    Two dead twigs and counting. The first "tree" arrived dead and stayed dead. When contacted, they were very nice about replacing it, so they did. The next one showed signs of growth and hope, and yet after a few weeks and also started to die, even though I contacted them and followed their every instruction about how to water and care for it. I haven't contacted them yet about replacing it, but I don't hold out much hope.

    ***** in so many ways. Overpriced, paid for a larger size and got the smaller size, leaves had huge black spot but thought a could revive it with root starter and checking soil moisture when watering. Looks like ******* ***** Xmas tree. It's dead. These guys **** moosecocks. They will die a horrible lingering death.

    The plants I receive are always very high quality, on the large end of the measurement, and do indeed thrive. I had two plants for and they honored their warranty no questions asked. The staff is also very friendly and very helpful when trying to diagnose plant health issues

    My tree arrived timely and in excellent condition. There were no wilted leaves, and the young tree looked great.I will definitely order from this company again.

    I have bought several trees from Fast Growing Trees. My last tree came in and it was dying from the top down. I emailed customer service explained what was happening offered to send better pictures. They gladly sent me a new tree and it's doing fine now.I have had very few problems, maybe two counting the one I just wrote about and they are very accommodating.

    I buy all my trees and plants here, always fresh and most so well in the harsh climate of **********. When I have had an issue, they are eager to make me satisfied! Love them.

    I ordered a tree from this company. It looked like a multiple amputee because multiple branches had been lopped off prior to shipping. It only had two small branches. It did not have many leaves. All of the leaves it did have had ***** spots. One leaf had holes in it. A couple of leaves were yellow with ***** spots. I called customer service and was told it was "shipping shock." Anyway, I hope the tree survives. It does look like it is coming back to life under my care. However, I am concerned about the way that the tree arrived. I do not plan on doing any more business with this company.

    The reason for this rating is when I texted, I was told to buy a product to fix my problem with my newly acquired fig tree. The original plant arrived with the problem. So I was quite upset with the solution I was given. I just dont want the plant to die.

    Arrived on time, healthy and well packaged. I bought two tulip popular trees 3 years ago, they look beautiful after three years of growth.
