They shipped out replacements, which arrived in perfect condition. They are planted, look wonderful, and doing very well. As of this time, I still have the original 7 in their pots, in my driveway.... I offered them to my neighbors; they didn't want them. However, I believe a friend of the family is going to take them. Will I order from Fast Growing Trees a third time? Yes. I got my fingers crossed for the best of 2 out of 3.

Ive ordered several times and have been disappointed. I send a plant to my sister last year and it was horribly damaged. They kindly replaced it. This year I ordered lots of plants and 1/2 the order showed being delivered but they were returned because the shipper damaged them. I had people lined up to plant them only to find out, after three emails, that they would not arrive for another week (two weeks after they said they were delivered). They kindly refunded what never arrived. They need a new shipper!

Didn't have any issues with the two dogwoods and serviceberry trees when arrived. The packaging was ok but could have been better so that the 2-3 foot trees were protected better. The smaller trees were on bottom of the box. Been in the ground now for about 2 months and are growing nicely.

I don't know if it's me, the weather or the trees. First off, it came later than was expected and the trees, were in the box for 2 nights and 3 days. On the 3 night we planted the ******* ****** trees. The temperatures at night time have been down in the 30's. Both trees have mostly brown leaves on them.

Thank you for your feedback. Leaf drop can be common with the transition of new plants however they typically recover and push out new growth as the temperatures warm up.
