We ordered a peach tree from this company. When it arrived 8 days after shipping the box was damaged, the tree roots were all dried out, branches broken and leaves are wilted and drying. I immediately contacted the company. They said this was normal, just wait, the tree will come back, so I planted it within 2 hrs of arriving at my home. The next day, the tree was worse, it was dying. I contacted the company again, sent photos. Again, they said wait, it will come back. Now on the third day all I have is a $182 dollar stick in the ground. The company doesnt seem to want to honor any type of warranty, whether replacing it or refunding my money. I would be satisfied with anything other than wait, it will come back.Business Response

I ordered a $240 sugar maple tree from this company, Order # **********. The Tree arrived on time but had been excessively pruned before shipping. Further, most of the remaining leaves were afflicted with a bacterial leaf rot infection. I planted the tree immediately (something I have a lot of experience with) then emailed *************************************** to raise my concerns. I included pictures showing the black, withered and rotting leaves. I received an email in response telling me that the tree was suffering from "shipping shock" and that it would be fine. It is now 10 days from planting and the tree continues to decline. I just sent another email to the company and am awaiting a response. At present, my opinion is that this company has refused to honor its warranty or provide adequate customer services. I strongly advise any person considering this company to use a local supplier instead.Initial Complaint

They are liars. They're being unfair. They sent garbage dead plants. Their website is so vague and so unclear they have beautiful pictures posted of the plants that you're going to receive and lo and behold. When you actually receive your package it's a completely different story. The plants are not just dormant, but they look dead untaken care of the full of bugs and nasty stuff in the soil, there's weird residue all over the leaves that could be chemicals, and these are supposed to be fruit trees for eating.Business Response

Both cherry blossom ******************** arrived snapped in half, either in shipping or before they were placed in the box. Not only were these narrow/skinny ******************** both weak, but they and their bamboo supports were complete snapped about 50% of the way up. I purchased two strawberry vanilla hydrangea trees from this site. They were buy one get one free. They arrived in terrible shape, one of them was much worse than the other. Which leads me to believe this site is scammy , BOGO and they give you one of lesser quality. The one I received was so bad I contacted them , they told me to wait 3-4 weeks when the tree was clearly dying. I demanded a replacement, which they sent . The replacement was in HORRIBLE SHAPE . Half the tree has no leaves its all broken branches, the branches with leaves are bent and snapped . This tree can not be planted and is no way worth over $200. This business seriously lacks integrity, sending me what seems like a defected tree as a replacement instead of being an upstanding business and sending what I paid for.Business Response

Plant - or I should say ONE sprout arrived in a box filled with dirt. Sprout was half dead on delivery. NO protection was given to the sprout during shipment, hence the paltry item I received. Reached out for "their replacement guarantee" - No response as to a replacement. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They over-charge for very young plants and don't stand behind their warrantee! I ordered three trees from this company and they were supposed to be delivered on 8 April 2024. And I have not received my packages. *** had several corresponding emails with them trying to get a full refund and information on who the delivery company was and all they keep telling me is maybe it was stolen. Sorry for the inconvenience. And theyll refund me 30%. I finally got them to agreed to refund me 50% but I want my money back if I dont Have my trees that I ordered. They say theyre out of ************** but email I was sent said The trees were coming from Wanyu *****. I was at home when the packages were supposed to been delivered and nothing ever came! I bought a fast growing ***** lemon tree last year in February. The tree was ****** it did not produce any fruit nor did it grow and it did all the right things to take care of the fruit tree. I even put it in the garage during the winter with a grow light and nothing. The tree died right before a year and I got nothing but lost money. I even tried to give them another chance and that tree didnt come in so I got a refund I would like a refund for this tree that never produce and did right after the year warranty. This tree was also very same and fragile and had no potential to grow for at least 2-3 years ..They sell false advertising and they dont represent there name fast growing trees because my tree did not grow it died and I want my money back or another tree.Business Response

My husband purchased the ice cream banana tree, mid sized, already well established, for my Mother's Day gift, in May 2023. We are in the perfect growing zone, as indicated on the website. We covered the tree, even though the tree was supposed to be cold hardy and withstand temperatures down to 20 degrees. The tree did not fruit, which we understood to be less likely in the first year, but the tree did NOT withstand the winter. I called the company today, and was advised that "you did not purchase the warranty so there is nothing we can do. This "tree" did not even last 6-7 months, after being well cared for as per instructions on the website and (limited) instructions with the tree. The only thing that the company representative offered was "we currently have really good sales and bogo offers, and proceeded to attempt to discuss the bogo offers". I advised that this offer would be like a surgeon botching a surgery, but telling the patient they would get a discount on the next surgery. I advised that I would no longer be doing business with this company and will also reflect this situation in the reviews.Business Response

Since so many enviornmental factors can affect the health of live plants, we also offer an optional one year warranty that can be added at checkout.
