  I think I must be the problem. My son sez I have a black thumb. My first 4 plants shipped during the hottest time of summer and arrived in very bad shape. Two of the plants died within days. Was hopeful for the remaining two but eventually they also died out. I got 2 replaced which shipped in better weather yet they also had some black leaves upon arrival, but much more green leaves than the first batch. But after a few weeks even the green leaves are drying out & getting crunchy. What am I doing wrong? I put in full *********** lightly every couple of days. I give up ??.

  Trees arrived in very poor condition. Two trees shipped together had multiple broken branches, and were very thin and not at all symmetrical. I feel like they chose the poorest plants they had to send me. The single try shipped by itself fared better, without as many broken branches, but it also was not at all full or symmetrical. Save your money, buy from a local nursery or big box store's nursery section and get trees twice as big and much healthier for the same price, without having to deal with shipping damage. I'll be surprised if these trees actually make it over the winter.

  First order arrived dead. They gave me credit. Used credit on next order, those must have been dead or damaged as they were sent back to the sender. Then I had to wait over a week to get replacements sent and they showed up while I was on vacation. I asked for credit or a larger size tree to compensate for all the inconveniences and was told they couldnt do it.

  The tree arrived with mostly dead leaves and a **** in the tree. I feel it was a little pricey for it to arrive in this condition. I have read give 3 months for the tree time to adjust, we have had it about a month and a half. Its planted and though it still has the dead leaves from arrival it does look like there may be some new growth on a couple stems. We are hoping to see new leaves and it continue to get healthier as time passes. I have not given up and feel it will come around, it will just take a little time.

  Blueberry bushes arrived with a couple of branches broken. One on each plant. Hoping they will do okay. Raspberry bushes appear to be okay
