    I've bought from you for years (and many trees), and only had one issue, and it was dropped because the process was too complicated. But with many good trees, I decided to keep purchasing. After reading the Customer Review negative reports, I've decided it's no longer worth the next purchase being a problem, so I'll no longer purchase from Fast Growing Trees.

    Very unhappy with the 3 trees I purchased from Fast Growing Trees. They were scrawny and beat up. I would never have purchased them for $63.00 dollars I paid or any price.They don't return trees. No surprise there, no one else would want *********** one star is more than they deserve.

    We are so sorry your trees were not as expected. Unfortunatly we are unable to accept returns of plants. This helps us keep all of our plants healthy, and allows us to protect the plants and trees at our nursery from any pests or disease a plant may have come into contact with after it leaves our property.
    Although we are unable to accept returns, we do cover our plants under our Alive and Thrive Guarantee. If you do have any health concerns with your plants, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to provide additional assistance.

    Ive spent a lot of money with fast growing trees. Ive had 4 plants DIE, dead as can be and ******* keeps playing games. She emailed me for 2 days finally telling me to file a claim & send pics. I did all that & seconds after the claim was submitted SHE denied it! Like WTH ***?? Then 2 days later she emails me again telling me to do all over again. NO! Ive let them know Im contacting the BBB & posting on other platforms as I see they do this to many many ppl at first I never believed it. Now I do. Buyer beware. They do not hold up there guarantee! Also on 2 replacements of dead plants those replacements died too!! They dont care. What is sad is this- FGT charges you 3-4x the cost of other nurseries. For example I got the same gallon size & same ***** ****** at home depo for $32, FGT list it for $116!!!! Crazy! ****** learned. Ill never shop with them again.

    Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry that your plants have perished. Since we sell live plants, we do want to give every plant a chance to grow and thrive. In order to assist, we do request that claims are sent through our Contact Us form on our direct site. We do request 3 photos of each plant including photos of the entire plant, photos of any trouble areas, and photos of scratch test results if applicable. For deciduous trees we would require a photo of a scratch test as they are shipped out dormant this time of year. Your most recent order is still covered under the One Year Guarantee and are reaching out directly to provide additional assistance.

    I have done all that to be given the runaround for ************ Didnt you read my complaint?? It states Ive done all that too. Im done dealing with your company games! Your 5x higher then anyone else & treat your customers like garbage. Im waiting until march then Im going to post & tag your company to them, all these plants you swear are dormant! ***** wilted leaning plants they look so bad now theyre black not brown. *** ***.

    I had high hopes based off reviews and yes I do agree with the shipping and plants are still in good shape when arrived. But my complaint is they guarantee a 1 year warranty if your plant dies before the 1 year they will refund or replace but I got nothing but a slap in the face with 30% off my next plant. If I could give them a zero star I would. Buyer beware about fast growing trees 1 year guarantee c*** I bought 5 plants from them 2 of the mango trees died after a couple months I moved them inside bc per their tips once summer is over and it gets colder to bring them inside. They said based on my zone they will thrive in pots and die if they are in ground and I kept them in pots and moved them inside which was September. They had me submit all my orders info etc plus photos and do a scratch tests after all of that they said bc I brought the plants inside thats why they died and they cannot refund me. If I left them outside they would freeze and die even faster. After many back and forth emails they say they will give me 30% off on my next plant. Are you freaking kidding me?! I spent hundreds of dollars and they come back with 30% off to spend more money on their plants that they cant guarantee? Its just a gimmick dont fall for it buy your plants from somewhere else. I have never left reviews on any business before but Im trying to save people money unless youre okay with a dead plant less than a year.

    We are so sorry your plants failed to thrive. Unfortunatly our One Year Warranty was an optional add at the time you purchased your order. Since this was not added at checkout, your order was covered under our standard 30 Day guarantee. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

    I ordered and received 1 Emperor 1 J** Maple, and 14 frost proof Gardenias. The Maple was the wimpiest specimen I could have imagined! I actually laughed when I unboxed it. It was as if this particular specimen was a 6 foot long and lanky sucker cut from a root and replanted in a 1 gallon container. I doubt it will live, but I planted it anyway. About 4 of 14 of the Gardenia's pots were damaged in the shipping process and missing about 1/2 of the soil. I don't know what I was thinking ordering plant material online. I feel that it is a bad business model to depend on ***-Ex or *** to ship your delicate packages with care. Further, I forgot how much I like picking out my own plants. This was the first time I have ordered plant material online, I guess I was tantalized by the offers and discounts. However, I will never order plants online again from anyone. Nothing against this company in particular, just not a good business model for the nursery industry.

    Fabulous! The birch trees were beautifully packed and were delivered very quickly. I planted them promptly and they are looking great! A great company with great products. Will order from again!
