    I ordered 3 plants all in one order and placed in the same growing conditions. One died within 30 days. I reached out via phone and didn't get an answer. I emailed and didn't get an answer. Only when I got an answer via ******** messenger months later did I get a tough luck type of a response and an offer for 30% off a replacement. This is unacceptable in my mind. As a result I will communicate this experience through all channels known to me. It is unlikely that I will support future business with this company as result of this latest order and how things were inadequately handled. Shop elsewhere!

    I think it sullies the reputation of the Better Business Bureau that this company has an A+ rating. Our company has a A+ rating and we don't rip people off. It has me thinking that perhaps it's time to move on from the BBB. This company is obviously, and I mean OBVIOUSLY ripping people off. Check the ****** reviews. Read your own reviews. It took me all of 5 minutes online to figure that out. They charged me 3 x's what ****** charges for the exact same plant, these were hydrangeas and I purchased 7 of them. The exact same plants, right down the street, not shipped and damaged are a third of the cost. I guess they are banking on idiots like me who think that most people still have some integrity. They refunded my money, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

    I have a new home and bought almost all my flowers online this year. A lot were just ok. Some havent gotten flowers. Your roses were wonderful, hearty, and they are doing well.

    Fast growing trees sells a warranty but what they dont tell you is that it only works once so if they send you a bad tree the 2nd time too your screwed. They are terrible and should be up front with their customers.

    Love everything I have purchased. **************** had trouble when a back order hadnt shipped but they worked it out and my order was good.
