    The plants I receive are always very high quality, on the large end of the measurement, and do indeed thrive. I had two plants for and they honored their warranty no questions asked. The staff is also very friendly and very helpful when trying to diagnose plant health issues

    I have bought several trees from Fast Growing Trees. My last tree came in and it was dying from the top down. I emailed customer service explained what was happening offered to send better pictures. They gladly sent me a new tree and it's doing fine now.I have had very few problems, maybe two counting the one I just wrote about and they are very accommodating.

    I buy all my trees and plants here, always fresh and most so well in the harsh climate of **********. When I have had an issue, they are eager to make me satisfied! Love them.

    The reason for this rating is when I texted, I was told to buy a product to fix my problem with my newly acquired fig tree. The original plant arrived with the problem. So I was quite upset with the solution I was given. I just dont want the plant to die.

    Arrived on time, healthy and well packaged. I bought two tulip popular trees 3 years ago, they look beautiful after three years of growth.

    The two ******************************* were in good shape when they arrived. I quickly planted them and gave them plenty of water. One is changing leaf color. Looks like fall colors but not the other. Strange?
