I had the worst experience ever with this car dealership and the customer service provided. I brought in my 2016 ********* ****** (purchased at this dealership) because there was moisture getting on the inside of the car causing mold as well as freezing on the inside. I brought the car in and they replaced the third tail light which was part of a recall.
The problem persisted and soon when driving the car in the rain, the radio/entertainment system/GPS screen went black and could not be turned back on. I brought the car back in and was told the moisture was not the cause of the radio not working and that it would be $600 to fix. I paid this amount and had the radio replaced. Upon receiving the car, the airbag light was now on, it was not before. When I called about the airbag, I was told that it would be an additional $900 to fix.
Then, no more than two months later, again, when driving in the rain, the radio blacked out and the screen stopped working. The mold in the back seat still persisted and when I informed the dealership, I was told by the Assistant ************** "maybe don't park or drive the car in the rain". I have never been more infuriated in my life. They also would not replace the radio without having to pay $1,000 to have the radio and airbag light fixed.
I finally paid the $1,000 only so that I could use the car as a trade in for a *******
This branch needs to seriously reconsider who they hire to interact with customers as I was left helpless and with questions unanswered every time I went. They root cause of the problems were never fixed and only replaced parts. I will never buy a car from this dealership again and probably never buy a ********* again solely based on my experience here.
