    I have ordered from Fast-growing-trees.com several times. Typically the trees are healthy and do great. However, this last shipment included a kiwi, peach and olive..while likely a result of shipping, the plastic ties cut through the boxes and boxes were crushed and all the trees were broken and had lost most leaves. It was very disappointing.

    Overpriced, plants are undersized and not healthy to begin with. Everything I bought from them has died. They will offer you a store credit, but not a refund. Then you can purchase more plants that will also die. You are much better off going with your local nursery.

    I ordered 20 trees and they arrived in 2 days well packed with good instructions. After 4 months 3 of the trees died so I contacted customer service. Through the pictures I took, they offered some suggestions and they replaced those 3 trees within days. Everything seems to be doing well now. They definitely have one of the best customer service teams that I have dealt with. I really appreciate the advice on our tree selection and the follow up when I had a problem.

    The two trees I ordered came well protected and look so healthy. I planted them outside and are striving. I cant wait to see them fruit.

    All the trees I bought are dead. Including replacements. I almost wasted 250 dollars for nothing.

    My plants arrived in carefully packaged boxesin great condition. They were quality specimens and clearly well taken care of. Upon planting they have grown beautifully.very pleased with the whole process. **************** was excellent as well.

    This is my first poor experience with FGT. I have purchased from this company many times, and although the trees are usually small, they show up in good shape. I ordered a weeping white spruce but in summer, and due to temps I asked them if I could delay shipping to fall, They assured me that my tree would not be sold to someone else while it waited to be shipped. This was the point of failure. When I asked to have my tree shipped in September, I was informed they were out of stock. If they saved my tree as promised, they would have had it available. I was then told, once they agreed to ship it, that the trees of the size I ordered failed their QC check and so I was being sent a smaller one and refunded some money. They refunded me like 10 bucks or something, which I know was far below the price difference between the 2-3 foot and the 1-2 foot. Also, the 1-2 foot is literally a twig. It looks healthy, but my overall experience with purchasing a rarer tree and the broken promises has soured my experience with this company.
