Do not trust this dealer whatsoever if purchasing a vehicle. We went to Balise in December looking for a **** Toyota Corolla *************** we were told that the base model (L) does not come in all wheel drive, which it does. Then, we were given a 2022 LE to test drive when they claimed to have a **** ready for me to drive. They then showed us a few other comparable models even though I stated I wanted to **** L with no extra bells and whistles and even showed them one available at a nearby dealer. Once I did this, they immediately acted as if I could purchase that exact vehicle and would have it in a matter of days. They pressured us to be ready to purchase and put our down payment down within the week as we would only have 48 hours to keep our name in the vehicle. A week goes by and we have heard nothing. During this time, I also opened a loan for said vehicle as we were pressured with time. After 2 weeks I called asking about the cars availability and was told it would be any day now, then 3 weeks. I then received a call saying the car was in the build mode and would be finished March 4th-March 30th. So first I was told a few days, then a week, then 3 months? It was never going to take only a few days because they fully built a brand new vehicle rather than transferring the vehicle from one dealer to another. I also had only 7 days left on my auto loan (because Balise lied about the timing of the vehicles arrival) and notified Balise of this and that I would like my name taken off the car. I still have yet to receive any calls or emails back from them and still do not have my $200 back that they claimed multiple times (to both myself and my husband) was refundable. Only after I took the issue up with my credit card company and posted reviews, Balise started responding. This a dishonest and slimy dealership and I will never be purchasing or utilizing any services from any Balise dealership.
