  We've used Rugs.com before, and this experience was no different. Both rugs are rather thin, as required by the spaces, yet they flattened out easily and immediately. The photos on the site are accurate, so we're totally pleased by their appearance.We will use Rugs.com again in the future, for sure.

  I ordered the 8 x10 rug and pad. Great quality and feel but colors arent as vibrant. In fact Im disappointed in the color.

  After getting LVP flooring in my livingroom and dining rooms, I needed some rugs at a decent price. I am unable to leave my home due to a medical condition and rug shopping is something you might want to do in person (for touch and color preference).I saw a rug from Rugs.com on a ******** feed and decided to try.The prices were great, offered fast free shipping, and easy returns if necessary. All the rugs had great reviews.I ordered 6 rugs and nonslip pads. All the rugs and all but one of the pads came in at once. The last mat came in only days later, so no big deal. I followed the directions for reshaping the rugs and all has been great.I ordered 5 different sizes, shapes, and colors of the same collection to keep within a theme.The designs, colors, and dimensions were right on point with the website. I couldn't be happier!I will be buying from them again.

  I love this rug! The khaki color is rich looking and in the hallway from the garage it traps all the grass and stuff keepin our living area cleaner.

  Love my new rugs. Quality is great. Easy shopping online for colors and odd sizes. Quick delivery. Saved me a lot of time, didnt have to drive to various stores to find what I wanted. Will definitely shop rugs.com again.

  I made an order over a week ago for one rug. As soon as I clicked to pay, I realized it had defaulted to my old address. I called immediately and spoke to someone who assured they could help me and no problem. I gave him the correct adress, he said he changed the adress and shipment should arrive in 3-5 business days. Still nothing has arrived so I called again and explained the story and what I heard next was maddening . Ummmm uhhhh, yeah loooks like the adress was updated, but the rug hasnt shipped. Its on hold because of an adress change. Would you like me to have it shipped now???
