    Unbelievable quality, superb service. Placed our order on Friday afternoon at out front door, free delivery, Monday Noon. We highly recommend Rugs.Com. Were going back on line today to order runners for our kitchen and laundry room.

    I ordered an 8x10 rug and it shipped the next day and was at my door 2 days later. It looks exactly like the picture on the website and its softer than I expected it to be. The other reviews seem to be pretty negative, but Ive had a perfect experience with my purchase. My only complaint would be that its very slightly not straight on the edges, but thats not an issue since its to vibrant I dont even notice

    I ordered a huge rug for my main den and was very happy with it. It's a beautiful color and pattern. The rug is a bit thinner than I would have expected, but it's also less expensive, so there is a trade-off. Overall, I am please with the rug. I just purchased another one that I have not received yet.

    Love this rug and cant believe how inexpensive it was! I wish it was delivered rolled up instead of folded because I have to weigh it down to smooth it out.
