    Love my little tangerine tree. I hope it grows big and strong. My only issue with Fast Growing Trees is the lack of in detail information. Yeah, you can call and get general stuff but when I called to get specific info on fertilizing and watering, the info just wasn't easy to get. Either way, my tree has survived for a month, even through the transplanting, but still not much growth yet. I am certain it is developing its root system before I see any noticeable new growth.

    I keep buying trees from them, I have six coming this spring, have eight others already in the ground.When I had a tree die shortly after I got it, all they asked for was a photo showing the cambium beneath the bark, to show it was really dead, and they replaced the tree.Don;t have anything else to say.

    I ordered two trees with a one year replacement guarantee. They were shipped at the worst time of year to transplant them and did not survive to the following spring. I contacted them for replacement and was offered a gift card for my original purchase amount. However the price of the trees had doubled so the gift card wasn't a replacement as shown in the guarantee. Eventually they agreed to ship two trees and offered to delay shipping so they would arrive dormant. A month before they were scheduled to ship I contacted customer service to verify that they were in stock and was told that they were.A month later, after waiting 8 months for my replacement trees they didn't ship on the date that they were supposed to. Several days after they were supposed to ship I contacted customer service and was told they would get back to me. Instead they cancelled the order and issued a gift card for the amount of my original order. I contacted customer service again and was told they were out of stock and they couldn't ship my reorder.A month later the website showed them back in stock. I contacted them again and they agreed to ship two replacement trees but they wanted me to pay shipping and taxes which I initially thought was okay because that's what is in their guarantee. HOWEVER, the shipping cost I was quoted for two trees was $95 which is 5-6 times more than any other website that I checked is charging for shipping two trees. They also informed me that the trees would ship in July again, meaning they would almost certainly die again. I was able to find another nursery who sold me two trees WITH SHIPPING for less than Fast Growing Trees wanted just for shipping the replacements.THEIR REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE IS EFFECTIVELY WORTHLESS.I wound up using my gift card for gardening tools and they managed to mess that order up as well. I had to contact customer service 3 times to get it corrected.I wholeheartedly recommend staying away from Fast Growing Trees.

    I havent yet received the tree, however, when I needed to change the size of the tree, they were very accommodating. The tree will arrive around February 22

    I've had no bad issues with my purchases, The shipment process was a little rough, but all in all my purchases were acceptable. everything is still living.

    I bought a money tree. I was very excited to get it but when it arrived it had a broken branch. Also I think it was pruned wrong because the trunk is wired together as if it would grow apart if it wasnt wired.I also bought an orange tree that only has one tiny orange on it. It also had a broken branch. I have planted them as the directions suggested hopefully they will take off and turn out ok. I also bought two other plants for my daughter I hope they arrive in better shape this spring.
