  DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST. BE AWARE THAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER NOBODYT WILL PICK UP THE PHONE. THIS HAS BECOME A SCAM BUSINESS. Last time I buy from this nursery. I ordered 400$ of trees of different kind. One hydrangea (125$) arrived half broken. The others were not at all as described AT PURCHASE. The Truja (170$) was supposed to be 4-5 tall, it's barely 3 feet! The hydrangea tree was all broken. I requested a refund and nobody picks up the phone. It is now impossible to talk to anyone about problems with received orders.

  You HAVE NOT resolved the issue. I was charged 170$ for a tree that was described as 5-6 feet tall and I received a tree barely 3 feet tall. I sent you pictures by email, and l also uploaded them on the fast growing trees appropriate form, and you have ignored the issue. You have offered to replace the tree after 3 weeks that it was received, but after the deception of the first shipment I purchased the same tree at *********** 9 feet tall for 99$. Therefore your prices are lucrative, the description of the items in the website and the images shown are DECEPTIVE, and I will issue a formal complain unless I receive the refund which is OVERDUE!

  Long term review here since it appears that you can't submit a review on their website. I ordered 8 Thuja Green Giants in May of 2021 (Order Number: ******XXX). They arrived healthy and planted exactly per their instructions. Only 4 survived the first year. The company advertises on their website today that these trees grow 3-5 feet per year with a 15ft max height. 4 years later, these trees are still only 2 feet tall. I feel that I got scammed. Please take your business elsewhere.

  We are so sorry that your Thuja Green Giants are not growing as anticipated. In the first year, plants focus on developing strong roots, so visible growth may be slow. This is completely normal. In the first season the tree tends to sleep as it focuses on root development. In the second year it should creep up in growth and in the 3rd year is should leap to its full potential. If you are not seeing optimal growth from your tree you can also feed them with a balanced evergreen fertilizer in the spring. Let us if we can be of additional assistance.

  We ordered from this company because of their variety and 1 year guarantee. Our first tree was very sad when it got here. We tried nurturing it with no luck. We contacted the company and they immediately gave us store credit that we used to replace the tree. The next order was healthy, and flowering this year. Waiting to see how our new ***** bushes grow, but so far very happy customer

  Ive used *** for years and never had a complaint; however, this year, they are showing that theyve become either too big to handle orders or too large to care.We purchased 4 large evergreen trees last October and almost immediately, they started dying. We immediately planted them, fed them, watered them according to all applicable instructions, but they never recovered. All through winter they browned more and now they are just dead. Weve reached out to the company for their one year guarantee with ZERO response backputting us $700+ out of money with dead trees being the only thing to show for it.Would not recommend this company.

  I ordered two trees with this company and received via email that my order was shipped on 4/25/25 thru ***** and arrived in ******* fededx location on the night of 4/26/25. According the fast growing trees page it says I should have received my order by end of day 4/30/25 which is not. The package has been in the same location since the 26th with no signs of movement to ******* at all. I then sent a message them on the following day 5/1 (contact# *****) to this company as it's impossible to chat or speak with anyone via phone. The response I received on 5/4 was basically just telling me to wait a week longer and if not received by the end of that week they will step in. On Sat, May 10, 8:21AM I emailed that same individual (Israel from customer support) that I have had no change with my order, no luck either with getting ***** to at least let me know what the status is and that as if this time im 100% sure those trees are non-salvegeable items. As expected still no response from anyone that represents this company. They have failed to my contract agreement as I fulfilled it by paying for these items while they agreed into this contract by accepting my money for it yet I am stuck trying to **** my already purchased and paid items. *** ******

  My tree died on me and waited more than two weeks for any kind of response.When I got a message it said they will contact me soon. Can't help but wonder if I am getting no answers because of it being a complaint.

  They have suppressed my bad review. I wrote a very detailed bad review and included pictures of poor shipping and after weeks my review has not been posted. But other people's have that submitted after mine.

  I placed an order for a raspberry ****. I paid $54 plus shipping for this ****. The plant arrived DOA. The main stem was snapped in half, the leaves were dead and crunchy. The root ball was falling out of the pot. They also shipped the plant in a box 3 times the size of the plant. So obviously it was killed in transit. I was told to wait a week before calling. With my order I was given a 1 year alive warranty. There is also a 30 day alive and thieve warranty. I have filled out their contact forms and left reviews. Ive gotten radio silence on both. I finally made it though to someone on the phone today. I was told I could not get a refund, I could only get store credit or a replacement. They cant guarantee when a plant will be shipped to me. They told me a couple months. By that point its way too late for raspberries and its fall where I live. The plant will die if it doesnt come DOA again. Extremely disappointed they will not live up to their warranties and not be responsive when their products are dead. Do not buy from this company unless you want to waste your money! Ive seen so many reviews with the same complaints!

  I ordered a tree February 2025. As of today May ****** I have now received the tree or even an explanation as to where it is. I have emailed and called and have had no responses. WARNING THIS MAYBE A SCAM.

  They shorted me a $200 tree. They "shipped" it, then ***** never delivered it. They recorded it as shipped (because all the other trees arrived), but the $200 tree never did. So they would have just kept my money. I reached out to alert them, they told me it was sold out...and they offered me a store credit! For the tree I paid for, they didn't have, and never ************'s been a week of messaging customer support and they only responded one time.Unreal. The website looks good but product NOT guaranteed
